For a short stay in the summer great. We were satisfied. The kindness and information at the check-in and AUT could be better. Especially to thank you we would like us in the restaurant area, the waitress Olga the always a smile for the guests desired also had the quality and selection of the meals were good. To complain about is the lack of a drinks menu at the bar. read more

For hikers and other sport, where you during the day traveling, it is okay. The spa area has in my eyes nothing at all to do with a spa, no atmosphere. What I find impudent the a dog 10 to 15 Euro on the day costs. We had two small Yorkshire therewithin, A 2 the other 3 kilogram. For the we had 140€ pay for a week. They needed only water to drink from the hotel. Would be a fee for a final cleaning not also fine? The costs only a little less like our daughter with 8 years, for ... you we paid 205 €for the week. read more

    Large, but really from the eighties. Beds very uncomfortable, 13 centimeters mattress on a board. Window can only see hard to open, worn-out bad that means wind comes through. unloving furnished, so rather youth hostel. unfortunately it was very loud at night, because the walls are very thin are (all: top, Left & right) and the music the bar was very loud untwisted was. Tip: ear plugs carry forward if you are not a Partyfreak is.

    here must be done. the staff must learn, what service means. Rarely something bad as here. Also work in the hotel industry & dining in a senior position, but I would have no staff keep. I am sorry. complaint was only from the 'I-situation' and not from the Gastseite.

    Since we had already better days. What me a pool, sauna, etc. when all this runtergewirtsschaftet is. Unhygienic and old. In addition the behavior of the guests in addition, all with trunk/bathing suit in the sauna without towel go. But tolerated, very unattractive if I nude( sauna) with textile area vermische. In the swimming pool should I but not naked purely, as apply suddenly other Rules.

Of course a structural disaster in the area and aimed at the masses. However the rooms are - up to small faults tidy. The offered dishes as a part of the all inclusive-booking are varied and also mostly very tasty. On the offered lunch box you can give up to try and possibly only the bottles give leave. The bathing area was large and very clean and tidy - the sauna is only for an extra charge to use. The drink containers are however also a disaster - for refined guests recommends, proper glasses to take. read more

The hotel is a mittlegroßes hotel from the 80er years, either one liked the style or not. The hotel was clean, it smelled something only the vending machine to vomit. The staff was always friendly. The guests in the hotel were from the age and the nationalities were mixed, most frequently met Italian ski clubs we, in the summer at the amazingly and German. Excursion possibilities it pastures, mountain huts, three thousand summit, and of course Juval castle. It was a bar and a restaurant. The meals were good and it was plenty of it. So we will come again ... on all cases. read more

It was a completely successful vacation in Kurzras (in hotel Cristal). Here you can do a lot on the smallest area. One comes with the people there easily into conversation and are very helpful also. We will spend our holiday in 2011 again there. read more

Very large hotel, but very beautiful! Perfect for hiking and relax. All including offer is very good food and the rest is perfect all further to recommend! Very many German and Italian are on site! Funicular to the glacier is also OK ascent 16.50 Euros! can only say everything was great! read more
