There everything was correct! And meets the naturally also the cleanliness to. Simply superb!

The staff has really for us tourist and bent over backwards, what if at all to complain about was, is the fact that the staff only very little German, but we nevertheless somehow understood. The cleanliness about this hotel I have never experienced something like that. perfektaaaaaaaa without being overbearing.

Animation, kids club was also good. But what I personally disturbed us, with the animationsprogramm not even speak German was. Only Russian or franz. / ital. / English. However the pool the all mistakes. Was all great, and its drinks you could also in the water drink.

The hotel is really just recommendable, since everything fit. The size, the food and above all the cleanliness were just brilliant. So we will definitely stay there again and this hotel take.

For a beach vacation is the location great. Everything there that you need ( shopping, excursions) the airport is however only 6 kilometer from the hotel way so that the plane naturally hears and sees. But we were not disturbed at all.

We had a suite with 2 shared rooms. Massive balcony. Very large room. Air conditioning in both areas, individually adjustable. In both rooms tv and direct access to the balcony. Kettle with teebeuteln and instant coffee in the room. Safe free of charge in the room. Plenty of storage space in the cupboards available. The rooms are very clean cleaned.

There is a main restaurant, several bars and at the beach also yet a restaurant, by lunch can be respectively in the afternoon small snacks, ice etc. Receives. neapolitano restaurant is also evenings open, the offered menu is in all inclusive price included. It had to be reserved. The fish restaurant is subject to a charge. The food is very diverse and in sufficient quantity available. Unfortunately it is in the dining room of the restaurant by the air conditioning quite cold. The main restaurant has unfortunately no terrace in the open.

The staff are friendly. Knowledge of German are rather small, with English gets ahead one however in any case further. The cleaning of the rooms was complete satisfaction. Twice we even had a hand towel creation on our beds. Doctor is on the complex, we didn't need it. Pharmacy is also on the complex available. Kids club is also available, we didn't need anymore. Since we didn't complaints had, we couldn't say, we thereby am gone around.

International animation team worries for the guests. Water polo, beach volleyball, darts, water aerobics was offered daily. Each week beach party ( subject to a charge) with pool, foam party etc. At the beach. Enough chairs, cushions, sun screens available. Changing rooms and shower at the beach. On the reef a jetty, entrance into the sea only over this possible. Very many palm trees at the beach, therefore also natural protection from the sun. Dreamlike underwater world, so lots of different fish in all colors and sizes, we have until now (it was our fifth vacation in Egypt) never seen. Even a turtle sponge nearby the catwalk. Ideal time for snorkeling around midday, as are the least people. In the afternoon it is on the pier very busy.

The hotel consists of a main building and several bungalows, which have the entire area are spread out. It is very clean and the wonderful garden area is very well maintained. A stream flows by a majority of the hotel. We had all-inclusive. The guests came from Russia, Italy and France. Only a few German speaking tourist. The hotel is very extensive. There is a small mall there is also. The water slides in the neighbor hotel nubian village can be used free of charge. In terraces laid out beach.

The hotel is directly at the beach, which in terraces designed. The airport is in about 7 kilometer away. Airplanes more often over the complex and the beach, but they are not bothersome. In front of the hotel there is a shopping street with several shops. With the taxi you can also to Naama Bay go. You have to see. Excursions were limited, trips into the inland found because of the current security situation does not take place. Excursions at the sea you could in any case undertake. The boat to Ras Mohammed with the boat and schnorchelpausen is definitely recommendable.

In all bungalow there is a telephone, air conditioning, terrace, hair dryer, fridge, safe, tv. A bulb is with us sometimes canceled, but otherwise everything was great and clean.

There is several restaurants ( three or four), the best cut the main restaurant. Very delicious and changing buffet-offer. Daily different soups, many main courses and appetizers, very large salad buffet and an almost larger dessert-offer and also for vegetarians enough selection :-) the juices were however very sweet. Also breakfast was always very tasty ( warm, cold food, healthy and less healthy breakfast:-).

Great service! English not a problem. Speak German a few. Bungalows were cleaned daily, on request but also first on the next day. Sickness was food for free in the restaurant packed and route (which actually for a fee should be). Really very friendly and helpful staff:-) apparently not in every hotel in the region the case (narrations of foreign hotel guests). Guest service, the guests almost daily, but not pushy, asked, if everything is okay.

Animators strive very and there is evenings daily different ideas by the pool. A kids' club, and disco for adults there are also. Once a week there is a beach party took place. Beach and pool were always clean, as well as the beach towels.

The hotel area is large and beautiful! Lots of green, very clean. The bungalows tastefully furnished, with coerced equipped and cleaned daily. The pools are clean. One has the choice between activity pool and silent pool. The restaurant is very nice and the tables to breakfast, lunch and dinner individually decorated and set up. Evenings there is often a special dinner, with incredible creations of chefs. Hotel guests from the various countries: Germany, England, Italy, Russia, Spain, Holland.

Hotel is located directly by the sea, with chairs on the beach. 20 minutes away from the airport. Opposite the hotel is a shopping arcade, in the hotel itself there are also shops ( jewelry, clothing, perfume, gear, souvenirs, etc.). 30 minutes away from the hotel is the Soho shopping center. You can snorkeling. City tours, camel rides and quad bike tours are also offered.

Bungalow. Super maintained environment, beautiful own front garden with seating possibility. Safe was in vain available.

Several restaurants and bars are available. The food is extensive and good. It was changed between 'european' and 'egyptian' kitchen style. Both were okay. We were from all sides very friendly treated, us however also not russians-typical behavior, which was taken.

In no other hotel we have such a continuous presence and friendliness of the staff experienced. We didn't have any complaints and additional services were not necessary. We have heard, that in these cases the service also was perfect.

