We are from the Hotel Alva Donna, just loved it. Plan for 2013! 1 week was the variety and the offer way too short. Food, friendliness, cleanliness, offers in the wellness area great. It is a very nice hotel but unfortunately were too many russians since, the bad behavior. The food was everyday the same it should be been more diverse. The staff spoke better russian than german \u263a a great shame. read more

    I must probably large pitch with the room had, a bungalow, a directly at the pool, thus short paths, but: worn, hole and missing outlet in wood panelling behind beds, sink wobbled and shower stall was from wall and with silicone were unprofessional attached, carpet was stained, with small holes, an old smoke from previous users didn't ' weglüften', toilet seat was torn, also with polysiloxane glued, furniture in the room looked through different wood collected together. The room was not exclusively, in the 5 star standard! As the loving type of landlady not do anything, the room daily with hibiscus flowers and towel swans, which tinkered, ' aufhübschte', In the bathroom you had at the sink, no (!) Space for personal things

    Far away from Belek, between the place and the new village ' no man's land ', around the hotel also a few shops, but i am more in the hotel we could have stayed longer. Long beach walks were possible, in a page more hotels towards the Antalya was the 'middle of nowhere' over many kilometer.

All in all okay. However the service in the main restaurant, was poor. Dishes partly. Unclean. Drinks service not available or very slow. Like a canteen. The dishes were a five star hotels not worthy. The selection was large, the components cheap and monotonous. Very weak idea. Was a year ago already times there, since it was so much better. read more

Hi there Since the young usually no hotel reviews write, I'm writing a, because each on such hotel reviews need is. We have liked it very much, was very relaxing. Thanks to the entertainment it was never boring and we could use the days super enjoy. The hotel has in oktobermonat very lots of russians, with which we young absolutely no problems had. The food & beverage was very good, we liked it in any case tasty! The service was sometimes a bit slow, they understood but with so many hotel guests. Which we really great found is, wirbekamen a ... family room and were only as a couple. We found that of course very accommodating. Also the possibilities for recreation for example the night club or the bowling alley were very impression made. Everything on the whole a hotel, that I every further recommend! LG read more

    We had a larger double room in the main building, where we all had plenty of room. The furnishing is perfect, everything you could want and need, if you are a normaldenkender vacation makes. Because we the same room like last year had, was the vacation from the 1 minute in the hotel los!

    Because we last year all à la carte restaurant had visited and very satisfied were, we have this year only the mexican visit. On this visit, was really everything, like one it from 5 stars is used. The remaining days we have in the dining room the buffet conquered. If you can't find anything here, is either of the total twisted sort or just want to complain about! The cleanliness in all restaurants as in the whole complex as you want it. The food variety ranged from typical landeskost to home cooking ( krautwickerl with mashed potatoes, as with us)! If you in the dining room the buffet explored, before the pack is released, one thinks of the land of milk and honey.

The foreign language skills are not at all the best, but we had even this time no problems. We fly every year on vacation. Have never stayed in such a great hotel. It tuned simply everything. The staff were super, the food was great. The complex was the whole day cleaned. No matter, wether at the pool or at the beach. We are only book this hotel, if we in Turkey flies. Could not have been better. read more

A great stay for 5 friends ( between 46 and 51 years ) very beautiful room. Very clean. A very well maintained pool area without problems. There were always enough sunbeds free. Also on the beach, there was enough chairs ( all free of charge ) food and drinks there were around the hour in extraordinary choice and quality. The food in the theme restaurants was very good. Lots of bars with very nice ambience. Also on the beach, there was always enough to eat! To emphasize here the great, in the bay unique, jetty into the sea with bar ... and seats. So one imagines all inclusive for. We will definitely return. read more

The hotel is great as always. We were there for the 6. time and are by all means come again. The rooms are big, the condition good, but because the hotel now renovated and includes, everything still much better his. Ultra all inclusive is also very good. Never as many germans in this hotel seen. And very many in the age of 50+ But the month september june-august it looked differently! read more

