Those seeking relaxation and recreation, is in this hotel that is exceptional correct. The guests come predominantly from Germany and from Spain, the age of the mixed. But were for our stay except our seven-year nephew no children present. read more

    We booked a junior suite, with a huge bed (hard mattresses) and a sofa, the crib to use, equipped. It features two balconies. The bathroom is very big, but unfortunately with parquet floors. These wells to the shower, by the glass door not abdichtet, already on. Except for a mini-bar there is a water digester, with which one soluble coffee may cause. Optimal would be small padmaschinen, the already in many hotels there is.

    The hotel is at a street, from the beach on foot approximately 10 minutes away. A rental car is recommendable. Across the street is a agricultural property, the mainly horses and Esel houses. Over the street you come to a beautiful nature reserve, which is good for running. One can also marvelously in this area to Cala Millor walk (about 60 minutes).

The hotel makes still a very good first impression. Sadly, in our case the good impression only to our double room on the 3. floor to the street or can d'amer enough. When we the floor in the bathroom had seen, we were the horror packed. The laminatelemente before the shower stall were half and had partly upturned. Of an earlier stay we knew the weak point of the bathrooms, because at the showers, even with the glass door always a good deal of water on the laminate floor of bathroom land. We asked deal at the front desk to ... remedy the situation and left first the hotel a trip something to do. After the dinner waiting for then the manager to us and offered us compensation. A suite on the same floor, since floor in our room not so fast repair could. In short: it was very fast and without fuss on our complaint response. Suggestion to the hotel management on this point: it appears that in the field of quality assurance still improve, a room in the condition could have been only not at all rents should be. The damage was older than a few hours. Also in the field of room service, there is room for improvement. There was every night a meeting of some ' silverfish ' in the bathroom and at one of our days of stay was forgotten the inventories (soap, cream, coffee, etc.) Refill. The rest of the guests in the hotel was a colorful mixture from different nationalities (sp, d, gigabyte, au) and ages (20.-70). Very pleasant and nice people. read more

    My criticism i had already above noted. Another critical point, i would also like to offered wi-fi in the hotel make. In the first room it worked satisfactory only directly behind the door, in the junior suite it worked in the living area perfect in the bedroom and on the balcony only very slow. The 'monitor' was a commercial Apple iPad 4. In the room there was for my taste too few organisational and technical information (wlan use ) to the hotel and its facilities. I have more appealing and umfänglicher seen.

    The gastronomy. Offers, as likewise already reported in many cases, good value for money. The breakfast buffet can almost nothing to be desired, only the more or less warmgehaltenen dishes were qualitatively improved. Mostly were eggs or vegetables a bit shabby and only lukewarm. The showcooking in the evening was very good quality with lots of very good looking meat and fish, unfortunately is however the quality preparation not at all so good. All freshly prepared courses tasted rather bland. Here would be surely still one room for improvement. Overall it is very good value for money of the kitchen but very good. Especially the numerous and skilfully prepared appetizers are hand-crafted to a very high standard. The same also applies to the salad - and above all for the dessert buffet.

From the reception on the house and zimmerserviceleute, to the restaurants, you met very friendly people, the always make an effort are a the feeling to give, you would be the most important tourist of the hotel. From this point, so again a muchas gracias for the commitment of the staff!

    To the location of the hotel is safe at this point all been said. Let me also. Note, that the protur very well soundproofed room has and you really great slept, because the pleasantly hard beds. We enjoyed in february this really recommendable luxury hotel with the best conditions for relaxation from the stress of everyday life. The hotel is very tastefully coordinated, spacious and in top condition. All areas in the hotel and in the biomar spa center are very clean and well cared for. The staff is very competent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast- and dinner is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. The quality of the food was at a very high level prepared. The kilometer-long promenade and the nature reserve (for a small hike very recommendable) in about 5 minute walk ... from the hotel. The hotel offers also a free bike rental. We can only recommend the hotel. read more

    We were as always pleased with our room with a view of the sea and a dream of a large bed of 2 times 2 meters A great mattress in addition, which makes it worth living in the hotel. In addition water digester and minibar, a decent balcony where you the sea noise heard. Bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, it is the toilet with a door from the rest of the bath, of course with bidet.

The asia and toscana, you should at least, try it, we were 3 times in asia and 2 in toscana, asia is really a dream. Although we until the end the season from the hotel were there, we never had the feeling the any leftovers be served.

    As always perfect staff, from the chef to the maid, all very friendly and everyone greets a, no one not care for the guests would. Room was very good and cleaned daily well cleaned, if in the bathroom which is consumed, it was immediately again there. Also coffee and tea was always refilled, including, sugar and cream.

    We are here for the spa of the hotel can be reached with the beautiful large pool area, where my wife never too cold in the water is. There, there are several saunas and a steam bath, just great.     Well sa coma is not tourist stronghold, but it is beautifully calm here and no drunks and noisy tours. Reached by car you very quickly shopping, on foot you need a maximum of 5 minutes to the large super Mark.

