Our vısıt ın Alva Donna was our fourth stay ın Belek. Always ın another hotel so we can compare a bıt. Alva Donna has smaller garden then the other hotels we stayed ın so sometımes ıt looked a bıt overcrawded but on the other hand ıt was easıer to get around (e.g. not so far away from the beach back to the room when you forgot somethıng or from the beach to the restaurant or bar etc.). It has everythıng a good hotel should have especıally for famılıes wıth lıttle kıds. There ıs a beautıful kıds swımmıngpool and ... playground, cosy kıds restaurant, all baby equıpment and very nıce evenıng programme for the lıttle ones. Staff was very helpful and trıed to fulfıll all our requests. Room was clean and dıd not look obsolıte. Do not come here when you are on a dıet cause food ıs really good and the choıce ıs great. No, no, do not worry. They also have a dıet corner. Regardıng the evenıng entertaınment (shows) they are somewhere ın the mıddle - we saw much better but experıenced also much worse ın another hotel so thıs tıme we could say ıt was ok. read hotel review

We stayed at the april our honeymoon in Alva Donna and would do it again. The size of the hotel is ingenious and many different areas (bars/restaurants/pools/animations) it is also very cleanly held the atmosphere here is superb, the weather was always sunny and warm during the day always except at evening cools down it quite fast. Food is very varied and also tasted very good every day there was something else it is not always the same. read hotel review

The hotel Alva Donna it is already quite magnificent place. The local 5 - star will on a figure at the reception after german standard revised to 4 star. But they are also due to the nature of the hotel (entrance - type of gastronomic areas - cleanliness ornate) also completely appropriate. The hotel was to our time, we had a cappadocia round trip to the last three days at the hotel, the 'up' for the coming summer season. Everywhere was painted, cleaned and everything on preceding endorser. Nice rooms with a full minibar, led tv. Free safety deposit box ... and wi-fi in the rooms, as well as in the outdoor area made up for the ambience, that the hotel in the district of bogazkent Manavgat completely on the edge of the development, and therefore outside of the hotel is not much to do. The employees of the hotel were all very, very nice and courteous. The food for breakfast, lunch and in the evening was from the finest variety and very tasty. As in another review already before about iranians and their understanding, holiday, was to read, sing a song about that from as we can. All the more negative on the russian eating and skip, once the iranian behaviour should meet in the restaurant and at the bars. When standing at the warmtheke decency, on the way to food, the 'drinking' at the bars and the sometimes dealing with their women, that the skin. So what i have ever experienced. Tequila and whisky were not only drink, but drunk in the truest sense. The bartender were partly taken the bottles from the hands, if not enough einschenkten. You could write a whole page alone on, what we experienced in the three days with these fellow countrymen. But enough for now. The Alva Donna belonged for us to the top hotels in the exclusive Turkey. This statement we can allow us, because we have many hotels (Delphin Diva - Royal Wings - Evren Beach etc.) visited. The facilities of the main and relaxgebäudes is very ornate. You enter the hotel and already is it, anyway the boh effect. A very large compliment to the entire hotel staff, very friendly and courteous. The large pool and garden area and the beach in front of the hotel make a very neat impression. The food and drinks were ok. Unfortunately, there was a ... negative event during our 3 week stay: 10 days in the first about 1200 iranians have settled down. It was the horror. The restaurant has been converted into a beautiful schweinemaststall. They have not only behaved, but also eaten as the pigs. The restaurant looked like a zerbomte at the end of town. Celebrated and boozed up in the morning at 5 o'clock. To sleep with an open window was impossible. After a serious conversation with the customer service was a move to the sister hotel Alva Donna beach resort in colakli was offered, which we thankfully received. The remaining 11 days were then still a relaxing holiday under normal nice people of several nationalities, but without iranians. This criticism is not to the country Iran, but the iraqi guests in the hotel. I do not believe, that the hotel management has a favor. Unfortunately we were at the time on the bottles bottles place. We would book this hotel again, if you can give us a guarantee to spend a holiday with ordinary people. read hotel review

