We booked a junior suite, with a huge bed (hard mattresses) and a sofa, the crib to use, equipped. It features two balconies. The bathroom is very big, but unfortunately with parquet floors. These wells to the shower, by the glass door not abdichtet, already on. Except for a mini-bar there is a water digester, with which one soluble coffee may cause. Optimal would be small padmaschinen, the already in many hotels there is.

We have during our stay only the buffet use. We stayed in a hotel so good eaten. The diversity and the taste of the food were good. The starters and desserts in small portionsformen offered, so see the buffet always clean and properly arranged.

The staff is all around friendly and tried very hard. Emphasized should be the hotel manager, the ideal around its guests endeavored. Apart from a few staff in the restaurant all speak good german.

The sport offer not used, the entertainment for kids supposed to be only at easter start.

Those seeking relaxation and recreation, is in this hotel that is exceptional correct. The guests come predominantly from Germany and from Spain, the age of the mixed. But were for our stay except our seven-year nephew no children present.

The hotel is at a street, from the beach on foot approximately 10 minutes away. A rental car is recommendable. Across the street is a agricultural property, the mainly horses and Esel houses. Over the street you come to a beautiful nature reserve, which is good for running. One can also marvelously in this area to Cala Millor walk (about 60 minutes).

My criticism i had already above noted. Another critical point, i would also like to offered wi-fi in the hotel make. In the first room it worked satisfactory only directly behind the door, in the junior suite it worked in the living area perfect in the bedroom and on the balcony only very slow. The 'monitor' was a commercial Apple iPad 4. In the room there was for my taste too few organisational and technical information (wlan use ) to the hotel and its facilities. I have more appealing and umfänglicher seen.

The gastronomy. Offers, as likewise already reported in many cases, good value for money. The breakfast buffet can almost nothing to be desired, only the more or less warmgehaltenen dishes were qualitatively improved. Mostly were eggs or vegetables a bit shabby and only lukewarm. The can the kitchen surely better. The showcooking in the evening was very good quality with lots of very good looking meat and fish, unfortunately is however the quality preparation not at all so good. All freshly prepared courses tasted rather bland. Here would be surely still one room for improvement. Overall it is very good value for money of the kitchen but very good. Especially the numerous and skilfully prepared appetizers are hand-crafted to a very high standard. The same also applies to the salad - and above all for the dessert buffet.

This is how already reported in many cases the ' bank ' of the hotel! From the reception on the house and zimmerserviceleute, to the restaurants, you met very friendly people, the always make an effort are a the feeling to give, you would be the most important tourist of the hotel. From this point, so again a muchas gracias for the commitment of the staff!

The hotel makes still a very good first impression. Sadly, in our case the good impression only to our double room on the 3. floor to the street or can d'amer enough. When we the floor in the bathroom had seen, we were the horror packed. The laminatelemente before the shower stall were half and had partly upturned. Of an earlier stay we knew the weak point of the bathrooms, because at the showers, even with the glass door always a good deal of water on the laminate floor of bathroom land. We asked deal at the front desk to remedy the situation and left first the hotel a trip something to do. After the dinner waiting for then the manager to us and offered us compensation. A suite on the same floor, since floor in our room not so fast repair could. In short: it was very fast and without fuss on our complaint response. Suggestion to the hotel management on this point: it appears that in the field of quality assurance still improve, a room in the condition could have been only not at all rents should be. The damage was older than a few hours. Also in the field of room service, there is room for improvement. There was every night a meeting of some ' silverfish ' in the bathroom and at one of our days of stay was forgotten the inventories (soap, cream, coffee, etc.) Refill. The rest of the guests in the hotel was a colorful mixture from different nationalities (sp, d, gigabyte, au) and ages (20.-70). Very pleasant and nice people.

