non-smokers room does not exist automatically, you should specify at the time of booking and demand!
there is in each floor two rooms, the wise men to the rear to a ventilation shaft. These are because of a air-conditioning devices-Withdrawal unbearably loud( you can can't sleep, 70 dB! Constant noises). The best location, room, go to Airedale street.
otherwise very friendly staff.
on the rooms there is a pantry-kitchen with complimentary coffee (was refilled everyday). Super place to go out for the exploration of the city. read more

We are totally exhausted in New Zealand arrived and went to the scenic hotel only times for a few hour ones. The bed was a dream. Super comfortable. The hotel lies quite centrally located, you can as good as all in the town to reach on foot or by bus around. The older room was quite small, too the bathroom. No balcony. For one night however no topic. A kitchenette is available. There is no parking, only valet parking. Breakfast we had not included, in the hotel is however a bar available or you can go nearby various coffee shops ... and restaurants. read more

The hotel is located on the main shopping street queen street from Auckland, however it is a little way out of the Haupteinkaufstrubels in a very Asian inspired part of Auckland. The room was great. With a living room (sofa-corner with TV) with a kitchenette (complete with microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator and even dishwasher) and a separate bedroom. So a very nice room. Unfortunately, it was must have been a smoking room because they still smelled. It was also facing the street which was not completely quiet. The hotel is well maintained and the staff helpful. The gym was ... a little disappointing (old appliances), but at least there was any such facility. Convenient is that the airport bus goes directly outside the hotel (but on the route to the airport. From the airport, you have to walk about 5 minutes). read more

We stayed at this hotel before and after a round-NZ trip each 1-2 times. The hotel is in an ideal location in Queen Street, so that the most important tourist attractions are within walking distance. The airport with a shuttle bus. Check-in: you can usually the booked rooms only from 14.00 o'clock move. After a long trip and immediately on request but was now a room ready for us. The rooms are different. We stayed with our adult daughter a DRB-room. The first room before our trip was big enough, had a double and a single bed and a ... complete kitchenette. But it was only a small closet in which iron and ironing board, so that you were little space to unpack the suitcase. Since we were there for two Zwischenübernachtungen had, it was not too bad. After a round trip we were given a DRB-room consisting of a double room and one single bedroom, by a connecting door separating the you could, a small living room and a complete kitchenette. It couldn't have been better. For breakfast: You can book a complete buffet or but yourself to their own choice. Definitely of booking made sure if breakfast is included in the room rate. Conclusion: I would stay with them again anytime. Ideal for sightseeing! read more

The hotel is situated in the middle of the Queen Street. From the Sky Tower it is only a 2 minute walk and the port 5 minutes. The beds are unfortunately very very soft but it is great to start a New Zealand trip. read more
