Our first stay at the susesi luxury resort has us really amazed. That is a hotel what the 5 stars really deserved. The whole complex is super maintained, room and bathroom very big, the culinary offer really excellent. The buffets were in diversity, presentation and taste of the food was simply fantastic and not more to beat. At christmas and new year's eve was a multi-course menu of the finest quality serves, plays with live music. In our opinion was the music at the pool something too loud, but since the tastes are known to be different. The staff were ... without exception very friendly and constantly endeavored around our well-being. There are shops in the nearby located Belek, what with the taxi to reach is. For excursions in the area you should a rental car book, since for example a drive to side or Antalya with public transportation very inconvenient (times change). Overall the hotel we can highly recommend. read more

We had in the hotel susesi luxury resort features Thomas Cook at the time from 23-12-12-11,01. 13 a senior suite. After arriving at the 23 december in the evening when it was raining we have a suite. Directly we noticed, that we were on a tin roof looked, on the rain crackled and the prospect impaired. Lodged a complaint immediately we at the front desk and asked another suite. Here one put off us on the next day, since the competent mr only the next morning to be represented. So we spend the first night because of the constant ... drum of the rain on the metal roof. The next morning the sun was shining. They reflected on the metal roof, that sit or even read on the balcony was impossible. The sound of several fans on the roof was really annoying. (see pictures) The suite was also not the zimmerplan as on the website, of the hotel obvious, but consisted of two double rooms with passage. On the next day we went together with our travel guide to the front desk. There the tour guide with a handshake from the front service manager welcomes, we the guests, by the arrogant, pretentious and rude tranquil mr hardly rewarded with a glance. The negotiations for another suite with him in turkish run, which the guide we translated. After longer search showed us the manager a suite with land view and a view to further blechdächer, although we booked sea view had. Then he wanted to us a normal double room with a view of the sea without any compensation force, although the 554 rooms of the hotel it is estimated that only 30 rooms were occupied. For an upgrade was only not at all received. Meanwhile i had the suspicion that he was german was. Of al i it directly challenged this gave it also. I think this just rude. Disgusted and disappointed with the room which was not the booked category, the attitude of the manager, we requested the immediate transfer into another hotel, in the the next day moved. read more

    The furnishings the senior suite had seen better days. Defective drapes, loose only on a screw hanging lighted make-up mirror are not security and the standard of a 5 star hotels. The suite was not the zimmerplan as on the website, of the hotel appropriate.

    The main restaurant was lack of guests closed, we were in a room next to the spa area with a reduced buffet looked after. The staff was very friendly and the service good. Here we noticed, that except us only a few guests were there. Even at breakfast were no more than 20 persons to see.

    With the customer service was a communication on german not possible, thus for us not usable. In my opinion it was more adjusted to guests from eastern europe. Also at the front desk the communication was poor.

    The whole hotel worked dead. All facilities except the spa area were closed. Who loves the loneliness, is here for christmas and the end of the year in good hands.

Zuxdieser season an absolute great hotel for ruheuhe seeking couples ideal. With a little gluek you can still the pool and possibly enjoy the sea. The beach bar is open the whole hotel makes also at this time of year the impression as if it in the winter sleep again. read more

Susesi luxury resort is a huge and nice hotel. Although the hotel very big is, was very paid attention, that it clean and tidy is and remains. Every day and at any time the hotel complex tidy and cleaned. Also we found the all-inclusive ultra offer from the hotel very great. We had the possibility us every time, without in addition to pay, tea, coffee, cakes, etc. To get. During our holiday were mostly local guests in the hotel. Also tourists from other nationalities like for instance France, England, Germany, Russia etc. We have our vacation really enjoyed and recommend ... it to everyone. read more

    We had a large double room with a view of the sea addressed. Every day was our room cleaned. We had a small mini bar, which filled up every day was. Additionally we had also the possibility, itself coffee and tea in the room making facilities. Also, us the hotel shampoos, body lotions, soaps, wattestäpchen and other toiletries available. Only toothbrush and toothpaste you had to take. Also we had lots of towels (different sizes), bathrobe and bathing shoes in the room. Towels for the beach, pool and spa in addition you could free of charge in the hotel check-out counters.

    The food of susesi was sublime. It were every day different dishes from different countries prepared. The service was really great. Hardly sat down at the table, you were served immediately. Empty plates and glasses were immediately cleared up and brought new drinks. Also in the restaurant and during the service was for cleanliness and hygiene were very important. The ambiance in the restaurant was very pleasant.

    Susesi is located in Belek and is the Airport Antalya from in 30-40 minutes to reach.. From the hotel you can Belek with the taxi or tractor in 5 minutes. There you had many shopping possibilities.

