Very clean, modern hotel only a couple of minutes on foot of train station and the kkl Luzern. Very friendly staff - as I due to my early departure to the breakfast to do had, I got for the return trip a lunch box with everything to breakfast belongs on the way home. Great service. read more

Important further from the train station located, as from the hotel on the website to try to mediate. It lies right at the train station, but where the train station no exit has. However, this is the only thing i had to complain about. Directly opposite of the hotel you will find a good eatery. read more

Excellent and rich breakfast. The Wi-Fi works with Iphone 4 GS unfortunately not at all, with laptop there is the connection. Apart from that room everything great, nice spanish TAPAS -restaurant and comfortable small bar - at any time gladly again! read more

Excellent design-room. I had one of the freshly renovated water fall -design-room used. This rooms are excellent and absolutely design moderately furnished. The rooms are clean and have a water fall on photo. Absolutely recommendable nonetheless! Have never had such a kind of hotel experienced! read more

At first glance i had the hotel not at all as a hotel detected, but a bar in the hotel drew my attention. But hardly had i the hotel entering, i was from the modern design positively surprised. Almost a cool ambience, but not sterile or bare. Our room was on the 6. floor, over several lifts reachable was. As it is not an so-called 'giant hotel' was, was the number of rooms well arranged. There were all sorts of guests there. Young couples, parents with children, but also older people (60+) we met. We had the breakfast option. read more

    There was on the ground floor a restaurant, we in the morning our breakfast revenue. Initially me the buffet very small before, but a lot you have to order directly with the staff, so that the dishes freshly prepared were. I found this a good idea, because the food individually prepared is. There was buffet fresh fruits, yoghurt, bread, cold cuts, cereal, various juices. Individually were coffee, choco, egg variants ordered. The breakfast was with us included in the price. Very lots of guests were present, came the service not to one hundred per cent with re-filling after. A bit annoying were furthermore the loud private conversations two women from the staff.

    The frontdesk was very friendly. There our room was not yet cleaned, we could our suitcase parking. These were by the staff in the room born. Even at breakfast was the service in any case on the spot. With us spoke the staff german, but in principle also english or french spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was a little slow, but thoroughly. It was the cleaning staff also in our room, al we in the afternoon from our first trip back.

    This hotel lies close to from the train station, and well reachable on foot, if you are not several suitcase to drag has. Apart from that you can also easily take a taxi. On foot we needed around 5 to 10 minutes. Nearby were small bars, restaurants. Nevertheless the hotel lies not as central, that you with the volume adjoining places had to fight. From the hotel it was as described above within a very short time to the train station and therefore to the center. From there you could ship excursions on the lake, the center to watch or simply by the streets strolling. The Switzerland is not so big. We were traveling from Basel and required only an hour by train. In Basel there is also a airport, very good public transport to reach is. The view from the room was not top (no sea view), but we could over Luzern look and handed us.

The hotel is in a central location (arrival with train, five minutes to walk to the hotel). The hotel rooms (category single room) is appropriately furnished (flatscreen TV, safe, bürotisch, air conditioning, among other things, meter), not too big, but adequate. The whole house is a free wireless LAN usable (to register at the reception). Practical details: the iPhone users can be a docking device to recharge overnight. House belonging to the Bolero-restaurant (fine Spanish cuisine) is comfortably furnished, the staff friendly and competent. The guest is in this hotel, the very strategically located in the city center, with parking in the courtyard, is located in a very friendly welcome. The house is decorated in a modern style and on a current state, what is noticeable in all areas. The single room was relatively small, but with all what is necessary for a short stay well equipped, the bathroom was small and insulation for guests over 1.85 size in shower area something positive but the modern amenities and low-the cleanliness. Bermerkenswert also the attentive service at the breakfast buffet-always pleasant, if the eggs ... freshly prepared to order. Positive also the for the Lucerne standards interesting price/performance ratio. Total decision: recommended. read more

Very nice hotel in Luzern. 5 minute walk from the train station. Theatre and cinema on the other side of the street. Bolero with a Spanish restaurant in the home (TAPAS and wine for the small appetite, as well as larger courts, to medium-sized prices but very tasty), but also many opportunities in the area. Also lunch menu-dishes and good varied salad bar, depending on the time of business people but for the area and thus Platznot. From previous appointments in Lucerne, I can with other hotels in the city and compare treasures of the very friendly staff especially the ... Cascada. Either they will be crammed on it, or it makes it fun to actually work here, reception, restaurant, room service, doorman. The room was big enough, tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, Windows can be opened. By the central location one already hears something car & rail traffic, what for me but not annoying was. Arrival with public transport ideal, with the own vehicle can it to the usual situation in the city centre will be (transport, restricted Park offer). always again with great pleasure. read more

    Just OK... could use some updating. The hand painted murals on the wall, nothing to rave about in my opinion. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY CHARGE!!

    Didn't incur anything special. Safe didn't work when we arrived at the room around 4 in the afternoon. Wasn't fixed until the following afternoon after having to remind front desk.

We had a lovely room, although some were much smaller than ours. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and to the old town, however it was a little noisy (noise from the street) at night. I would stay here again. They staff was wonderful. read more
