Hotel Royal Holiday Palace^{(5 stars)}

Room sizes are great as well. We had a sea view room on the 7th floor which is quite big for a family of three. The rooms are cleaned everyday if you put the cleaning card outside the door and the bar drinks and toiletries replenished daily. We were also provided with robes, slippers and other little goods to add to our comfort. The furnitures and fittings are well laid.

You will never go hungry or thirsty in this hotel. There are 5 A La carte restaurants including (Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Turkish and fish) We have visited the Chinese, Italian and on our previous visit Mexican restaurants and they are all excellent. We would assume it is the same for the rest. There is a morning afternoon and evening buffet service which offers a wide ranging cuisine from vegetarian, cold meze, to hot freshly prepared food with every service offering something different. And if you have a sweet tooth you'll be we'll pleased with the desserts on offer. There are different bars open throughout the day with food service to order and the Turkish tent by the beach serves authentic Turkish pancakes with various fillings all made to order. Drinks available all around the hotel from the various bars offering everything from champagne, wines, beers, soft drinks to hot drinks, tea and ofcourse Turkish coffee which is absolutely a must try. Royal holiday palace is the best we have been to and from our discussions with other guests at the hotel who have previously been to other hotels, Royal holiday Palace standard of service and facilities is rated the best also. Returning to the same hotel means a lot as we are very particular about standards, comfort, luxury and service. The standard of service is definitely 5star but in addition staff are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty to make your holiday a lasting memory and this is from the cleaning staff all the way to management. The hotel is very child friendly and our son always had lots to do. We did experience a minor complain back in 2011 and the Front Office Manager Mr Guray Cetin intervened and resolved the issue promptly and professionally.

Leisure activities include: tennis, volley ball, boccia, belly dancing, darts, tennis, table tennis, pool side games and the list goes on. Also there is entertainment every evening from comedy shows to dance etc... Kids clubs is fantastic and our son always enjoyed the sessions There are two aqua parks with slides, one for the younger kids and also a Lunar park which is a small amusement park with rides for the little ones like dodgems cars, carousel, aeroplane, trampoline and so on. There is a games room in the hotel with some free games like table tennis, and others like pool, bowling and arcade type games for children although these require tokens which you have to purchase Beach and poolside cleanliness and sun-beds is excellent..

Our initial visit ( Wife & Son inclusive) to this wonderful hotel was back in August 2011. The experience and standard of this lovely hotel has been well maintained. From the Front Office Manager to other hotel staff, the service has been excellent and in our opinion unrivalled. Service is 24 hrs and I mean that! You can go down to the Bistro at 3am in the morning to have a drink from the bar or have a hot or cold meal including meals cooked to order. Every part of the hotel is spotless. It is quite evident when you walk around the premises,you can see the amount of cleaning and maintenance being carried out on a daily basis. What can I say about the food, fantastic!!!! Guest type is mixed from British to Germans, Russians, Palestinians, Dutch, African/Caribbean and the list goes on..

Location is perfect. The hotel is situated on the Lara resort along with all the other big hotels. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance which sell souvenirs and such. The main town Antalya is only a bus ride away. The hotel itself is in the middle of the resort with its own access to the beach. It takes (2 - 3 minutes) walk to the beach Through the hotel grounds. The swimming pool is one of the best we have seen in terms of its size and style( please have a look at the hotels website to see what we mean) There are shops within the hotel ( one floor below The Grand Lobby) and there are also shops outside the hotel ( 5mins walk) All types of excursions can be arranged as well.

Too many too mention we only ate in the buffet restaurant as the choice there was exceptional, you could tip if you wanted too you were not pressured. Atmosphere was lovely

All sports activities you could want including belly dancing!!!

Just the most spacious, extremely clean, good location of shops and beach as on the beach, Food to die for, waited on, drinks in the afternoon by girls on roller skates, Animation team thought up of brilliant entertaining ideas, slides excellent so new and clean, fun far for kids and adults alike, just the most fabulous time had.