The complex consists mainly of bungalows, the very nicely furnished are. Minor damage (mistake in the plaster) you can overlooked. Spacious room, great shower. Cleanliness is ok immaculate, one with small surprises pampered and every wish taken into account. We had all-inclusive, what we only marginally used. If something to criticize is, it is unfortunately the (russian) tourists. Even at this time of year (not fully booked) they cannot be overlooked, ignore, über'riechen'. Lack of education, education, behavior. They have no respect for the people who live there opposite and not other tourists.

The drive from the airport is minimal. Shops are on foot opposite the hotel to reach. Excursions plentiful.

Practically equipped, good size, clean.

The food was surprisingly varied and good. Every day there were the usual buffet one or several specials. In relation to hygiene there were no reason to the complaint.

The staff at the hotel was always friendly, always up for a joke and had generally over good english language skills. Understand german however highest 40% of the staff.

Animation for our kids (9 and 11) was gladly accepted. Entertainers were very nice and made for good entertainment. Tennis courts were unfortunately in dreadful condition and the rackets for hire also. The fitness center was sufficiently filled, but also there is still potential of improvement.

We had a practically equipped 2-room-bungalow, the cleaned daily and enough room for 2 adults and 2 children offered.

Location very nice, the facilities belonging beach cove (with shadow spending palms) is certainly the most beautiful of this section and offers with its additional laid out liegeterrassen on windy days protected places.

the room was great, very big ( especially also for one person), only that the double bed from two individual stock could have been disturbed if I my girlfriend have ;-)

The main reason, why I this hotel would not recommend. And I work in the travel agency, have very lots of hotels saw and tested, this was for the food with large by far the worst, which I had ever experienced I have to say that I don't meat and no fish eat, but the other German, I have met, also on the bad quality from meat and fish weighted. The Soups not enjoyable and partially. also indefinable, what it should be, the dressings unfortunately very bad (too sour, spicy and so on.) and the selection of vegetarian dishes on some days were almost not available. no recommendation! the food gave me the vacation somewhat ruined, and I am actually not at all picky... oh, also the breakfast was not good. Shell in the omelette, hardly cheese-Selection, cooked tomatoes... so well. And the cold milk was quickly empty. The only coffee, which was good, was the cappuccino at the bar. The other was brewed instant- powder and just like that \u2639 The beer was not good (it was not the standard beer from Egypt, but irgeneine cheap tag), and the cocktails were poorly mixed (gave 5 to choose from, but' cocktails' was sometimes exaggerated, because it was rather around with Cola and vodka with orange juice and Sunday..).

Most employees were very rude, German not at all spoken (which actually not disturbing, if you can speak English). Otherwise, all Russian, many English and partially. also Italian. Unfortunately you in English partly not correctly understood and one also had all the people there understand... well, OK. The barkeeper and almost all other from the staff worked totally listless, I had the feeling the a few Regular guests were treated better. Without tip really just unfriendly and unhelpful. Only the cleaning of the rooms was perfect and the employee there was also really nice. Oh, and the towel-Man was also nice. at the front desk they were simply incompetent (and rude), it was just forgot and irgendlelche information about the hotel to give...

loud music on lagoon- pool, was OK, quiet on relax pool at the main building. One was at the beach constantly urged, but something to participate, like for instance the diving in the pool. Much I did from the animation offer not used. At least there was a kind of' disco' in the evening, in the pub, so half twelve, but from a supposedly existing outdoor disco I have seen nothing. Otherwise there were the usual, so fitness room, Gymnastic and beach volleyball.

the positive thing first: the hotel complex is really beautiful! Very green, many flowers, a small artificial Stream meanders through, and the rooms were also great. however was the water in the pool sow cold, the food was the worst that I have ever experienced and the staff unfriendly and the whole time with significant 'zero-Bock' mood. The riots in Cairo has one purely nothing at all noticed. the beach is very small, and one cannot swim, only snorkeling, without bathing shoes you can't into the water . no beautiful sandy beach, but somewhat Rocky and cliff ledges, then terribly long bathing Jetty to get into the deeper water. In my travel time was the wind partly so hard and cold, in the short time, in the light, not to the beach Couches knew. At least not without sweater. It was the beach pleasantly empty ;-)

Right in the hotel area of nabq, circa 80 kilometer after dahab, about 20 kilometer to NAMA Bay. Only typical tourist shops and hotels in the immediate vicinity to reach on foot. Quite okay as a starting point for excursions.

The bungalow was large enough and very clean! Only the beds were way too hard. Morning back pain pre-programmes. Air conditioning worked perfectly!

There was 1 restaurant for breakfast and dinner! There was however always queue announced! Evening one had sometimes 30 minutes wait for a free table. The breakfast was always the same and plenty of choice. Dinner resembled actually always. Then there a restaurant by the pool lunch food. And evenings you could for extra charge food. But we didn't use it.

Nice, friendly staff! With English you got along well. At the front desk one spoke but also good German. The rooms were always well cleaned. Complaints we had no! On request we got within 20 minutes a second pillows brought.

The pool respectively the pools were very nice. You could also the pools and slides of the neighboring hotel use! Couches was in the morning at 7 o'clock with towels reserved! Really annoying! The pool and also the beach were very clean. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer!

The hotel has a pleasant size and was laid out like a park. We had a bungalow, the children had their own room. Very big and clean enough. The food was good but after a few days but the taste was always the same. Unfortunately there were 95% Russians in the hotel. Simply too much!

The hotel lies directly at the beach! Good bathing and snorkel possibilities! Shops directly opposite and further the road high. To the airport it is only a few Kilometer! Daily the air traffic watch, it were not a nuisance! Excursions we did not make.
