We are in this hotel frequently and find it actually beautiful around times a weekend in the Tessin chill out. It exists however the wonderful view of the lake. If you have a correspondingly expensive room bay. Slowly we find however that the rooms for the price, you pay, sometimes renovated should be. Quite dated and partially. Old fashioned. It should not much, but this should be done unconditionally. The Havanna Bar we love, there is special atmosphere with a beautiful view of the lake. The food however. Not recommendable. The japanese food we don't know, we had booked half ... board. We will but no more, rather short over the street in the small, family restaurant, you eat twice as good for half the price. read more

Room was much too warm after protest we got an air conditioner.
Cause are probably structural defect not easy to fix are. The handling with our complaint was not really nice. read more

General very nice stay. Positive to emphasize is the cleanliness and the view of the lake ( suite ).
Furthermore the staff were very friendly and spoke good German. Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The only negative was the to cool temperate indoor pool and very high prices in the Japanese- restaurant. read more

To spend a weekend with very good food ( especially very rich fine breakfast) in pleasant atmosphere an older became hotels. Unfortunately on a lot floors, Zurechtfindung after some time. Sauna finnish and Turkish rather small only for 4 people! Loungers 6 piece! Beautiful view of Lugano. Very friendly staff. read more

Already when checking in we were welcomed in a friendly manner. To our surprise our booking was from the double room to a suite moved. The room was big and one has great views of Lugano and the lake. Simply top. The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. The spa area is small but sweet! The staff are very accommodating. We have our stay very enjoyed. read more

We booked a Double room with Lake View however were upgraded to a Suite with Lake view for the same price on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The Hotel should be modernised as it has seen it's best years however still addressable. The Welness area is very small which didn't annoy us as it was quite empty at the time. The Havanna Bar has a fantastic view and is worth a visit. The Room view was also magnificant. The Food in the restaurants was very Good and the Service Staff were friendly and helpfull at all times. read more

This hotel was located somewhat higher, so not directly on the lake. The view of the mountains and the lake are from the room from nevertheless very good. It offers the guests a relaxing stay. Pleasant rooms with large beds! The guest is in the room spoiled. Excellent breakfast buffet. Parking garage is available free of charge available.

The hotel has a good location and St depending on the room had a beautiful view on the Lago di Lugano. The room are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very varied and freshly prepared eggs directly including in all forms (scrambled eggs, etc.). The menu in the evening was OK. The meals were prepared but without imagination sound presented.
The SPA is well laid out, but for the size of the hotel to tight. It offers a finnish sauna and a steam room available to. The area has only five beach chairs! The hotel is something in the ... years come. The dining area needed a revision. The room was in order, but with a soft renovation would again on the newest conditions to find.
The staff is friendly, but partly inexperienced. The quality can be increased. On the basis of sympathy but be glad to give the one or other faux-pas. read more

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful with reservations and locations. They upgraded us to a better room because there was one available. We were very comfortable. The hotel was recently redecorated and was very nice. It was a little far from the main part of town but there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes. Also, there are taxis available in the Piazza's if you choose to take one back to the hotel. The hotel has a great view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. We would definitely stay here again. read more

The hotel is only in Lugano paradiso a few hundred metres from the highway exit-on/Lugano-South and an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding and further afield with the car. The hotel is well maintained and well maintained, only in the bathroom was from and to a hair despite the daily cleaning. After we at the time of booking over the Internet were first disappointed about the automatic assignment of room with apparently 'mountain view', without this we have ordered, we were positive surprised about the easy then to allocate a room with an ocean view, after we had ... asked by mail. Something far away from the centre, but good connection to public transport. beautiful view on Lugano. poorly organized check-out (cumbersome for business travelers). The SPA is the middle class. Breakfast is good to very good. Wired internet access in the room worked fine and free ADSL is.

We were received very friendly and courteous and accompanied by our stay. The suite was beautiful with a view on the arrival. Lugano with the public transport from the airport with the bus is possible (1 change and short walk necessary) the taxi from the train station to the hotel costs 20.-wonderful quiet location to relax. read more

The staff at the reception is trained and professional. Quite the contrary, the staff at the hotel restaurant. The is already a ridiculous. Arrogant and presumptuous, without approaches of only something 'friendliness'. As an individual guest is immediately a table on the outdoor terrace for breakfast with the words, 'for a person-no', denied. All the tables on the terrace were set and not reserved, so also available. Rude waiters in the restaurant has apparently didn't want to serve individual business, or the reset tables. As an alternative offered was unfortunately also table inside in the last corner. One has to ... feel time the guest to be none, but rather a necessary evil, what brings the necessary sales. So something is an absolute no-go!
The room/accommodation was good, in this price range but also standard should be. Unfortunately the whole air conditioning is right next to the terrace of the room-mounted. This area is not usable. The vibrations of the air conditioning is also transferred in the interior of the room. The bathroom is OK, but also nothing impressive.
The location of the hotel is quiet. Peak to in Lugano you should plan to 15 minutes drive to the hotel 20 additional. Parking is available at the hotel, only the number barely has enough for all guests.
Perhaps this house for guests like interesting be, certainly but not for business travel. The staff was extremely friendly must work on customer service. A guest should at least leave with a good impression the house. My impression was rather negative. Friendliness quantity not in the Parco paradiso. No recommendation for this house. read more

We chose this hotel as stages us for our arrival in the hotel Tuscany. Everything was just right for us! The room with view on Lake Lugano, the dinner on the outdoor terrace and the fish soup, simply can't be beat. We have felt so comfortable us, now that we also again for this summer have booked our night. read more
