Overall a good hotel, the perfect to the center is located. We specially enjoyed the access to the merano thermal baths, the cleanliness and the fine cuisine in the enclosed half board. Late sleepers the late breakfast until 11:00 o'clock very accommodating. But you had in the evening after 22:00 o'clock the feeling, barely tolerated to be. read more

    The breakfast buffet is not very cleverly set up, particularly because you initially a little herumirrt and long distances to go must. Soft boiled 5-minutes eggs are not available and the scrambled eggs are strange friable. The dinner was a part of half board is excellent. The available wines were good and suitable dialed.

    The spa with pool are very reasonable and modern. Very annoying is, that many hotel guests obviously not know, as it in a sauna promised: nudist zone (!) , before the sauna shower and wash up, showers to the sauna etc. Here you should have a guide to the right sauna hung up. Internet is in the room with iPad or Iphone not accessible. Computer only with cable. But free!

We were on the way back from the lake Garda for one night in this hotel and had in spite of the short stay a truly great time there. The location is for Meran super, even if only little time the city to explore. The center is only a few meters further, restaurants, shops etc. Are in the immediate vicinity. Also the hotel itself really impressed us, ideal is of course the direct connection the terme Meran. The hotel makes a modern impression and we personally very appealing. Our superior rooms were big enough and had a beautiful big balcony ... respectively a covered loggia. Cleanliness in room and bathroom were good, decor was also very pleasant. We only had breakfast in the hotel and also here there was nothing to complain about. The choice is big enough and there is something for everyone there. The waiters is hard and very friendly in every area. If it should strike us again in this corner devious, I would definitely again there again! read more

    We had booked a suite and it was a real dream. Very spacious and with fine and great facilities. The bathroom with double sinks and rainforest shower and standingfree bath tub in the relaxed two persons fit into it. For sleep-and living room separately controlled air conditioning, two tv, as well as a large, sunny balcony with chairs and loungers with a view of the thermal spring and the mountains from Meran. The room alone is a stay worth.

    On the way there we were very professional and welcomed friendly. All furnishings and functions were explained. There was even a free router made available with the one in the room a free wi-fi setup could. I had previously a wellness treatment booked, I was already extremely friendly competent and friendly advised. Also special wishes (champagne for life) were accommodating fulfilled.     We had a life for two people followed by ganzkörperölmassage booked. This was very nicely decorated, also the massage was good. The spa area is very nice and clean decorated. There is a indoor swimming pool, as well as a small fitness room. There is free water and tea. We were very individually and friendly treated. In the indoor pool there is unfortunately very little loungers ( around 6 to 8), these are jerk-twitch occupied. There is a outside area with lawn and possibility to lay down, unfortunately it rained so that a use was not possible. We then wanted to the thermal spring use, easily accessible by a short walkway by the wellness area to reach is. Unfortunately is the thermal spring compared to the website in the interior area but quite small and there were also all loungers occupied, as well as the pool crowded. I have the impression won, that the thermal spring at the weekend always very crowded and therefore a relaxing bath in the way. That's a pity, as we were also because of the thermal baths for our weekend break to Meran decided (but this could the hotel not be accused). After the relaxing wellness experience in the hotel we are against from the thermal baths 'fled', as the atmosphere was very stressig seemed.

    Unfriendly staff in the restaurant. Had half board additionally booked, for a -course menu in 35 minuten processed. Meat was Freezing served. After complaint was the meat stay in the Kitchen and in short time in the microwave provided - unfortunately it was Afterwards not enjoyable and hard like a ledersohle. Breakfast table our neighbors was ( the guests got something seconds) simply cleared. Staff are not very friendly and whispered always in front of the present guests.