To the location of the hotel is safe at this point all been said. Let me also. Note, that the protur very well soundproofed room has and you really great slept, because the pleasantly hard beds. We were as always pleased with our room with a view of the sea and a dream of a large bed of 2 times 2 meters A great mattress in addition, which makes it worth living in the hotel. In addition water digester and minibar, a decent balcony where you the sea noise heard. Bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, it is the toilet with a door from the rest of the bath, of course with bidet.

Never thought, the buffet even better would be, but it was sunday Very good is that there was no large bowls more with salad and hors d'oeuvres and desserts. There is this now in portions, the i in each portion think the only for me, the pleases me totally. The asia and toscana, you should at least, try it, we were 3 times in asia and 2 in toscana, asia is really a dream. Although we until the end the season from the hotel were there, we never had the feeling the any leftovers be served.

As always perfect staff, from the chef to the maid, all very friendly and everyone greets a, no one not care for the guests would. Room was very good and cleaned daily well cleaned, if in the bathroom which is consumed, it was immediately again there. Also coffee and tea was always refilled, including, sugar and cream.

We are here for the spa of the hotel can be reached with the beautiful large pool area, where my wife never too cold in the water is. There, there are several saunas and a steam bath, just great. Who sport and variation of for protur station there, there are daily many things to discover, there is also children affectively.

Am still of the opinion one of the best hotels from Mallorca and that is why we are every year here. Very positive note, the kitchen became still better.

Well sa coma is not tourist stronghold, but it is beautifully calm here and no drunks and noisy tours. Reached by car you very quickly shopping, on foot you need a maximum of 5 minutes to the large super Mark.

We had a junior suite. Stylish room definitely. Unfortunately somewhat small tv and small minibar or not cooling function for our own drinks. A kettle and an iron for a ' inclusive ' into the room. Also the safe costs not again extra, which very positive i think! Often in spanish other hotels problems with the clairaudience the room. One hears then either the neighbours through the walls or in the hallway slamming the doors and you can hear it until to bed. Both was not the case here. Possibly due to the low belegungszahl or by the location of the bedroom away from the hallway behind room number 1. the latter was for the two of us actually completely unnecessary, because almost never used. We wanted to something treat yourself and therefore have the junior suite it. Couples but i can only to the anyone, that it is superfluous, because the area didn't use and 2. the balcony was also not very much, since it was next to the much larger balcony from the bedroom area.

I find it difficult to put into words how satisfied i with the evening buffet was. It is simply impossible and i can only recommend to try it. It is a good sign of a buffet cuisine, if you are alone on the starters/salads find enough to eat. It was always the case. To the hors-d'oeuvre were a good soup, additionally a cheese, the main course and then a magnificent dessert. This is with good reason no gourmet kochportal or whatever. But i am very critical which the gastronomy and negative criticism is actually as good as impossible. Therefore it was only said: just continue! A bit more offers for vegetarian and vegan with could i still recommend and with the putting together the breakfast buffet still a bit more the general low-carb-trend to fit. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing to moan about.

Here can the building absolutely points. The staff is not only just friendly, but on whole line personable. No masked fuss (felt anyhow not as) and really able employees in all areas. As a customer you feel in this house really as a king. Unfortunately it is still very rarely sunday Here it is the case and alone so i would the building without bad conscience. Which elsewhere is missing, this is once again impressive. You have to experience. My biggest praise goes to the complete staff! The only point, where i can complain about: please have a little bit more thoroughly in the room cleaning are! On the first day i getränkeflecken, on the balcony and these were only 2-3 days later away. Same goes for stains on the floor. Just a bit more thoroughness in this area i would like, but otherwise was also the cleaning of the rooms great.

Something like animation finds in this hotel actually not take place. On some evenings was from 9:30 p. m. any local singers in the piano bar at the start, but that is hardly worth mentioning. But i think, that it is possible the entertainment the surrounding protur hotels an adjecent. The pools are nothing special, but ok. Gives a extra pool for families with children. On the other they are probably not allowed, if i remember correctly.