Very modern hotel; rooms are very nice and soundproof (no shower or toilet from the neighboring rooms to hear ); food was excellent, wide choice everything was fresh and tasty; two pools in the open, a pool inside and in addition free access to the spa, underground in only 200 meters away. The sandy beach is a few minutes walk away. read more

A wonderful short break in a hotel, which leaves nothing to be desired. This hotel is particularly for couples recommendable, those simply only times unhitch, to relax and to enjoy want. The hotel is very nice and very clean. It's not one of the typical wannabe X star bunker the directly at the beach beach chairs, where felt 5000 tourist space. It is very exclusive. It shows that, that the typical ' southeuropean charm' flew and the hotel styled throughout. Very beautiful room and above average size bathroom. Also by the pool are very nice rattan lounge furniture set up. These with us in any case to the relaxation factor contributed. There are two pool areas. What good was, a pool was for families with children, the other was kinderfrei. Why ... but the lifeguards by the pool for adults and not on the shallow pool remains a mystery. In the adults pool is also the pool bar integrated. The whole hotel actually consists of various buildings. You enter the hotel at the front desk through a kind of atrium, from there you can in the guest house A or B go. In the B -building there is also a very nice indoor pool. This was however still not guests use it, as it in September still approximately 28 degrees celsius had. But always the possibility, in the indoor pool to swim. In the 4. Building there are the restaurant. There are in each building very many conference rooms available. While we were there was for three days a friseurtagung of Paul mitchell. Large heard one however actually nothing. The guest structure amounted to German 60% and English 40%. read more

    Top -room, clean, has its own style, but it is the only downside tucked away. Rooms are extremely clairaudient. You can hear from the neighbor no conversation with, but as soon as the shower or curtain one you can hear the extremely.

    Breakfast and dinner are in the same restaurant in buffet form. Breakfast until: o'clock, dinner from 7:00 P. M.. Snacks there are all at the pool bar or nearby the kiddie pool in the restaurant ' terrace-grill '. For breakfast there is everything that your heart could desire, from freshly made omelets to sweet. Which for us was new and I had seen was, it every day sparkling wine and not only sundays. The nespresso -coffee machine ( pofessionelle machine) was wonderful. During dinner also very much selection for food to the crickets leave. A very large dessert area. The prices are reasonable, for example mineral water 0.5 liter 3 Euro, Cappuccino at the pool bar 2,40 Euro.

    After sa coma and to the beach it are 5 minutes hike, to Cala Millor you would walk around 20 minutes. In sa coma is less going on there like in Cala Millor. Shopping is limited to the coerced, supermarkets and souvenir shops. Car you can right at the hotel rent. Excursions also TUI in the hotel, the usual.

    Quality of the food excellent! It is on request fresh for a grilled (3-4 meats, 3 sorts of fish). What a little to complain about is: after 9 days the whole a bit bland... It is missing sometimes just that certain something. I am referring here to the gnp: there is a steak frites, fresh vegetables and potatoes but there are just nowhere a pepper sauce the whole fun. ( only as an example). We austrians/ German/ swiss are now simply saucenfreunde... For vegetarians is almost nothing except side dishes, salad and a nadelgericht offered. Very annoying for some! Breakfast buffet excellent! Nespresso machines free coffee choice! Bread very good, which not at all that of course in southern countries! An issue disturbed me very much: water prices! 0.33/0,25 liter water cost in the hotel 3 Euro. I know, it is a five star hotel and drinks are a bit more expensive but man must at 30 degrees in the shade just 1.5 -2l of water on the day beverage. That would be at the prices in the hotel 10 to 15 Euro per day. That cannot be it! No wonder the every guest in the nearby spar runs and with water lays. In return, there is again a glass of house wine (white/red/rose) to 3 Euro what more than is fair.

    2 pools. ( only for persons from 16 years) Both very maintained with beautiful loungers and comfortable cushions. A unart our German friends probably never will: the wonderful early morning to reserve beach chairs... Very annoying when someone at o'clock four loungers reserved and only after lunch emerge.

    Hotel lies nearby a nature reserve. In the immediate area are typical small bars and shops. Nothing special but sufficient. There are also small shops for food in the area. The public beach ( around 5 to 10 minutes on foot) is characterized by mass tourism. Since in the bay of sa coma massenbunker after the other bordered is the beach very densely populated... The water is but clean. About minutes distance ( Porto Christo novo) are very lots of small bays. Great for one day at the beach.

Very friendly and helpful hotel boss. Staff at the reception speaks German well. Through the continuous minimalist design remains the comfort a bit on the way, but nevertheless is worthwhile the money for this hotel. read more

The hotel is very suitable for a relaxing and pleasant vacation. The beach is on foot quick reachable. The two pools are very well maintained and with enough comfortable loungers equipped. For the food it always had a wide selection, and it was healthy eaters cooked. One or other court made us a bit the last whistle missing. We have the extensive free time- and spa -offer not used, since we at the beach were or rental car excursions did. For guests, from the free time- and spa -offer let yourself be pampered want, the hotel is great. read more

A really successful and lovely stay in the junior suite (free upgrade) with great weather. Very many leisure offers, like the thermal spring around the corner, gym, Tennis and so on ( free understand everything). Delicious food and drinks fair hotel-prices. Two beautiful pools... Modern well maintained house with excellent food in buffet form. The selection is very plentiful and it is something there for every taste his. There are two separate areas ( families with children - only adults) and ensure that enough quiet areas for those seeking tranquillity. Smaller bars and shops are within walking distance away (about 7 minutes) within easy reach. The hotel lies at a through road with good reason much traffic. The subject all rooms, the beach chairs and' view of the sea' have. Itself evenings once on the balcony is because of the Schallbelästigung definitely not a ... pleasure. The windows are but good soundproof and the traffic noise is in the room with the windows closed convenient not to hear. The air conditioning worked perfectly and unobtrusively, which we found to be very pleasant. read more

Alone the entrance was impressive ostentatious. Double room and junior suite will receive, the hotel and the rooms are like in the pictures described we even had two balcony, of our roommates was hear nothing, not even a cough. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, it was even brought to the room without an extra charge. The wellness spa area we had on one day even for two hours just for us (, although the weather there was not so good) to other days also not overcrowded. Our summary, if you are looking for a time out and relaxation on ... Mallorca searches you are in goods hands here. We will certainly come often for this hotel decide. read more