We come now already 4. time to this hotel ( earlier Steigenberger). We have for the last Maangerwechsel a quality increase all spaces feast, whether food (spoiling guest house, breakfast and especially service in all areas). The first time the director personally the guests on the occasion of one likeable Gästeaperos presented. Only something is still 'not good' -the tiles in the hotel's own spa bathroom are in the wet condition still very slippery, perhaps even improved. We would definitely come again - keep it up! read more

The hotel therme in Meran is really recommendable. We have already been on several occasions there and in the time was again a Short vacation there. Suite was very spacious and perfectly equipped, The double superior rooms and standard rooms are totally ok. Breakfast buffet more than enough. Old town within a few minutes walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff! And so on and so on Quite can only be recommended. read more

I am with friends since the opening of this (initially Steigenberger-group). I the hotel can, also under the new leadership only recommend, the offer the half board, should guest use. Value for money is good, the food is above average. Everywhere the guest very accommodating served, particularly the wellness area and the women the ' Zedernlounge ' simply outstanding. Two Disadvantages, unfortunately was the wonderful Thermenplatz by the glass palace somewhat flawed, I think it is a inconsistency in style, a further disadvantage, the price for the double room for single use it is just too expensive. There is the ... impression, that the hotel no traveling alone want. Unfortunately also traveling alone make sales. I will in spite of the 2 drawbacks, again next year my vacation in the hotel spend. read more

We stayed in a double room with extra bed/ Loggia and a view of the inner courtyard accommodated. The location of the hotel, directly in Meran at the passeier is ideal. The thermal spring is through a private tunnel reachable in particular with a child perfect. We had merely booked with breakfast included, since we the restaurant after personal taste something 'sterile' worked, but everyone has their own taste. The pub in the direct vicinity of the hotels in Meran, are more on the 'day guest' set, that's why were the offered food rather no 'highlights', so a personal tip. ... Pizzeria/ tavern Tanner in Meran - Obermais, Dantestr. 77, Meran, Tel. 0473236558 Great Pizzas amongst others in beautiful beer garden for cheap prices without 'traps', amongst others to reach with the bus line 4 ( stop Dante 4 or 5). read more

This hotel deserves a very large praise. The rooms are beautiful and in very good condition. Pools, as well as the other wellness area are very nice and you can relax in the wonderful atmosphere heavenly relaxation. Also the food was very delicious. The employee, from the reception to the Caretaker, were always very friendly and helpful. We will definitely again holidays there. Thanks for the wonderful time read more

Was very harmonious the architecture of Matteo Thun and the interiordesign with many nice details. Nice is also the booked suite: great view from the balcony on the pool, thermal and mountains. Very bright with large living area, modern huge bathroom with rainforest shower, separate toilet and bathtub. To the greetings there was fruits and a prosecco. The dinner i thought that was a bit lifelessly. Although you could have ever 3 courses under 3 variants select, but sounded the map but a bit better than the score. It was also very chairs stood too narrow and quite noisy. Much ... better the breakfast was: very good service, live cooking station, 20 teas, large pastry selection, a huge selection of fruit. Not conceived i found the spa: the pools with very loud jacuzzi area and numerous countercurrents and wasserstrahler and the sauna unfortunately not at all different spatial or completely optically separated. Also it was a pity that the thermal spring first at 9:00 o'clock open, as was swimming before breakfast only with difficulty possible. Very excited i was from the application: the specially for the hotel developed body Renaissance treatment was especially and very relaxing. read more

Our absolute favorite hotel. We go already for years here and are always again very pleased. Centrally located you can in Meran everything to reach on foot and for hiking from Meran from by bus the entrance. I can only recommend. read more

The hotel has a very good value for money. The staff/ inside are exceptionally friendly and polite. Very nice hotel's own spa facilities, although not very big. Beautiful garden with - Reaching chairs. Thermal bath Meran can walk through the 'robe' pleasant and the entry is In the hotel price already included. Only one negative is the relatively expensive hotel's own parking garage (15,00 euros per Day). It would be desirable to possibility in the garden respectively spa facilities a coffee to get, as you Is forced in the bathrobe the bar in general area to visit. read more

Great hotel in great condition, beautiful rooms with a view of the mountains. Very delicious and large breakfast buffet, great service both in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk. Absolutely recommendable nonetheless! read more