We have at the end of october or beginning november 2012 shortly before the end of season nine days spent in the hotel. The hotel complex is clean and tidy. From the presentation the hotel is nothing special. The rooms are on two building complexes spread, between which the main pool with pool bar, and restaurant-complex is. Through an underground tunnel is the spa area is. The lobby and all in all in the hotel is relatively simple. May be so wanted, but in the lobby of a hotel is like a bit of life play. The is however already alone architecturally designed, that it nearly impossible is. Is certainly a not very relevant thing, but i felt the sparse and partly empty atmosphere in the hotel a bit disturbed. Of course, it was the end of the season also not more packed, but also full occupancy would be probably not change a great deal. The ' garden ' of the hotel is also rather modest, but quite pretty. For the hotel complex general so only knappe 4/6. i have three price ranges below already nicer installations seen.

You just have to be honest. Sa coma is not the paradise i've ever seen. And because the hotel not even directly at the beach and also directly at the slip road to Cala Millor borders, must at this point just deductions give. The road is relatively busy, and in safe 95% the room one hears however subliminal the road and definitely the speed bump directly in front of the hotelzaun. You can ignore that, but was a bit annoying, if one in the evening in peace on the balcony want to relax. Shopping opportunities in the area are available. Even though the 01-11-2012 almost every shop in the town closed and there were almost no people more in the place, but a large supermarket in town was fortunately still open (Eroski) and it is probably also the entire year. The hotel at least lies somehow neither in sa coma to in Cala Millor, but exactly in between on the road. At least is however on the other side of the street quite a nice nature reserve, where you can have a great walk. To the beach one runs 10 minutes. That is also in sa coma ok. Cala Millor also. In the peak season but probably totally overcrowded. To the airport one drives by car 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. There are trip possibilities close to sa coma already some. The whole island is just worth seeing. In any case a rental car recommended!

The rooms are spacious and are decorated up to date. Safe, mini bar, water heater with coffee and tea are available. There were extra towels for the pool area!

The hotel offers a lot of restaurants. If you book half-board (with a buffet was offered), you can get a extra charge of 15,00 Euro per person in one of the other restaurants à-la-carte food. We are however with the normal half board remained, that it is a varied and good quality at the buffet there was. A live cooking station there is with meat and fish.

The staff is very friendly and as well as all of the staff speak german. The gfeühl welcome!

There is a pool for the kids and a pool for adults. This us as a couple really enjoyed!

The hotel offers a large, beautiful and clean area. The hotel rooms are large and clean. The breakfast, and dinner as a buffet, is very plentiful and offers a lot of choice.

Opposite the hotel is a nature preserve and to the beach it is only two minutes on foot. Excursion possibilities were offered Majorca with the a lot of beaches and bays very many.

Big room in excellent condition. Coffee making facilities in the room is possible. 2 tv equipment.

There are three theme restaurants, the we this time did not visit however. The buffets were simply too good! Quality and quantity of the dishes excellent!

Staff, from haumeister to management, is friendliness and courtesy not to beat.

There are two pools, one reserved exclusively for adults is. There is also the pool bar. Total peace is announced. For people, the really once 'hang out' want, ideal!

Had a junior suite. Great equipped with bathroom en suite. Cleaning daily and very clean. You can different pillows order free of charge.

Quality of the food excellent! It is on request fresh for a grilled (3-4 meats, 3 sorts of fish). What a little to complain about is: after 9 days the whole a bit bland... It is missing sometimes just that certain something. I am referring here to the gnp: there is a steak frites, fresh vegetables and potatoes but there are just nowhere a pepper sauce the whole fun. ( only as an example). We austrians/ German/ swiss are now simply saucenfreunde... For vegetarians is almost nothing except side dishes, salad and a nadelgericht offered. Very annoying for some! Breakfast buffet excellent! Nespresso machines free coffee choice! Bread very good, which not at all that of course in southern countries! An issue disturbed me very much: water prices! 0.33/0,25 liter water cost in the hotel 3 Euro. I know, it is a five star hotel and drinks are a bit more expensive but man must at 30 degrees in the shade just 1.5 -2l of water on the day beverage. That would be at the prices in the hotel 10 to 15 Euro per day. That cannot be it! No wonder the every guest in the nearby spar runs and with water lays. In return, there is again a glass of house wine (white/red/rose) to 3 Euro what more than is fair.