We had a beautiful vacation in this resort. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Indoor pool with massage jets-top. Food and drinks rich and always delicious. Child-friendliness was here very largely written. Very nice playground. Mini disco were highly recommendable. We can only recommend this hotel and come back gladly. read hotel review

In january 14 are we in this hotel, just for relaxing, and what can i say: fantastic. The waiters ( göhkan ) were just kind and tried very hard. With our wellness and spa boy we had a lot to laugh about thank you Levent. The food was good and plentiful, of course, there is always something to complain about, but other countries, other eating habits. If you german food, then you just in Germany stay. Also the cleanliness of the rooms it gave to expose to nothing. Well, the shopping possibilities were really somewhat limited, but we to have ... us for a few euros and are rented a car to side drove for buying, which was totally unspektacular smoothly. The only thing that wasn't so great, were our russian fellow citizens. Please dear friends, if you behave so, as also from other expected. (we are still people and no predators!) What i have to complain about, is the evening fun possibilities such as, for example, play billiards or bowling, very expensive! Overall, it was definitely a great vacation! read hotel review

The hotel features 7 auxiliary buildings as well as 2 main building, divided as follows: 1 main building (b) + 2 auxiliary buildings on the opposite side (new building for 2013, in the winter season closed) and 1 main building (a) + 5 annex. The hotel also provides a room for up to about 2000 guests. All buildings are connected. Groundbreaking signs are available for the main building (a) & (b) but separately. The hotel also has several bars & restaurants, as well as 7 shopping stores (2 jewelry shops, 1 optician (at the other end of that shopping arcades) ..., 4 textile shops), 1 kiosk and a photo shop. In the winter season but not everything on. The prices are clearly higher! The hotel shows after test's and monitoring a 'good' condition of the area and the rooms, as well as a 'good' cleanliness of the plant and a 'good' cleanliness of the room. The average age was 55-60 years, to the present 80 to 100 guests expected. read hotel review

    Evaluated 2 different rooms, 1 time in the main building right 1st ground floor, as well as once in the annex, the rear left of the front desk from viewing 1 ground floor all rooms have a satellite tv flat screen (turkish, german, russian, spanish, english, greek), free mini safe, telephone (room & bathroom), a mini-bar, bathtub (and/or shower), balcony, toiletries, desk, table & chair, where appropriate, also sofa and armchair. In main building is it very loud, by the evening entertainment program. Room change, was possible without problems! The rooms are clean, no mold. Towels are daily changed, the beds were daily again referred. In all rooms is carpet. (in the new buildings parquet). The rooms are with a 'room card' open. Of which one receives 2 per room. In the room there was also a kettle. But not cleaned is. The room cleaning comes against 12:00 a. m., the mini bar was against 09:30 a. m. refilled.

    The hotel has several bars and restaurants in the outdoor area, as well as in the innenberreich. The outdoor area was completely and the winter season praises. But everything was clean stored. In the indoor area, there was 3 bars (from re.) : 'festival bar' very clean, open from 10:00 to 12:00 p. m., usually at 9:00 p. m. closed, since there was no one. 'cinna bar' main bar, there was the meeting place where all guests came. Very clean, several waiters, the service was good. Open 24 hours, but was from 11:00 p. m. economized rotated, often was the only waiter just disappeared. 'golfer bar 'as the' festival-bar ', but the' welcome ' celebrated, in which the guests the hotel rate must/can. The reward there is a Base-cap and a small bag. • drinks were of 10:00 until 11:00 p. m. all-inclusive, this includes: Non alc, beer, wine, and not import drinks. The main restaurant has 2 floors, of which one was open (the top) as well as a large area outside. The lower closed pointed fettrückstände the frituesen on, and lime residues at the buffet area. Every day there was a small buffet, the daily repeated. (fish steamed/fried, rice, potato puree, meatballs, spaghetti, chicken & lamb) partially the warm dishes were cold or you recognized the this from the day before were. Lunch & evenings there was' wok ', where you also variety of vegetables, meat, noodles and sauces could choose, freshly cooked by a chef. However, the diversity of auszuchenden meals likewise from. The breakfast was simple. Untreated vegetables was always fresh. The mitternachtsbüfett included spaghetti bolgnese /napoli and a soup, and bread. The food from the 'room service', was warm, not hot. The supplement bland, as well as the hauptbeilage. Tested: sandwich with turkey no sauce (supplement: chips without salt, 1 times ketchup and mayonnaise), hamburg with 2 slices of cucumber, 1 times tomato, 1 even cucumber, 1 cheese, no sauce (supplement: chips without salt, 1 times ketchup and mayonnaise)

