We stayed at the weekend again in Parkhotel
Oberhofen and loved it.
Wonderful christmas decoration in the dining room and lobby, friendly staff (it applies vorzuheben - the service staff is very friendly, willing to help and courteous).
The rooms are very clean. Room
Direction mountain are without a balcony and rather small, room facing the lake are including balcony and
Slightly larger aligned. All but very clean and a large bathroom with amenities.
We would like again the kitchen emphasize.
The dishes were freshly prepared, wide choice,

A great renovated 100 years old hotel on the hillside above the Thunersee with a magnificent view of lake and mountains. Our standard bergblickzimmer was very spacious, with a shower room and sink ( window) and separate toilet-room with sink, beautiful light, modern furniture. Only the wardrobe is definitely too small side. No balcony, no mini bar.
The restaurant was already very nice adventsmäßig decorated. The food was amazing and beautiful presented. Good wine list with moderate prices.
Little infrastructure in things sport or wellness, and shops probably also rather in Thun. read more

Is very good in an old house in a wonderful Location on the thunersee, with a view to the mountains of the bernese oberland, integrated.
My room was unfortunately reservations seeabgewandten, but modern equipped and with almost all equipped what you need for a short stay needs. (unfortunately no balcony) the furniture was simple, but modern with good bed and comfortable linens. The bathroom was really good dimensioned-but the shower stall is tall and strong guests a bit cramped. Rooms, sanitary facilities and the whole hotel was super clean and everything, provided a short stay been observed, in good, clean ... condition
Excellent, as in switzerland more often there, the attachment and Verstellmechnismus of the shower head-surprisingly, in Germany still no one on the idea, this perfect system to import.
The mostly very young staff members, both at front desk, as well as in the service, were without exception very friendly, welcoming and competent-compliments.

Would love to go back! The hotel is ideal as a starting point for excursions in all directions, mountains, lakes, as well as Culture, including tuna, bern and so on so that is an extraordinary variety of destinations given, the tight two weeks of our stay were not able to. The hotel has a very good kitchen with wide Breakfast. The Wellness Offer is non-existent. However, the great location on the lake thun up this disadvantage. The rooms room with balcony to the sea side are not too big, but enough. Due to the location there is no traffic noise. The lying off garden 'relax' is perfectly suitable. There is a large parking place for the car. read more

Spacious, newly renovated rooms with a magnificent terrace meter lake view. the room with all comfort equipped (safety deposit box, flat screen tv, hair dryer, beach chairs, etc.)
Since we only stayed there once, we can only judge the breakfast buffet: varied, good, fresh and there was enough of everything. read more