We had a side sea view, which was good, if we'd had a front sea view I would have put 'excellent'. Huge room, large double bed and a single bed, armchair and a comfortable chair at the desk/coffee making area. Beds were very firm, but never woke up with any back problems. Minibar restocked every day, pepsi, sprite, orange, fruit juice, beer and water. Toiletries were satisfactory and plentiful. Very clean everywhere

There are 5 theme restaurants. The Fish Restaurant is open air and was not open at the time we visited. The Chinese Restaurant was okay, to be fair we were disappointed in it. The Italian Restaurant was 7 courses of delicious wonderful cuisine, with the best fillet steak I've tasted for a very long time. The Mexican Restaurant was also very very good, a good choice of food on the menu and lived up to expectations. The Turkish Restaurant was also excellent with a varied menu of food with lots of tender lamb. The atmosphere is very nice in all the restaurants and creates a lovely relaxed ambience. Exceptionally clean everywhere. The drinks everywhere were also of a good standard. We tipped for the good service we received, but the staff are not looking for tips.

I have covered the service above. I would like to say that all the staff spoke some English and we always made ourselves understood with no problems. I did need to see a dentist whilst I was there and a car was sent to pick me up and take me to a very nice dentist in Antalya. It was so clean that you had to wear overshoes before you went upstairs to be treated. Also the job they did was superb. We then had a car back to the hotel.

Unfortunately the pools were very cold because of the time of year and whilst the children enjoyed spending time in the heated indoor pool, the heating was turned off on our second week, therefore making the pools uninviting for the children. They have childrens' slides and adult slides which are great fun. There is a kids' club and a kids club disco at night, our kids didn't want to join in but loved to watch the evening kids disco.

A fabulous hotel more or less at the end of the strip, and clearly the best!! This hotel has approximately 550 rooms, it is very cleverly laid out in a way that is very spacious and you are not aware of how many people are actually there. The rooms are very big and comfortable, we didn't need to use the air conditioning so cannot comment on that aspect. I could usually connect to the internet from the lobby, but it was very slow and the connection dropped frequently. If you are relying on catching up with work, then this is not the place for you. The food is fabulous, from the food corners in the grounds, serving dona kebab, toasted sandwiches, jacket potatoes etc., to the buffet and themed restaurants. This hotel is spotlessly clean from the pathways to the restaurants, just immaculate. We were a party of 10 people, ranging in age from 1 year to 74 years and each and everyone of us loved every aspect of it. The staff are very special, especially Soner (waiter), Hamdi,Cem Karaca, Dilek, who always greeted us with a huge smile and went out of their way to make our holiday very special. Nehit from Guest Relations was just lovely, helpful, always smiling and polite, nothing was too much trouble for her to deal with. She speaks very good English and German. A special thank you to Selcuk Ersoy, Operations Manager, who went out of his way to speak to us frequently and ensure everything was okay. We were treated with respect from the moment we walked in and we were very sad to leave. Thank you everyone at the Royal Holiday Palace.

This hotel is on the beach, and even has a childen's play area with a slide and little table to play on. Just 15-20 minutes from the airport at the end of a strip of very nice looking hotels, this one stands out. Sadly the land to the front of the entrance definitely needs tidying up, but this must belong to somebody else because everything was so beautiful in the hotel itself. There are some shops in the hotel i.e., Jeweller, watch shop, clothing etc., but there are shops outside the hotel that are a lot cheaper.

Rooms are huge and well equipped, mini bar refilled daily, safe was free. Cleaning took place every day, as well as daily if requested.

There are 4 à la carte restaurants which we each evening use could. Only the asian tried. As you could from 7 different main dishes to choose. Food in the dining room was very good especially the cakes and desserts. Main dishes could have been warmer. Waiters were very attentive, of course, after gift of tip more.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. One got each desire from the eyes. Foreign languages were available. English as well as german

Animation gave it daily as darts, Boccia, Bauchtanz, water aerobics, as well as many more. One was nothing forced, if you didn't want one left alone. Swimming pool very spacious with 2 jacuzzis. The water could have been warmer.

The hotel is directly at the finely sandigem beach beautiful location, at approximately 600 rooms The rooms are huge and very well furnished. It is cleaned daily, mini bar refilled daily, Wireless internet works in the entire hotel, only if then everyone on the internet it is slowly takes a bit longer. The food was very good and with a lot of variation. The only problem was the many iranians in the hotel were as school holidays and accordingly also many children. In the disco were in the evening shows, it was then very little space.

Directly by the fine sandy beach, with the Dolmuş you can to Antalya. Shopping possibilities were directly right next to the hotel available

Again to the rooms. Also here everything was perfect. Large spacious room with a balcony, either to the sea or facing the land side. The decor was everything available, down to the smallest detail. Especially i thought the water heater in the room very convenient, around itself also times a tea or coffee to make yourself. The cleaning of the rooms was every day and you couldn't complain about. The bathtub is also a shower. The toilet is separate with a door in the bath.