    The bars are great. But the main restaurant was unfortunately very much worse than it was. Earlier the selection was varied and better. One had every day other meals and everything was always very nice decorated. This time we must welcome the, once a ausgeschnitzte watermelon there is. There was also much more cakes, this time, a guests. It's not so, that we 15 cakes need, but it looks simply beautiful with such a great hotel if much on the tables and decorated. And it was super boring everyday the same to eat. There were simple dishes which was missing, like for instance more vegetables dishes etc. There was too much fish and lamb, i personally ate both not, thus the choice was for me very small. Otherwise was the quality of the dishes very good. Nevertheless is be, that the food again better, because we from the hotel really differently to know. The only thing which is always good, is the children. The can honestly recommend it!

    The staff are very friendly, especially, because we all already know. At the front desk is Levent always for everyone and always very friendly and always helped very well. At the cinna bar are great waiters especially mujgan, the always everything perfect made. At the bella bar Ibrahim, the best turkish cafe prepared. The cleaning of the rooms is very good, but unfortunately understand the no language other than turkish, thank god we can a little turkish and could explain the soap forgot exchange.

    Varied and very tasty. Wide choice at the meals. Several possibilities on the whole area. There is even a children's restaurant, right next to the main restaurant with small play area, that you as a mother and fater also times in the peace eat if the children already ready.:-) There is a few À-la-carte restaurant, but it did not impressed. Was ok but not 5 star.

    1 main pool with numerous animation activities for adults. Fun is largely written. Right in the mini club 1 baby pool 35 centimeter with 3-4 slides for babies, with children's toilets only for the small. Mini club: 1 air-conditioned room with toys and every day animation. There is also a bedroom with formula 1 and prizessinen beds. :-) A kinderkühlschrank where only water and früchtesaft returns. ( no, Cola, Fanta...) Couple meters away in the shade a beautiful spielpltz. Opposite a children's pool ( water circa 1 mhoch ) with 3 medium-sized slides where as parents not constantly must be. A bit further still a pool with 4 large slides and a indoor swimming pool. Mini disco every evening. Program every evening also for adults.

    Not far from the airport. Directly at the beach. Beach is very nice. Many loungers. You can also take a beautiful Pavillon rent ggn fee (10 €). Only downside is, that directly in front of water it is a pebble beach and wirdrelativ quickly steep.

Since we 3. to the alva donna arrived for us it was the best vacation. A lot has the best developed. The wahsrooms outside with separate Sink. The large stage. Great profihafte shows. That was already exceptional. Also about the cleaning was not saved. The guests were mixed. German, russians swiss and so on the russians were with its families arrived so in the hotel a pleasant atmosphere was. The pier in the sea with bar is well worth the price. read more

Very nice, clean hotel with a nice garden directly at the beach. Unfortunately were the few loungers on the jetty always occupied very early, so we always at the beach located. But there were always-as well as by the pool- enough chairs available. Unfortunately fell some people by bad manners and 'fear before the verhungern' negative. 1. hotel is generally well-kept, outside however on the left and the front of the main entrance of the hotel built. 2. rooms are very old, need a generalsanierung, exactly like the bathrooms, air-conditioning is in need of maintenance and renewal-mold are from the hotel 'mature grown '! 3. cleanliness in the room - terrible! The cleaning lady only makes so, whether the tidying up, within 7 days our room was not vacuumed, sand on the carpet was in the place, where you don't overlook - the whole week! 4. food was every day always the same in the main ... restaurant, times from time to time was outside in the evening dinner in the main restaurant grilled, otherwise chaos! Between 19 and 19.30 you could the clean places in the main restaurant find, if you later were, all tables were occupied or dirty-not cleaned up. The staff, as sleeping mosquitoes here and there around, but never to the right place, the beverages were brought, where you with the food just finished!
