The hotel is quite small and there is no elevator. The standard rooms bright furniture and are different in size. Unfortunately have some rooms a older carpet and the sliding doors of the shower were in a bad condition and quite dirty. You really hardly enter. The stairs and the corridors make were in a bad condition. The breakfast was okay. read more

Were within 1 week 2 times there. Both bathrooms were a catastrophe( mold joints, old tiles, poor facilities). Staff friendly, room and breakfast were reasonable! read more

the reception is located in the 1st floor, afterwards it was still 3 more floors up into the room ( without lift- with suitcase). The room was cleaned superficially. The hand towels were already totally worn out. In the Bath room klafften under the shower and at the top under the ceiling big holes. Above was also a cable carried out. In the shower there was a large stain. It was only a toothbrush holder available. At on antennendose in the room missing the cover. In front of the window the courtyard was a lot cable. The furnishing, the tv ... and the telephone were altogether already very used and could be renewed already long must. The pictures in the hotel description don't match the reality. Our room had for example PVC floor. With the old curtains you could the window not close completely. The TV reception was miserable (almost only snow). The breakfast buffet would be okay. Cheap hotel, but the butter was expired, the bathroom too small, the TV reception partly catastrophic and the rooms in need of renovation, but clean. For families the hotel isn't recommendable, to stay & shower it was enough, but it is better hotels in the area. read more

Towels, carpet and pillows/ Linens full stains!
The tiles in the bathroom are broken. The shower dirty without limits! A dönerbude right next to the entrance and the rooms. The odor with still in the nose!

For 2 star hotel with the extremely reasonable price! Great. Very simple hotel, but with our visit the rooms, bathroom and toilets clean. Breakfast okay. What to expect most people for about 25 euros inclusive breakfast?
Sure would have some better can be. Staff friendly-front desk-breakfast-environment! Bahnhofsviertel stop! But central 2 metro stations very close and a great Kebab opposite... Was for the youth important. Surely again times if we in HH are. Jochen read more

the hotel is located on the front of a busy street. Park possibilities there is not or only much! Limited. In the back streets is guest parking not recommendable, as the Drogenstrich is. But the row after. I have a hotel portal booked and was lucky to Hamburg tolerable price a room even with private bath to get. In the booking confirmation stood payment on departure. After strenuous drive I wanted actually only in the room. Initially I did advance payment demanded, despite safety through credit! After that rattle when protest and a telephone call it was the accepted. The ... hotel only 3 underground parking parking spaces in about 100 meters distance, but supposedly only one key! So the key after every use to the hotel back to be brought (Remembrance-busy street no parking options in front of the hotel!) after another fierce discussion was it. The hotel begins on the first floor with front desk and breakfast room. All the rooms are at least one floor higher!

We stayed for 80, -EURO per night per person a double room with sink get, for four floors there was only 1 shower in the fourth floor-dirty, moldy, not working. The room was even without toilet, the toilet in the hallway, without towel, broken. The door to the toilet did not close properly, the hand rail was loose and almost fell out of the door. For towels you have to ask. The breakfast was just about acceptable. For 160 €a nightmare, never again-you can only advise against! read more

Absolutely horrible hotel. When we arrived our room was still not made up. After a complaints by the friendly porter was the room ready but within a short time. That was the only saving grace. The bathroom is a catastrophe Doors do not close, moldy shower curtain, cobwebs on the ceiling. Were very pleasantly surprised by the decor of the room (3-bed room) and the size of the bathroom. There were three of us and we had enough space, without each other to step on the feet.
Decor was high quality and attractive, the breakfast was plentiful and all in all, we were two star pleasantly surprised.