Unfortunately, i have only used the main restaurant and was very satisfied with the selection of various food and preparation. In the restaurant there was a nice ambiance, there the premises very winding with lots of are and it thus in several separate spaces einteilte. The most beautiful thing was there outside on the terrace to sit and food. Even if i did not use it, there was the possibility 3 further speciality restaurants to try out.

Everything great... German, english to you furthest, no matter wether waiters, entertainers or managers Everyone was very friendly and decent. There no desire remained openly, if you just dared to ask. The waiters and boys at the bar there were always fast and you had no long awaiting periods for drinks. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Entertainment as always great! The boys and girls make every effort and every day another program. Very nice i found the evening live music, which then further in the disco. Beach and pool i could unfortunately my time didn't use it, since the weather not cooperate. However the pool area is simply fantastic and very spacious!

The hotel is magnificent for small princesses. I liked it for the 2. time very pleased and i travel gladly anytime again %blank%. Even when the hotel now the 3. season, is it not run down at all. There is much to be done. The rooms are really spacious cut and equipped with all the amenities in a star hotel not missing. In the entire hotel it was always very clean, also in the restaurant one was endeavored always equal everything again clean they quote at tables for the next guests All-inclusive and all inclusive, around the hour also wi-fi. To my period of stay was mostly the guest age 50 + and very nice mixed nationalities.

Directly at the beach, unfortunately early march not yet for swimming adequate. Very close to the airport, so that the transfer of only 20 minutes. Shopping malls are in the immediate proximity sufficiently available. However is worthwhile always a trip in the historic part from Antalya with the Dolmuş about 45 minutes Night life is unfortunately too my time in the more immediate vicinity not much been, which surely in the summer is changing.

The rooms are huge. Incredible 10 meters long and 5 meters wide.

As described above, i was very satisfied.

The service is very good. All the waiters are courteous.

The outdoor pool is unfortunately not heated. But there is an indoor pool.

I am 62-years-old and was for the first time in this wonderful hotel. In eleven years, i have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Turkey met. Royal Holiday Palace is uniquely beautiful. If you want a playful, romantic ambience may, the is in the right place here reversed. I have nothing to complain about, if the rooms, the food or the staff, i was with all very satisfied. The audience was mixed, little russian guests, more british, turks and germans. It was quiet and very plush in the hotel to. I massage, Halil is very efficient, it was wonderful, thank you. Yakup and Ismail me very good advice. In the restaurants are all the waiters very pleasant. Especially pleasant i fahrettin noticed. He works in the restaurant, which at night was open. Food and drinks didn't leave anything to be desired! Very good quality and varied! The layout of the buffet and different dining rooms and the service top notch! The individual bars are and always friendly polite!

Only good! Everyone is very friendly, attentive and courteous (even without giving any tip) One always the feeling the guests here are welcome! The rooms are very tastefully furnished and very clean! Complaints (if it is really necessary) will be heeded and if necessary the problem solved!

Great! Was in the Royal Holiday Palace for the 2 time, you can only very good reports! Often in Lara-beach spent, lots of hotels met but this house for me personally was the best hotel! More and there's no better way the 'moving' to the manager'n!

The location is in comparison to many ander'n hotels exclusive!

The rhp is a great hotel. Of all i visited, the best. Small inadequacies there is always ( for example cold dark indoor pool), in the all in all i was very satisfied. My room measure 70 square meter, and barlobby had more chairs were moved in order to than some store. The staff members were without exception friendly and competent, so that a personal mention difficult. Nevertheless, i would like to make on behalf of the many friendly employees mr c., the main barman and mrs gonca a. mention. Special praise applies also the rollerskatenden barservicedamen. The entertainers made their thing also good.

Directly at the beach with sand. Airport 16 kilometer Lara is not nice surroundings

We stayed in a 60 square meter large sea view room. Attractive furniture, not worn. Two large closets, plenty of storage space. Two zimmerhohe mirror. A king-size bed, a normal bed. Each with a small reading lamps. At the relatively hard mattresses habituated you quickly. Flat screen tv with 10 channels in german. The safe was free of charge. Carpet, the entrance area was tiled. The well-stocked mini bar refilled daily. The loggia was wind and with two chairs and a table stocked. Separated by toilet and bathroom, the bathtub through a sliding door separated and extra lit. In the bathroom there was everything available, what you need-make-up mirror and hair dryer, as well as the usual toiletries, even toothbrushes and massagehandschuh has been thought.

