The hotel is very clean and tidy, but you can tell him show its age already. Particularly the furniture is not straight on the newest conditions.     The staff was quite friendly, and if someone didn't speak german mind, one came with english along everywhere. The cleaning of the rooms began from 8 o'clock in the morning and made your thing very good.

    The outdoor area and the swimming pool are very nice designed and very well maintained. A pool was on 24 degrees, the other had 18 degrees. There the hotel was not booked up, there were also always enough sunbeds available. The entertainment you could on a large board read and every two hours made the entertainers an announcement. They were also not intrusive, only if you really wanted to go through could, for the respective place to go.

    With the bus it is to the airport on the direct way 20 minutes. To the beach it is on foot about 15 minutes to go, it was very easy to do. You can also at any time take a taxi or with the bus drive, the directly in front of the hotel is leaving. Also in the evening is in the lots of bars and discotheques a lot was offered and safe something for everyone.

- very beautiful hotel. - cleanliness and friendliness is super. - beach about 1 kilometer away from the hotel - many possibility to different trips - rental car you can in the hotel rent - internet about 10 minutes. A 1,- Euro - for younger couples the hotel is not completely suitable, there lots of older people itself in the hotel and so the evening entertainment shows, that is the only negative - entertainment could have been more guests to go so more contact to guests looking - many british people, finns, norwegians and very few germans in general ... The hotel has over 430 rooms. The rooms are are spacious and a balcony. The equipment is somewhat outdated but still alright. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. We had booked all inclusive what it is very recommendable was almost all drinks from coca Cola beer, wine sparkling wine mineral water Brandy Wodka and mixed drinks everything you wanted. The staff is very friendly. The guest structure consists of 50% british 40% german and 10% other nations. Average age between 35 and 75 years The maintenance by music in Piano Bar is ok. Otherwise it is at night ... very quiet in the hotel. Only drawback is the from 6 o'clock in the morning despite ban the loungers be reserved. There were guests of the reserved and to the golf, at noon then arrived. read more

    Except for the Piano Bar there were still 2 other bars on the grounds one between the baths. The food was very good and varied, also the breakfast. The buffet Would constantly replaced and very clean. The food was english/german as local. The hotel we found it good, if also 4 + stars is a little is too much. It was both in the room, the big enough was, as well as in the whole complex very clean. The service ( especially in the restaurant) was great, very friendly, always helpful. The swimming pool of the hotel is very nice, very pleasant is the Caribbean style kept pool bar. Free umbrella and chairs were to find, even if the searches sometimes a bit lasted longer. The hotel has great location. To the beach it is only a few minutes walk ( circa ... 10 minutes), in direct vicinity are thousands of purchase- and possibilities to go out. One in front away: we would book the hotel again, even if it has gotten a bit old. To the beach it was about 10 minutes. Two loungers with umbrella cost 7,50 Euro per day. The hotel complex had a pleasant size ( not too big and not too small). The size of the room is ok-had already smaller room. The complex and the rooms were always clean. To our travel time were mainly English and dutch there and the average age was about 50-so a good hotel for people, a quieter vacation experience. The food variety was like in the most all inclusive-hotels. A bit of everything but little variations, however the food was tasted really good. read more

    The hotel is as most of in Playa del Inglés old, however were the rooms in good condition ( to our door). The air conditioning also worked, however it has at the start a bit unpleasant smell, which was a rather rare use beach chairs. There were only 3 German tv-channels and is a also in the week canceled. Like older people here showers want and a mystery, why we had weighted and a shower hose got, because otherwise could you really acrobatic hochleistungen need to do, since the permanently fixed shower head the water right on the edge between vanity and bath tub run left and you maximum the calves shower.     From the airport to the hotel there is so approximately 30 to 40 minutes To the beach around 10 minutes away on foot. To the shopping center renovated kashba however are approximately 5 minutes away on foot, there, there are the whole entertainment for the evening - discos, bars.     The service was altogether good. The maids tried very large hard and at the bar it worked as a note the owner changed. Only drawback was the service in the restaurant. The plates stacked already before it someone for necessary deemed this way. We made us the fun and stopped the time until someone the stappel wegeräumte. It passed 27 minutes one should perhaps consider more staff in the restaurant and not everything on the few waiter shuffle off.

For the kids there was evenings a children's disco, it would have been nice if there is a teen club for boys between and would have given. The pool was large and always clean. The hotel normally is of the hotel forth very nice, but a the hotel a little run down before. You get the impression as if the hotel once luxurious would have been. The size of the room was okay, you could get in the area move. Which i pleased, was that the bed was huge. There you could without any problems to 3. in foreign languages. Cleanliness was also reasonable, at least at the start our stay. About 3 days was the bed not fresh raised, despite daily generous tip. The bathroom was however always clean and the towels were ... duly changed. Inclusive services left to be desired. There was almost the same food everyday and cocktails for you in vain. There was a cocktailmaschine from which you could serve yourself. After a couple of days we have but also find out, if the bartender good zuredet even mixed cocktails can. Unfortunately only cheap alcohol but well. I found very positive the slushymaschine with vodka lemon slush ☺ Du this time, we rather couples of all ages in sight and young couples with small children. We had booked all inclusive. read more

    The staff was very friendly and eager to help our needs to fulfill despite language barriers, especially for the housekeeping staff. The cleaning of the rooms was done well except our bed not see any longer freshly changed and we in the evening had to request. This was then but also immediately.

We were, contrary to some of the reviews here, very satisfied with the hotel! The food was always tasty and selection very big, so that for each there was always something there. The waiters were very nice and always decent in the background. As an alternative to the Automatencocktails mix the service staff also 'fresh' long -drinks. The room was very clean and large enough. Only the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The pool area is very beautifully built, so that the large number of guests well distributed. For little money you get a matching hotel. It was clean. To the beach about 10 minutes on foot. Very, very lovely beach. 7,50 Euro for 2 chairs + 1 umbrella, but also only from 09:00 to 17:00. Choice of food very monotonous, but mostly delicious. Staff are friendly. In the pool have tiles missing. Because small hill, on which you could injured. For children, in our opinion, not suitable. Evenings there was always a entertainment program with very loud music. Here costs safe, internet, fridge everything extra and at the 20 Euro/ week. read more

A good and clean hotel, but would have in the restaurant and at the bars somewhat more class for 4 stars expected! The beverages you had to itself evenings itself charging or making facilities. But were children's entertainment, entertainment program and the whole hotel area very good. read more

All in all a great vacation. The hotel is very clean, the cleaning ladies do a good job. Also by the pool are cups cleared away. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing which unfortunately is, that one during dinner not sit outside can. Apart from that the food was tasty. There was something for everyone. Particularly recommendable is the Schokotarte-) The rooms are beautiful. We had a room three of us and it was enough room for all. The hotel has a beautiful mini golf course ( especially in comparison to other) the ... you also the whole evening use. The distance from the beach is ok. Of course a bit arduous with the heat. The beach is very beautiful. Right on the hotel goes a bus from. Very convenient. Also a rental car and the island to explore, I can recommend it, as it in the mountains really pretty are towns. read more
