We were here for two nights as a part of an aegean trip with rsd. Big hotel with a nice spa (massage, hammam, indoor swimming pool). Cleanliness-everything so far alright, only in the lower floor on the way to outside smelled very unpleasant (no idea to what). At the end of january is the hotel apparently not for constant guests laid out (outdoor pool empty, without couches and outside all poorly lit). There is no direct access to the beach, only a bathing platform, access also was blocked warranted. Free wi-fi enough to to the 4. floor - was not ... the fastest connection, but good enough for mails. Breakfast and dinner read more

    The size it room i think adequate. It was clean and the furnishing quite new. The bathroom i judge always very gladly of the space was. I have unfortunately missed. But everything was clean. The view from room 1415 - well-see pictures.

    We had dinner and breakfast as a buffet. First the positive thing: the eggs at breakfast was really good-not too soft and not too hard. The coffee also tasted good. Unfortunately, however, we must say: 'we have already eaten better-and are not fastidious straight'. The variety of dishes very übersichtilich -butter was apparently from sometime from the last season - unfortunately not to enjoy. Prices for the beverages evening standard (tin Cola 2 €).

    Check-in-check-out without a problem, staff was very friendly (both at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant). With german and english we were very competitive.

Unfortunately the time was quite few are the matter. Was, on the one hand, well, had my peace and was partly alone, was but also a little boring. The hotel is on a hill in Kusadasi with great view of the see. The guest structure consisted actually only of russians, bulgarians and turkish families. German guests were as good as not at all there. read more

    Size of the room is sufficient. Air conditioning is available. There is a German tv-channels -ZDF. Balcony with a view of the sea is very nice. Safe is also available. The keys were but not automatically at the check-in, because the us also not declared. You have to the hotel description read to know, the key at the front desk receives. The room would be cleaned daily - also here no complaints. On arrival there was 2 bottles of water in the minibar, afterwards not replenished anymore.

    There is a main restaurant, a pool bar, a snack bar, a disco - we know but until today not where this is. The food was great and also very varied. There there was nothing to complain about. The snack bar is as I have already mentioned the only bar where you evenings can sit. It is open and with a view of the sea. Here you have to but strong fäkaliengestank in purchase. On this subject one can enough read if you look at the hotel reviews to hotel onura read-it was called the hotel before.

    Such a bad service like in this hotel we have never experienced something like that. It started on arrival in the hotel at. No friendly welcome-not at the front desk. After we the room map, was in the direction lift shown, but no description delivered where we have to go in. After we our room found, we were then at least of the equipment of the room and the great view from the balcony surprised. There is here also no bellboy. Who may be impeded or old must also its suitcase carry even. During dinner we were then again from the bad service of the hotel surprised. There are about 10 waiter rum and look at, ask for it but nobody, whether one something to drink would like. The same repeated even at breakfast. The waiters are only for clearing up there. A bar in the restaurant is open and when we arrived the hotel was fully. All wanted drinks and then stood at the bar in the restaurant and the, although it outside on the restaurant terrace there is also a bar. But they were not open-then would have a waiter have to work. Evenings you can at the snack bar to sit, the only bar with the alcoholic drinks, but also here self-service. We must not constantly to be served, but you can expect that time was asked. In this hotel says no 'good morning or good evening'. We were already often in Turkey but so what like in this hotel we do not have yet experienced. Knowledge of German had in this hotel also none. The room number or the wake-up time to explain a calculator used. We were early at: o'clock fetched around to the airport to drive. There was not time coffee. Only cold water from the automat.

    The vista hill lies directly at the beach, which over stairs or a lift is available. Chairs are however - exactly like at the pools- not sufficiently available if the hotel is booked. Shops are easily reachable on foot, the Dolmuş also stops directly in front of the hotel.