The food offer in used versatile stone group-richness. Everything, which we tried tasted great and was excellent seasoned! Vorspeisenbüfetts, several salad buffet, huge dessert buffet with delicious cakes. Several cooks the freshly prepare. In the warming trays very often also finely decorated single portions. At any time of the day a rich and varied fruit, ice cream for dessert. Quality food. All waiters served friendly and fast and were always' good mood '. Dining was in several small rooms, therefore no replication-atmosphere.

Our room was clean and was daily in the mornings cleaned. There were daily fresh towels. The complete staff in the house was exceptionally friendly. In our sea view -rooms were house slippers and two bathrobes. Thank you, again the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk! They complied with our wish, were friendly and helped with a problem (see tips) immediately.

We took only the sauna, the steam bath and a large indoor pool in claim. This had with a visit to 'felt' 30 °c, on the other days was the water but cooler. The entertainers tried hard, were all very pleasant and unobtrusive. Daily evening live music with dance in the lobby. Free chairs there were by the pool or at the beach varied. Waiter by the pool ladies on rollerblades. At the beach came occasionally a waiter with hot drinks past. A pool bar, in which you at noon also get snacks could, was open, as well as the Gözleme restaurant.

Well-kept complex, nice ambiance. Of the lobby built in style of an ottoman palace is very generously designed. The hotel is from the inside much bigger, when it from the outside seems. You will find in the evening at any time free cosy corner with comfortable seating. In the first week pleasant public, the hotel was half full. The nationalities were mixed. Mostly german, english, dutch, turks. In the 2. bar-now to 2/3 occupied-you met on russian guests with the well-known practice.

The hotel is on the eastern side tight hour from the neighboring hotel. Room with a direct view of the sea or in the direction west ( Antalya) have a nicer view. And in the winter months more sun.

We never had such a large beautiful room. The furnishing is really harmonious. Well, the cleaning lady could have been work, but detail in the cleaning like here in Germany i have in Turkey have never experienced something like that. Best i found the water heater. There is a daily coffee, tea and the mini bar refilled. Furthermore, daily still a large water bottle provided, with the its tea or coffee making facilities.

In the restaurant was always busy, at the start the meal time is a good choice present and you always find something. To the end, is not more everything refilled, but logistic i think the alright, thus less scrubbed. The cleanliness in the restaurant was okay. Our waiter Hakan Ugur us every day well cared for. Most of all we were impressed, a kitchen tour is offered. You can't reach in the kitchen, where the food gebruzelt is, but you can do some of the rooms and cleanliness there very big written. From the bars in the best Piano Bar loved it. Erhan keskin and Mustafa özkaya are a superb team. Erhan deserves a special mention, it is good to the guests a and its cocktails are great, but it also has managerial skills. I hope the the hotel management the appreciate and it our next visit is still there. The hotel something missing, if Erhan not more would be there. The trainee Serkan liter is very good, see when the guests something is missing and the friendliness is also super. On the last evening we were mexican food. We can definitely recommendable our food was great. And everywhere these friendliness. Unsurpassed.

We consistently had only good experiences in this hotel. I don't expect, that perfect they speak german, but, the a not understood, was another in/out privileges, the better speak german. The was but only with exceptional questions. The completely normal urlauberdeutsch from every understood. The cleaning lady could have been work, but detail in the cleaning like here in Germany i have in Turkey have never experienced something like that.

Entertainment like we don't, but pushy in this hotel the entertainers not. You know, what is, and a in peace if you don't want to. The swimming pool i think large, but as we march were there and the weather nothing special was, i can the complex not really judge. But the indoor swimming pool has a pleasant size, if not so lots of people there, one can beautiful long swim laps. I am almost daily to the fitness center left. The devices are my opinion very good. However, i was only on the stationary bike. However, there are still some other equipment available and are also actively used, so if it could not be so bad. Was very good, that the staff mood respects, the really in sport clothing coached. Guests in swimwear will be asked to go. And bottles, at the pool bar and also in the fitness centre. Great.