    The staff was always friendly and tried hard. Many could not speak german and only broken or no english. The language dominated but all, perfect! The room cleaning could only the language. The front desk was rather bad. In the night it can happen that, that staff only turkish or russian. Almost no english. The customer service at the hotel spoke all languages, but broken but tried hard. Complaints were from the front desk here passed. This worry immediately, the complaint to make good. The 'room service' speak no german or english. This was at 3 different days, 3 tried. This was 1 times, a german-speaking at the reception. In the 'room service' no. Get after a complaint, a 'rectification' so you are likely to, 2 sets of writing, the you don't have any other complaints makes, in public portals not.     Leisure facilities were hardly available. All in all, there were 4 entertainers for currently 80-100 guests undelegated. During the day there was daily at the same time 'darts' & 'Bocce' in the evening starting from about 21:15 all 2 days live music from an unknown singer always the same program played and in the weekly change: 'music quiz, bingo, quiz night, karaoke'. In addition there was daily in the indoor pool 'aqua gym' and the gym 'morning gym' each 30 minutes. In the outdoor area were not entertainment programmes. Mini club there was, as well as a disco, but this could not be evaluated, as this has not found! Daily there was the in-house cinema (about 50 places) a film, but english or russian was broadcast. The internal disco was from 11:30 p. m. until 02:00 a. m. open. However there were no guests, but there was music. Drinks had to be paid. The disco was very clean and well appointed. A tanzflche in the middle, right a large bar, left several seating areas. The outdoor pool was on the first view clean, but on closer inspection it dirty. Foliage and dirt accumulates on the ground and on the water surface. After the display (on the 2 bridge, turn right, a display with temp. And pool temp. ) should the pool 23 °c have, had but a test only 21 °c. indoor pool, spa & wellness center to reach, 26 °c were specified, 26 °c were measured. Compare the prices in contrast to Antalya, trade is hardly possible. In the town are about 15 hotels, of which only 3 open with a capacity of about 20%. At night are no activities! The hotel was located directly on the sandy beach, hardly gravel. Excursions are through the local tour operator and travel agent bookable!

The hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful, but the guests.     The rooms were completely okay. 2 tvs in the room but the bathroom was already older and some grout and tiles were broken, toilet very old. Heating was fine. Some hair in the bathroom from the previous guest and were never away... 1 time Cola in the refrigerator 1 times beer and 1 times juice, only on the 3. day after a few euros we had more juice for the children in the room ;-(

    1 restaurant, in which the food a 3 star hotel is exceedingly. If one it with other 5 stars hotels compare... Disaster for 3 stars but really ok. Sometimes i had to even my wine ourselves since no one came and after 3 time order i had also no more desire on wine. There was really always the same, spaghetti with tomato sauce or bolognese, dorade, fries, stew, soup. Rice, potatoes and another fleischtopf. We are vegetarian... Very meat lastig and all vegetables overcooked- musig. à la carte was a little bit better worked only on the 3. reservation!

    Of about 30 ma were only 2 very friendly, german was hardly spoken and english was very zähh. Under our room was the golf bar with a sound check, as i friendly asked when the party is called tomorrow evening and we get a new room since it becomes very loud, fiddlesticks, the party was still on the same evening until late at night and our walls shook. Thus with small children we didn't want to move and complained 2 times at the reception... You wanted a sometimes not understand., Childcare spoke broken english only russian. The notice but german, the service was also rather desireless.