Very accommodating and polite. Always a kind word.

2 pools. ( only for persons from 16 years) Both very maintained with beautiful loungers and comfortable cushions. A unart our German friends probably never will: the wonderful early morning to reserve beach chairs... Very annoying when someone at o'clock four loungers reserved and only after lunch emerge.

The weiterempfehlungsangaben say I think everything from! The hotel is really to 100% recommendable! Since stagnation however nothing good is I imagined I write but a couple more small improvements to the hotel management, that very active the reviews commented.

Hotel lies nearby a nature reserve. In the immediate area are typical small bars and shops. Nothing special but sufficient. There are also small shops for food in the area. The public beach ( around 5 to 10 minutes on foot) is characterized by mass tourism. Since in the bay of sa coma massenbunker after the other bordered is the beach very densely populated... The water is but clean. About minutes distance ( Porto Christo novo) are very lots of small bays. Great for one day at the beach.

Top -room, clean, has its own style, but it is the only downside tucked away. Rooms are extremely clairaudient. You can hear from the neighbor no conversation with, but as soon as the shower or curtain one you can hear the extremely.

Breakfast and dinner are in the same restaurant in buffet form. Breakfast until: o'clock, dinner from 7:00 P. M.. Snacks there are all at the pool bar or nearby the kiddie pool in the restaurant ' terrace-grill '. For breakfast there is everything that your heart could desire, from freshly made omelets to sweet. Which for us was new and I had seen was, it every day sparkling wine and not only sundays. The nespresso -coffee machine ( pofessionelle machine) was wonderful. During dinner also very much selection for food to the crickets leave. A very large dessert area. The prices are reasonable, for example mineral water 0.5 liter 3 Euro, Cappuccino at the pool bar 2,40 Euro.

Top -service, it was immediately to all details received, for example additional pillows. Once the room map not, it was within three minutes of the 'bell-boy' and regulated. Also in the restaurant very good service. Nothing to fault in a 'real' five star hotel.

As described above-great ones-, In addition for the biomar -guests free entry in the thermal spring, the are located on the grounds, is however separately. There is also a fitness room ( top ' technogymnastik ' -device, could some studio in Germany what lesson from). Internet free of charge wi-fi, code at the front desk. Archery, golf, Midget golf, etc. For biomar -guests free of charge ( approximately 5 minutes out from the hotel)

The hotel is very nice and very clean. It's not one of the typical wannabe X star bunker the directly at the beach beach chairs, where felt 5000 tourist space. It is very exclusive. It shows that, that the typical ' southeuropean charm' flew and the hotel styled throughout. Very beautiful room and above average size bathroom. Also by the pool are very nice rattan lounge furniture set up. These with us in any case to the relaxation factor contributed. There are two pool areas. What good was, a pool was for families with children, the other was kinderfrei. Why but the lifeguards by the pool for adults and not on the shallow pool remains a mystery. In the adults pool is also the pool bar integrated. The whole hotel actually consists of various buildings. You enter the hotel at the front desk through a kind of atrium, from there you can in the guest house A or B go. In the B -building there is also a very nice indoor pool. This was however still not guests use it, as it in September still approximately 28 degrees celsius had. But always the possibility, in the indoor pool to swim. In the 4. Building there are the restaurant. There are in each building very many conference rooms available. While we were there was for three days a friseurtagung of Paul mitchell. Large heard one however actually nothing. The guest structure amounted to German 60% and English 40%.

After sa coma and to the beach it are 5 minutes hike, to Cala Millor you would walk around 20 minutes. In sa coma is less going on there like in Cala Millor. Shopping is limited to the coerced, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Car you can right at the hotel rent. Excursions also TUI in the hotel, the usual.