The hotel is huge, but also spacious, so that us the size it didn't bother us. The hygiene is ok, but, as in every turkish hotel, still be improved. There is free wi-fi, with which we also no problems had. Others were not so happy. Eat it around the hour and the food is amazing. Even import is offered free of charge. And the cocktails are freshly prepared. The audience is well mixed, all nationalities and ages. Peculiarities will not be tolerated, for example smoked tourists in the bar. He was twice politely requested the cigarette matter, then he was the cigarette rigorously taken away. He dared not more weiterzurauchen. The staff migrancy friendly but determined by.

The hotel lies at the end of a hotel city. I am sure, in five years hotel in the middle of town is, as here more and more hotels are being built. That means but not, we the noise had. On the contrary, it was absolutely quiet. Restaurants in the area are, i believe, is not necessary, since the hotels almost all of the all-inclusive offer. If you wanted to shop within walking distance many bazaars, and saturday should a trip to Laura on the weekly market not be missed. The market is the whole day and thus also suitable for those that want to sleep.

The rooms are a dream. The huge room on the 8. floor with a direct view of the sea was nicely furnished. Perhaps a little dark, we had in the evenings always all lamps in the room at. In the beds there was a great night's sleep. Since my man sometimes snorer, i had found a private bed and had not with him in the double bed. The bathroom with a separate toilet had everything you need, also lotion, shower gel etc. Was available. The towels were large and fluffy soft. It is a pity that we have no bathrobe had, but the you get probably only when ' repeaters free of charge in addition. Mini bar was okay. Super was, that one the possibility had in the room tea or coffee to cook, everything was available. A small points deduction for the cleaning of the rooms, we were not so content. (despite tip!) Once the maids so late, that we the cleaning did without. It is certainly no easy job, but we know, that it is another way.

The kitchen in the main restaurant was good, you could always find something. However we were there from the Royal Dragon, another hotel the stone group used to something else. This does not mean, it was bad, but the icing on the cake was missing just. The design of the restaurant is phenomenal. By the different areas, we found our place in the huge restaurant relatively quickly. Since we also in february good weather we used the beach restaurant. The delicious turkish flat bread from the nice cook, unfortunately i have the name not noticed, prepared with a lot of care. It is the cook, the every morning for breakfast the eggs, perfect after my wishes, fried has. Thank you ☺! The highlight was our food in the italian restaurant. Every course of the menus was a pleasure. We were in the italian ambience with the beautiful music felt good, were very accommodating served and felt annoyed, that we not 2 times this service taken into account have. The beverages in the bars were very diverse and tasted almost all delicious. Nice was also, that chips and nuts in addition were handed. Tips you had to not, but we have the excellent service gladly rewarded.

The service was in all areas of the hotel very good! Actually, everyone contributed, a pleasant holiday and us good recovered. But despite all, i must simply some service forces particularly praise. Zeynep Özdemir in the lobby-bar is unbeatable, in the restaurant such a ay (van der vaart), equally deserves our respect as many other. He gave us the feeling, a welcome guest and was very polite and super fast, without bustle to spread. But also hasim, Musa unal, Ali Kartal and all the other waiters and chefs deserve our respect. Also a sincere thank you at tubğa tanoğlu, the nice receptionist in the restaurant, always so charming welcomed, adopted and the champagne for breakfast enough. Thanks also to all the fallibilities diligent 'invisible servant', to our well-being have contributed.

My husband use the spa and gave a pampering massage, the very professional was. It was very relaxing. Unfortunately as almost everywhere quite expensive. Other areas we didn't use. We preferred at the beach. The weather it was even surprisingly in february to. The entertainment team with alejandro, Denis and Bob may not remain unmentioned here. You are great entertaining and have us left alone, if Andreas didn't want to join in. :-)

2 weeks in a quite new very comfortable hotel. It was the size and the little occupancy rate and of course the season very quiet. As well, as we had expected. One always found a quiet spot or people with whom you nice conversation. The outside area is also very impressive and with much attention to detail designed and was always perfectly maintained, as the whole hotel complex! The hotel is absolutely the description. At this time of the year many teams, not as was overly disturbing. Somewhat annoying the company events at the weekend, there the atmosphere in the dining room then everything but relaxed was.

We have elected it, because the distance to the airport is so small. There is no disturbing aircraft noise! Also it pleased us at the beach as well as on the road walk to go and the architecture of the different hotels and shopping malls to admire. Shopping (on foot) what your heart desires, the beach before the nose and up to Antalya a stone's throw away with the Dolmuş or the hotel's own shuttle bus. We found the relaxed and were very satisfied!
