We have been the 2. time in this hotel and in the direct comparison for the last time (january 2012) we have to say, that the quality a bit suffered. Perhaps it was because of the fact, that the hotel not at all fully booked and you want to save. In terms of taste, the food was good, but for breakfast no variety 4 types of sausage, 4 sorts cheese, jams, Nutella, fried egg, that was it (every day). The rooms are with a key locked, the easy a nail can be replaced, safety here is not to be expected. ... Our key fit exactly with the room next door (there were friends quartered). Our room (we had a corner room with 2 walls) was simple and moving cold. The heater ran only temporary. The showers do we the bathroom alternatively with the hair dryer warmed. Growing a crazy. A complaint with the boss was not successfully, he said indeed, that he the einschaltzeiten the heating change wool, happened this but not. The shower cabin had also with caution be closed, otherwise sprang from the guided tours. The integrated safe did not function somehow. A very nice family hotel, you can tell that the staff hard, so that the urlaubgäste comfortable. We were in the winter there. All 3 ski areas are from the hotel with 30 minutes drive away, so we had at the time have fun. With us the food was not very varied but well balanced for a wintersporttag. I have to say, that is the only hotel, that i have visited, in which you with a bowl of the door opens. Well, bad it is not unusual. Perhaps it is because of such things the hotel has a typical italian ... atmosphere. read more

    We had a 75 meters² large suite with 2 toilets, a balcony, as well as a roof terrace, a relatively large bathroom, plenty of towels, a seating area, with a table, a couch and plenty of storage space. The suite was well maintained, very clean and equipped with new furniture, tv and safe.

    Taken into account we have a guided hike to schneeberghütte (2354 meters), indoor pool, sauna, the musical entertainment by the host dance possibility, kaffeeschlürfen under the vine. Also sunbathing on the cream pot deserts would have been possible.

    Very clean! Thoroughly cleaned. Clean laundry. Towel with hole can times to happen. Broken hair dryer. Shakier sink, but clean! Broken tiles, bad joints, Carpet should despite good cleaning, the stains due to be replaced.

    The waiter it was better if you have your coffee ( which was very good) even picked. Exactly with the drinks in the afternoon. The lunch is not well aligned. The backerbsensuppe although it is very good but not 5 times! Within 5 days. The consomme get a 1!

    Friendly service & very slow waiter Very clean rooms! But with many lack of light bulbs, broken hair dryer, and many broken tiles and tile joints. Carpet should be replaced.

The vacation at the sonnenhotel was a real find. South Tyrol has from it's best side shown. The waiter team left no wishes unfulfilled. The Marende is recommendable. Thanks. read more

We have this hotel entering and we immediately felt at ease. Any stress has fallen off. The evenings with music were particularly beautiful, we had a lot of fun. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us cared. The boss had always a merry saying on the lips. We will definitely come back again. read more
