Since our return flight to Germany due to a broken plane's failed were within an hour approximately 120 rooms of condor booked. We were amazed how fast in Jamaica also times which worked. We were very friendly by a german-speaking manager welcome. The check in worked very quickly. We felt immediately. We got a great room with direct view of the sea. Great mini bar with 4 bottles alcohol and full fridge we do not have yet experienced. Our next vacation a Riu -hotel are.!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner was of a very high standard. The cocktails at the ... main bar were very gu t. the beach was super had at any time a free beach chair. The cleanliness in the whole hotel was great read more

Us airways, our suitcase in philadelfia lost, until the next evening we got the. It happens there and again, i had the hotel shop employee told.
The complete staff in the hotel and ausselhalb of the hotel expect tip and speak also a on.
You preferred and except row served, as soon as you a note shows. Even the bus driver, the tour guide and the guide in bobmarley museum languages on the tips at. The we found very unpleasant.
All except house trips and excursions are very recommendable and unforgettably beautiful. You can take around 4 to 5 trips ... to two 1000 US Dollar get rid of. As currency is US Dollar much more popular than Jamaica Dollar. US Dollar rather in Germany change.
The staff in the gastronomy -, garden-, animation- and zimmerbereichen great. The same could be over front desk not always say lack of interest to our problems with the hotel telephone.
Much promised Jamaica Hummer there was not.

Were in january 2013 in the Riu montegobay. This hotel has Riu-standard-is so in all in all really recommendable. Service and friendliness of the staff are exemplary. Room big enough with nice housekeeping. In the choice of food there hardly something to moan about. Positive is close proximity to airport (10 minutes transfer time). Therefore fly but also all departing planes in a few hundred meters height about the hotel. (around 40 to 50 planes from about 8:00 bismenschen, the something to nörgel find the will also find something. About 9:00 p. m.). The disturbed sometimes. At ... night is no fluigverkehr. Beach is big and beautiful, however after a few meters in the water greasy seaweeds or plants on the seabed. With a few bathing shoes for 10 Euro is the problem however fixed. Negative are the very annoying and obtrusive tugs, the front of the hotel entrance wait and only your best-your money! read more

I'have had some bad things about the hotel read before we arrived!
I'm usually not affect, but I can the people support beschissenes really -sea! Silt as the Nordsee-disgusting never a Karibik sea.
If you not abbaggert, I would not advise to fly there. supernervige traders at the beach, outrageous that in the morning 6 hours until night
Rooms are as a punishment!

Big hotel, nice location, in a bay.
Very clean. Mini bar with 4 times 0.7 liter bottles of rum, Gin, Brandy, whisky 4 fl beer Cola Cola light, schweppes etc.
All inclusive plus three specialties restaurants

We could not fault about the hotel, the staff or the travel guide tell. Everything was perfect. At the beach you may need to deduct a few points, but so badly, as there are some is presented, it is really not. We did not have a day by the pool stopped, but were only at the beach. And if you a quiet vacation like, you should perhaps not degrees Jamaica choose, because there you will find a rather lebensfrohes and colorful people. read more

First I must say the staff were always very friendly and accommodating no matter wether cleaning lady or barkeeper.
In the evening we arrived and thought fully the great hotel.
The next morning we were very early for changing of the clocks, so right to the caribbean sea, really amazing totally disgusting no azure blue water no way until the knee we could go and then loud around 15 to 20 centimeter high plants ( lawn, seaweeds, etc.) and the in Karibik unimaginable. Call it the natural beach totally abnormal 90% of the guests were only by the pool. ... Hotel looks nice, but they need here and there a craftsman, in the pool lack for example partly tiles; on the ceiling of our shower was something mold; the furniture in the lobby were very worn (5 stars look different). We had all-inclusive for 11 days and then after 3 days moved as I fly not in Karibik and couch then by the pool. So this hotel lies minutes by car from the airport very many americans, from ten a. m. very loud music of of the pool bar the spread over the whole day. We had the feeling this is the Ballermann the americans. So relaxing was not almost everywhere very loud. read more

It is a very nice, clean hotel. There are two people from the staff, speak German and in case of any problems can help. The food is tasty, varied and varied. Great lilanes hotel with several buildings. Very large pool with water beds and swim-up bar. Often with many Americans crowded. 24 hours all inclusive with bar in the room. Every two days the bar was newly refilled. Unfortunately the sea despite its Caribbean colors with mud and Wassergräßern after about 2 meters not so fantastic. But if you can swim shows nothing and the sea is a dream. There are plenty of loungers available. Cleanliness is very much emphasized. Except from time to time at the table. The three theme restaurants are delicious. However you should immediately at the beginning ... of the vacation the reservations, because everything else is full. We found not so great. The large restaurant is in the interior area very big and noisy (like a cafeteria) but we are always outside on the terrace sat, as it was very pleasant. Our room was very big and we had a great view of the see and big balcony. ( on friendly request during the check in)
US dollar in cash are a plus ( since the Jamaican Dollar very varies). Unfortunately, there was the weather not so amazing. A day of rain and no, little sun. Sunset from about half 6 directly on the sea ( very nice), if available. During the day very hot. But there was usually a pleasant Pinch. The hotel lies about 3 kilometers away from the airport. Thus noise from the planes and not avoidable. At night however no impairment. Wireless internet connection only in the lobby of the hotel.
Overall it was a very relaxing vacation for us. read more

Large area, in several blocks divides. In between a very well maintained garden area and a very large pool area. There are too many Americans and Canadians there, but also or other Europeans. The hotel is just great. We only stayed for three days before the trip but it was still great. The transfer there were only 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in building three, which was very centrally located but still very quiet location. You get nothing with the quality of the service. Room was very clean and there are nothing to complain about the hotel. There were enough beach chairs, the food was great (especially the mexik. Evening). I would recommend this hotel again at the drop of a hat. read more

Hotel is very nice. Beach and sea No caribic feeling. After a few meters in the sea of mud. Distance to Montego Bay not far. You should also visit in the evening. The hotel is located right next to the airport Montego bays. Huge large holidays-but also logistics plane flies at the Start of the hotel. It is a moron noise, even if only once in the hour and at night does not happen. The hotel is very noisy, the staff talk longer over several floors in the stairwell. There was a lot of shouted. The competence of the staff in their little effort and has no Jamaican Joie de vivre from (apparently the payment is very bad). A'vacation Feeling' is not. The beach is, if at all during the time with ... a tractor cleaned, to grow more in the sea seaweeds and the water is not clear (it is a little bit gross, without shoes-de-sac). The guests are almost only Americans, the riotous in this all-inclusive 'sow' Hotel, which was apparent in a piss-up at the pool bar. All in all, a highly recommended Hotel. read more