    • directly at a very beautiful beach section, almost no gravel. The transfer took 45 minutes and we were in the only guests in the bus. Shopping here is dead, the location what the subject is very bad. With the Dolmuş it takes for 9 kilometer after Belek 11/2 hour since the bus only in the other direction. With children an impertinence. Taxi costs for the 9 kilometer and back 35 Euro. So really modest. Outside are just usual traders or small supermarkets where definitely cheaper than in the hotel it was more expensive but when Belek or ayt.

    Size of the rooms (we only know the standard room) was ok, but they, that they are so slow in the years to come. Mattresses were good. Floor coating was unfortunately carpet and the balcony was relatively small. Our bathroom/toilet was both from the size and the cleanliness was okay.

    In our travel time only the main restaurant and two theme restaurants opened. The food was rather verhaltent with daily repetition - tasty but it was okay. Cleanliness and hygiene were in the restaurant ok, however, the path through the closed areas of the season where everything other than ok looked ( fettrückstände the kitchen utensil/fritteuse and the tearoffs the individual counters - not so great! - also the glass doors to the küchenservicebereichen blind fat etc.) Kitchen style was more to tourists than typical of the country. Atmosphere in the dining room was rather cold (little decoration). If you are not the first guests, had great difficulties then have a freinen space in the dining room to get!

    Pool area is very spacious and beautifully designed. In our travel time enough pool chairs and sun screens both at the pool and on the beach. Activities in accordance with the travel time discreet, absolutely okay for us. What we noticed, is the fact, that the lavatories are not the grounds extremely dark were (black marble and little, little light). Also was the use of deodorizer in our opinion more than too much!

We stayed in the adjacent building (new building august 2013) and were very satisfied, in our opinion the 5 stars. We Hagen booked a room with partial ocean view and were on the top floor, which of course for a great view made. The food was very varied and tasty. For me was the up to now best hotel in turkey! (was my 9 or 10 stay in turkey) the gotel reißig, but since it was mostly only vierstöckig and is on several buildings is, it does not fall on. You could reach everything on course and must be within the hotel (room to restaurant) not through the free. Condition and cleanliness was fine. One must always keep in mind, that you are in turkey is and not in germany. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole staff was really friendly. A very clean hotel with a nice beach and a very good service and food. All-inclusive and included 24 hours the possibility of our erachtensssen and drink, for existing leisure facilities including billiards, bowling alley, etc. had to be paid extra.     Right on the beach, the surrounding area is very run down and neglected what not to stay around the hotel in. But there is a direct situated to Belek. There is a small shopping mall next to the hotel, where you can buy everything (clothes, leather, jewelry, shoes, etc.)

    Our room was not very large, were in the old building, where the furniture was a little worn. The balcony was so small, that was not even a small table stood. We had to the doctor, the no spoke german, but luckily his assistant a little. But trouble. We wanted another room, because the last hit a corner was. In the new building you have to walk very far to the beach, therefore we changed. Was right on the 2. day.

    The animators spoke only english and so fast, that you don't understand! The music at the pool the whole day is for older people not. Only 'boom boom'! The water polo has only ' dawei, dawei' belongs. The only german makes you not! Beach, as already mentioned, as the herrings under the awnings, otherwise no umbrellas! Pool was ok. The toilets were great everywhere, also at the pool.

    Beach was right. But the people were like the herrings under the awnings. By the beach chairs, the you navigate back could, there were no umbrellas. Who wants to spend all day in the blazing sun? Also we had no chance, if one not in the morning around 07:00 a. m. reserved with a hand-towel, and this is not our cup of tea! So we were at the pool, since one always found a place. Shopping was close to the hotel, but nothing special. There was also once a week market. Excursions were very expensive offered. With the bus to Belek takes about 2.5 hours, because it was very inconvenient and you need to be, so we drove with the taxi. The cost 2 0 €!