The extensive buffet was unfortunately not always refilled, so that you only at the beginning also had full selection. However plentiful and quality OK. indoor pool, sauna for €2, - the dining room feels like a cramped dining cafeteria. all together but good for a short stopover. the old name ONURA was still on the roof appropriate. read more

An evaluation of this 'dump ' is not difficult. We had a group of RSD travel service What guests 'establishment ' this pleasure to be. The rooms were catastrophic. Dirty, bad reaching and dangerous. Plugs of the wall. Night table lamps, originally from china, were fragmented. We were on the ground floor and had a hallway, the cleaner was in large pieces of the wall bolted, past dirty bath mats, our room very dark light reach. This so-called hotel does not deserve the right to be a star hotel. By the time we urgently disadvice. read more

The hotel has no beach (except maybe three meters) and it stinks everywhere after wastewater, even in the room and by the pool! To the ocean one had to descend quite a lot of steps, the elevator did not work. The food in the hotel is okay, but the space in the restaurant very limited. read more

Friends-holiday. 5 star?! When we read the reviews before, we thought it would be, despite bad experience much of the person & it can feel any different. However there was some points even for us, we liked the. The hotel is very old & in need of a renovation. And if it optically a bit bad looks, you will have a look a lot more the cleanliness of the room and the surrounding area. The beach was undescribable bad. We are only once to the sea and three minutes, if at all! If you want to the sea, there is ... a beach in kusadasi ladies beach Name. Takes about 15 minutes with the Dolmus from the hotel and there is simply fantastic! Our room (suite) was just great! Very large, so that everyone had their space & clean! However => carpet! No go! The staff were always very friendly. Above all the animators! Thanks to which we had a lot of fun. you have organised it even in the evening after the show again Stadtfahrten, so that the young from 00 o'clock in the room! The town of kusadasi was very nice. We are very often in the city, as it is very close. (5 minutes with the Dolmus for 1 €.) (PS: not with the taxi. a rip-off) I believe that it is more important to be with friends and just have fun. No matter how. That is why we found the hotel to be fine and would recommend. However, for no more than five days! read more

The restaurant is on large number of floors. We had booked a educational April and in the dining room in about eight groups. Despite the large number of (500) everything went smoothly and without any fuss. The entrance hall is welcoming and there can also evening. The staff is attentive but not pushy. Since we to a time there were, as the pools were not in operation, we can not judge the quality. All in all, is our conclusion: excellent, at any time again. We can recommend this house only. read more

Absolutely not to recommend, why? Staff: the staff were mostly very rude and very forgetful one must give a tip every two days to get to any service, I think with all-inclusive exaggerated. German skills were except including Manager not to expect. Hygiene: plates, glasses and cups as a critical stage, not to speak of the ice cubes. The failure rate was very high in this hotel. Fekal smell in many areas of the hotel including food areas. I would like to speak to me not Conclusion: first and last holiday in turkey read more

I was end me October in the hotel. The entertainment was not more in full swing, because a few guests were there and the hotel November is closed over the winter. I wanted to read and relax in the hotel and I found exactly the peace, the one in the bathroom needed. Can the 'negative' statements, the one about this hotel at all understand not read. Would definitely go back again and will. read more

Conclusion: I am used to different things. Unfriendly staff in the bar area. If you don't mind it was always cleaned glass to drink a bad (smell raki) and aeolos, Oh well. Helpfulness and foreign language skills are appeal. In addition still comes the the toilet facilities were my best friends. You need not to say more. read more

I can recommend this hotel without bad conscience. The staff is very friendly, the food was good and varied and the room was cleaned with us almost every day. To complain about, I would have rather the intrusive behavior of the animation team, if it was, something to sell. Also the access to the beach was not as described in the catalog, since one has probably more pictures from the neighboring hotel. But we were able to-but what are at the temperatures in the off-season anyway-is advisable in the indoor and outdoor use. read more

The hygiene in the hotel is not available. On the trolley was mold. Also the floors in the room are not been cleaned. Is it not a restaurant a la carte. The channel is not broken here it can bear. read more

The buffet is always so, what, what tastes. Drinks were also always and everywhere present. I would definitely on the hotel once again, before all to the value. read more

Generally good hotel, has its good four stars. We have to complain about unless, except that the beach no beach is, but only a concrete platform, the with sand was filled up. The access to the sea is very rocky and without bath shoes not recommended. Us is noticed, despite the it in this hotel no children's playground (baby pool), no activities were also made for children. In this area you should be good to foot, since it despite some stairs to negotiate elevators. We recommend to only book all inclusive, since a 0.3 l beer 5.00 costs. ... Could we not find other prices, since we had all inclusive. read more

Was the third time in Onura hotel. Always again a pleasure. The staff is great, the food was of the highest quality. In the meantime, it is an additional pool. I'm thrilled. The room are very clean, every day the bed linens and towels were changed. read more
