Very clean hotel pleasant staff the food was good and varied very nice were the 3 pools and of course fantastic

A nice, vast , clean hotel with huge green territory, helpful, friendly staff, pure coffee in the morning and genuine wine and beer in a day time.Nice beach. Good tennis court and equipment. Free deposit safety boxes at reception. Friendly atmosphere. Quiet good equipped gymnasium,instructor.If you don't concentrate on some badly eating Russians, some smoking and blowing nose Germans you'll definitively have good time. read more

The royal azur is a hotel, the has gotten a bit old. The rooms could a renovation stand, exactly like the house excercise bathroom. However it is clean and the staff makes every effort. The selection of food is especially evenings not very high but tasty. Drinks there is plenty of choice. The mini bar is every day equipped and with a kettle it is possible itself in any case tea or coffee making facilities. Especially praise is the in every area absolutely friendly staff. The own sandy beach is very well maintained. In comparison to neighboring hotels, you can ... swim and must not over a footbridge in the deeper water search. Also for snorkelling you will find here some occasions. The only real negative is the existing wi-fi. No matter wether in the lobby or at the beach, wi-fi there is only for a fee. The cheapest option but are 6 days for 28 Euro. read more

Small faults may removed shall be ameneded, disturb but actually only petanten.
Performance and price fit. Was great beach and reef for snorkelling.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially if nice handle them.

Always great again to relax at a great beach in Makadi. We had really beautiful weather, a pleasant room equipped with everything you need. Ok the safe at the front desk but for me that wasn't the end of the world is \u263a in the lower floor there is also a room where you without stairs in the restaurants comes, just as an recommendation! I personally prefer a room on the top floor.

Our kids drove as adults with. It was our christmas vacation and it was the best idea, which we had. So nice had we not expected. It has everything was fine, even if we had to accept, that the staff at the hotel us an unforgettable quality of the service wanted. The hotel we have for the 2. time and were pleasantly surprised, that nothing in the service and the cleanliness has changed. On the contrary, we were again and again addressed, whether we were happy with everything and, whether one which could be improved. We are very satisfied, with the food, the service and the cleanliness in the entire hotel. Particularly the chef, nobility sultan has done everything it can to again and again special dishes to serve. Great facilities, great beach, great super clean rooms, of 1000 guests are 900 russians, the staff spoke therefore mainly russian! No possibility to have breakfast outside, or evening to eat outside or to drink! It could no drinks with the rooms to be taken, so much to the universe inclusive! There were guests in all age groups available, mostly young families. The dining room is under all sow! Dirty tablecloths, either you got cups, or coffee, but rarely both! Total chaos in the dining room and honestly, on the food you could also do without! A pity, actually a beautiful ... hotel! read more

A well-kept and clean, spacious hotel area, with several pools, a heated pool, several pool bars, hotel a bit shabby. Large clean beach, good-bathing shoes recommended (many stones in the water). Room adequate and clean, daily fresh bedding and towels. Refrigerator was refilled daily. A safety deposit box in the room there was not, but free at the front desk. In the house and on the complex it was constantly cleaned. The hotel unfortunately no elevator, so one stairs climb, which for us was arduous, 3. floor. There was a bellboys. Guests a few german, dutch, belgian, french, 90% russians. ... Dining options left nothing to the imagination. Quality and selection of the food was good, fruit was scarce. The hotel was three-quarters taken. Unfortunately had some russian guests no eating culture and bad behavior. The staff were overstrained, on the tables piled up along the dishes and newly restocked wasn't. It was a kiampf clean glasses, cups, silverware, napkins. Teaspoon were ausichtslos, so i drink with the knife umrührte. The staff made a disinterested impression. Drinks to eat were brought to the table, when someone from the staff appeared. They were partly standing around. Service did not give it, so that everything by tray hi manager carrying him tomorrow and the at a snail's pace. The outside bars it went, if one with soft cups was happy. In the 2. week (beginning december), it was better. The hotel was only 1/3 occupied. There were also specialty restaurants, since there was no complaints. We were already in some african countries, the 3. time in Egypt, but such a bad food we have never experienced. The sun, the beach and the swimming pool made us a bit. The neighbouring area is not much. Larger shopping arcade in the adjoining Hotel Stella. This hotel would not book again. read more

It is a shabby, an ageing hotel. Unfortunately from the 4.5 stars not much left. The nearby riff from the hotel's own beach not reachable. If you snorkeling would like, must one the steganlagen the neighboring hotels use, what those not gladly seen. Chairs are at the beach rarity and the cushions were dirty. The water sports equipment are in a desolate state. The gastronomy and the service are absolutely inadequate. At the bar there were small disposable beaker. At these temperatures a complete joke and a constant line up. In the main restaurant the disaster further. Either you ... got no place no plate no cutlery or the dishes were out of print. Also the beverages left to wait-and I am not talking of only 20 minutes. Altogether I was the food too one-sided, but you could argue about the taste. The plastiktrinkbecher at the bar smelled really bad. The staff were partly very annoyed and unfriendly. All languages too much work, but I thought it just unstructured and haphazard.