Very recommendable. When in full occupancy you over relax. Hotel is unusual with a own style. You can sit on high quality and less on the mass. The difference to the other installations is clearly in the detail. read more

We had the luck with 2 families in a suite (?!) With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 2 floors, with direct access to a pool to stay. It was absolutely brilliant, we got in the morning equal before breakfast rounds and the afternoon from palmenpool after 'home' floated. It emphasizes, I would like to especially the consistently expensive food in the main restaurant. ( had I had never experienced something like that) Even though the dining-hall inside bahnhofcharme, but if you outside could get a spot, it was pleasant to sit in. We never had the need the individual ... theme restaurants to visit (10€ extra charge per persons); since it is in the theme nights from the main restaurant reflect. The service was fast and friendly. Remarkable I found, that all alcoholic beverages in all inclusive branded articles were and no nonameprodukte. I am gladly anytime again to new hotels for the next vacation trip around, but I would really gladly again back. read more

We were both of our children (3 and 7 years) in the hotel. By the number of pools it was for children a paradise. However you shouldn't be sensitive opposite cold water his. The sea had felt like 10 degrees water temperature more than the pools. Unfortunately was our luggage we on the way there not completely. We needed 2 simple toothbrushes and something suntan creams. In the hotel shop wanted us friendly mr 34,00 Euro for the 2 simple zahnbüsten berechenen and 25,00 Euro for a bottle of sonenncreme. An absolute unverschämheit. With complaint at the front ... desk they helped. Under son has 3 days before departure, the arm broken. We stayed in a private clinic in Belek and the medical aid was on western standard. For this reason we had to unfortunately our home earlier. I needed a confirmation from the hotel for our earlier departure for the reiseabruchversicherung. After a long discussion at the front desk was this not without a plausible reason, scandalous. The child care looked good, however it must be child before Russian learning, otherwise it was unfortunately lost. The percentage of Russian guests, the absolutely not unpleasant noticed, took at least 75%. That was almost everything on the Russian audience set. As mentioned, it did not disturb. The hotel offers so many facilities, that the russenüberschuss completely no matter was. The only thing which I really a bisßchen nasty found, was the ageing thick carpet in our senior suite. If you consider, how much time the maid, the carpet to clean, a light disgust already evident. read more

Recommendable hotel for a beach vacation. We felt very good. To our suite had a butler -service. Our butler, Zafer, was wonderful. He gave us each desire from the lips and gladly also solution, to us and above all our kids the stay especially to make. Like he also times the children beware. The entire staff is very child-friendly. The suite also has a chalet at the beach - really great! Here you can the whole day and just feel comfortable. Recommendable is also a breakfast chalet. The chalets can also be booked separately. That however the one negative was ..., the foreign languages skills of the staff. English was not all good spoken and so was the communication sometimes a difficult venture. Nevertheless: great hotel, great service. read more

Especially the friendliness of the staff was great. We were literally every desire 'of our eyes'. Hardly had the (always clean and nice set) tables set, has been the preferred drinks enough and dirty dishes cleared quickly. The food could have been a bit hotter, the appetizers and the desserts are however very recommendable. Despite the size of the hotel you will find-in the low season location-its' niches ', be it at the ( peace) pool or at the bar. Susesi - gladly again at any time! read more

In the spa area I think children are not appropriate. The staff can can partial no English or German and is nothing special friendly. Loungers in the resting room are reserved and nobody is to see you use them. read more

Here there is nothing to complain about. The entire area was always clean and tidy. The only, the us in our very large hotel room was comfortable the carpet. The bed is so large and comfortable, that one can lose To the nationalities we can only say, it was very balanced. ( not too many russians) from any natinalität know is of course not to behavior.     The pool area is simply beautiful. Negatively to us was noticeable here, that in the morning at o'clock already 80% of the loungers were reserved. For this the hotel can only indirectly a bit, but I always advocate love hotels prevents these, take the towels of the chairs, collect and ready. A really great gym, Beach, sun and sea everything as in the perfect holiday.

    Whether Belek for shopping worth a trip is? If you have stayed several times there was, then maybe not. To reach for 1 Euro with a tractor. We were too fourth with a taxi for 4 Euro on the way.

Excellent service and friendly staff with excellent cuisine. Eating and drinking is 24 hours on day possible-who needs the already? Very pleasant was the presence of the too many Russian guests. To our Astonishment were not Wodka and beer, but Corncobs, fruits and water in the foreground. Probably the 5 stars of the resorts and travel family payable. Disappointing for us was the announcement from the reception our rich TL in Euro back zutauschen. Without any information-just a tight statement: goes in the hotel not.     The staff are always friendly and helpful to describe. Even special requests were easily met. There was no long wait until the order to be taken and drinks were served. Tables were immediately cleared and cleaned. To the drinks there was always a few nuts, or it was melons respectively other fruit enough.     From the main building saunters through the pool- and garden down to beach. I guess in about 5 minutes. The place Belek is in about 2 kilometers. You have the possibility with a tractor shuttle bus for 1 euros or with the taxi for 5 €to drive. The place Belek is a paradise for shoppers on plagiarism is possible. Excursions we didn't done.

The vacation was until the last night very pleasantly. Shortly after dinner became bad me. I spent the night with sick and got diarrhea and body aches. The hotel management pointed out any Fault of. I could not prove. As I however a complete week only food and drinks the susesi consumed had, is the case however clearly. I am 100% sure, that there are other cases has been made, but the you would never admit. On the next day was my return flight, and I was, therefore, nothing further in experience bring. The return flight I barely manage. Four ... hours in narrow flight with extreme melagia! Thank you very much, Susesi! I come definitely not again! read more
