Good hotel in the best location. Great view over Filz Moos and the mountains.
Very pleasant ambience in all areas of the hotel.
Somewhat bad fancy reviews I can only say, the people either too lazy to
Run are or of food no idea have.
We enjoyed it very much and look forward to the next visit. read more

Perfect location on the edge from Filz Moos, that means you can immediately great for hiking too! good versatile breakfast (as' all inclusive Gast' you can early even a lunch box as provisions for the journey assemble); after strenuous hikes you can for example daily from 4:00 P. M. freshly baked coffee and cake on the terrace with beautiful panoramic views; evenings there is always a 3-course menu and in addition an extensive selection of salad, this was always tasty and delicious; the rooms were cleaned daily and were clean and tidy; the spa - respectively wellness area was ... relatively new, tasteful and inviting, (it was missing in the sauna only a plunge pool - apart from that everything okay), instruction for future tourist in this hotel: please no room on the ground floor to the street book-these are below the road level and constantly shady! read more

After we last year from the shabby state our room a bit disappointed we were this year pleasantly surprised have been. We had a renovated room with a large and comfortable bed, great mattresses, new thick carpet and a beautiful bath.
The quality of the dinner leaves every gourmet to swarm side; since however the breakfast buffet still boring and without scrambled -, fried egg or similar was, there are unfortunately only stars.
Also this time the hotel you can absolutely recommend, especially to this price we have found anything. If one would like it somewhat luxurious should one down ... in the village book. Here then however the price quickly doubled.
The hotel was fully booked, nevertheless very quiet and not badly soundproofed. Only a small dog, not the restaurant could, made his displeasure loudly air, because its people it alone in the room had to leave.
The wellness offers and the area are extensive, and relaxing, as well as clean.
The staff are normally very nice and helpful.
For wheelchair users well suitable because of ramps and elevator. read more

The hotel can Alpenkrone very good. We have wonderful days with very good food and selected wine, as well as very friendly staff enjoyed. The spa area is great. The hotel owns charm, a mix of old English style and zeitgenössicher art and architecture. The views of the bischofsmütze is also unique. 'Ll be back! read more

Rooms are rather small, very badly soundproofed and the neighbors almost on the own
Balcony. Cleanliness in the rooms ok., in the restaurant was rather poor.
Booked performance all inclusive, whereby the food here was rather average
And no 4 stars. In detail, breakfast was very monotonous, here no variation and highlights, fresh fruits, except for apples were rarity. The juices were neither freshly squeezed or similar, but concentrate with water mixed, tasteless! The dinner equal rather a kantinenbewirtung, little was freshly prepared and not any regional
Kitchen! Here are the four stars absolutely in the wrong place, since one ... eats on almost every bergalm better! Oh yes, the kids menu is the glorious exception ( varied etc.).
Average age, probably in the field of sixties.
What the value for money regards, all in all reasonable, we ourselves

The hotel is a -star hotel, the although is not very big however besides that really recommendable is. It is perched above Filz Moos and thus very calmly. In our arrangement was all inclusive included. There was breakfast, lunch or lunch box, coffee and cake in the afternoon and the multi-course menu in the evening. There is also a salad buffet available. Furthermore there were white and red wine, beer, soft drinks. So something for everyone. Liquor had to be paid separately, but that is not a problem.
The hotel has 2 terraces, where the also nice to sit, if ... the weather is nice. The restaurant is really furnished nicely, there are a variety of tearoffs, however, proved.
The guests were in all age groups, different nationalities. The staff were also not always German, but you always tried, the guest everything to satisfaction to judge.
The hotel has also a bar, a billiard room, a tv room, a games room for the little ones and also has a small but fine swimming pool. The spa is also the sauna area and a solarium. In my opinion this area is highly recommended, thank you very much again Teresa, the physical therapist. read more

The hotel is in the 70. Years built and since that was apparently only the coerced made.

After the last bad reviews the alpenkrone we had some concerns here.
Absolutely unnecessary! Everything great, a very nice, clean room, great food in the evening 4-course menu
The one morning excellent restaurants 3 different selects, and the beverages in the all inclusive really good.
The view is unique to the bischofsmütze mountain, and in the valley.

The hotel we except for the spa facilities very disappointed! Rooms have no 2 stars-broken closets, shabby furniture! For breakfast were still the leftovers from the evening on the floor -that is unacceptable- staff is unfriendly and impersonal. The only positive the Latin is the spa area! Here is not only the hotel renovated, but also the staff properly trained! Didn't feel comfortable, but rather than unwelcome guests! read more

Picture in the catalog of its does not correspond to the truth. Room was not so clean. Sauna very small as well as the indoor pool. Hotel has gotten old. from the outside the hotel looks OK, the location is also good. Only the hotel itself one was massive disaster. When we to the hotel inside out, we walked into the reception area, the smelled absolutely. The stench of smoke and old ruins of the hotel, everything other as pleasant. At this moment we did not know, that this relaxing odor also in the room should expect. The chef even greeted us at the front desk, quite grumpy and mismanagement mood. Just off-putting. The first piece of bad news, our room if it was not ready, we would be wait ..., without any excuse. We took it back, annoyed however, in our room 16 hours at the end could. The room too stinky, run down and old furniture equipped. The room made no choice clean impression, overall the carpet seemed unsanitary. On the next day we found even a appleCore and a Babywindel under our bed. Appetizing or? Neither bed sheet still towels were changed during our 3 days.
the meal times were just bland. Everything tasted somehow the same. The atmosphere in the dining room reminded us of a large cafeteria. The tables were very close together, at peak times it was unpleasantly loud. We were on the third day the restaurant not more visit and let our already paid together food waste.
the hotel has never star 4, even three stars it would be too much. In town you can make clear better Accommodations are, the Alps krone should be avoided. In the meantime we also know, that the hotel as special offer at the supermarket is, no wonder! read more

Large Enttäuchung all along the line. Last year we were already time in Austria in a four star hotel in St. Johann, the opposite. We had the impression, that all inclusive guests we should maybe money into an empty Hotel cash will, for a long time due to renovations being able to do. read more
