After a very convincing stay to the turn of the year 2007/2008 we were now for the new year 2012/2013 stay again with the family tonelli. It has everything was fine. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and in the evening dance in the bar. With an extensive breakfast buffet, where nothing was lacking, is start into the day. Every evening there was multi-course menus. It is a course that, of a personally not so tastes-but for this price if you didn't complain. The lake only a few meters, over the main street. Nice walks on the gardaseepromenade. Tip behind the ... hotel with one hour walk Monte brione up to the radio towers: views guaranteed. read more

Over the christmas holidays, we have the warm
Hospitality of the family tonelli enjoyed. The room was big, clean and very warm. The breakfast buffet was for italian standards rich, the food in general very tasty and really with love prepared. Also in the winter the Lake Garda quite its charm, not least thanks to the warmth of the owners and employees of the hotel. The building, in really quiet location we can best conscience further-recommend. read more

We were now the second time in this hotel to a week mountain biking in riva. In our opinion the hotel lies for daytrips the MTB ( Altissimo, Tremalzo ), but also after the dinner for a short evening visit in the historic part of riva just perfect. All for us important objectives are very good reachable.
It is completely and we will be returning for our next bike stay surely again the' Savoy Palace' as preferred hotel select. read more

Very beautiful hotel at the lake and proximity to mountain with very friendly staff and the boss, the order to all your requirements personally care. The shore of the lake is kurzhändig reachable and also different hiking can be in the direct vicinity of the hotel begun. If you want a comfortable stay in a friendly hotel conveniently placed for exploring Lake Garda this is the one to choose. Riva del Garda is just a short walk away with access to boats to explore the lake as is Torbole. Malchesine, Limone and Sirmione should not be missed. Weather permitting the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo is a must. read more

We took the second time vacation with two kids at the savoy. We liked it always very good. In principle there is nothing to moan about. Whoever is not satisfied here, the liked it also not in the paradise. The food is very good and is second to none. Selection is good. Pool is large, there are sun couches enough. The hotel boss his hotels great one in shot.
In the peak season it is very fully, but that you cannot prevent. The price is also fair.
What we missed, is a bigger play area for children with swing and ... a covered sandpit. Child care was missing and the hotel more familiengäste bring, also outside of the season. The fitness area is rather less well. But since changed just a bit. Perhaps new device?
The room was good. The tv program however moderate, but at least circa 6 German channels, however distributed and not behind each other. I think in the age of Iphone it is not too much requires, that every guest his complete German, spanish, or swedish tv program received can. So why not, before the guest checking in. The tv device save 1000 end channels. But that is generally all hotels so. If small traveling with kids, need parents still from time to time the tv, if no child care offered.
In short: great holiday with children in dreamlike environment. We would gladly come again. read more

Staff are extremely rude! No welcome no smile.

Beautiful, clean hotel. However were the pool-towels not as described 2 times in the week changed, but not at all.
Breakfast was acceptable. There was a sort of cheese and one type of sausage (the once had a rancid edge ), jams, fresh eggs... Fresh rolls,...
Parking spaces and garage in peak season crowded. How did a parking in a side street search.
Apart from that everything was excellent. Great pool, great location, room with (large ) bathroom clean. read more

Our hotel we itself (call, you spoke German) and we were very warmly welcomed. Hardly any in the room came a bowl of fruit, tea in different kinds with kettle and adapter for electricity, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine ( so nothing to do, as a previous speaker described, as you book). Daily the bed made, the room tidy (without sign or request). The food is culinary reasonable, very tasty needs improvement, but I have no award-winning cuisine is. We were full! Much selection, for all nationalities is something for everyone. Outside area is reasonable held, even ... the couch with -towel-occupied is not tolerated. If someone says, that must, the towel away. The Satellite -tv-is minimal, little program, but who looks for hours tv? Wi-Fi okay, many hotspots, necessary, since a you don't everywhere go anywhere (free of charge). Parking good, TG and in front of the hotel a large area available. Also evenings with singing and dancing and the prices are reasonable. Attentive staff! I can recommend it unreservedly! read more

We ( family with two kids at the age of 4 and 9 ) were for the first time on Lake Garda and the Hotel Savoy Palace in riva decided, because it is not too a long way from the beach away (5 minutes comfortable on foot) and, because it was a' family room' for 2 adults and 2 children and full board offered. In the room it was' only ' around a normal double room with 2 additional beds, so it was relatively narrow, however there was a pretty large terrace and above all the food (every evening 4-course ... menu with choice of the menus, also for children - lunch in buffet form) we were thrilled. It is not a typical' hotel for children', but both of our boys have nevertheless never bored and felt really good. read more
