Mitsis Laguna Resort & Spa^{(5 stars)}

We had room 222 in the main building. It was a double room with a beautiful pool and an ocean view. The rooms were for us perfect made. Sometimes 2 times per day fresh towels. Also the mini bar every morning it was refilled.

There is 1 main restaurant and 5 theme restaurants (greek, italian, asian, mexican, sushi) all very recommendable perfect quality. There very friendly staff and restaurantchefin. 2 poolbars and a french creperie adjacent to the hotel bar, delicious. Only disadvantages: you have to in the theme restaurants already 3 days book ahead. The pool bars were sometimes overstrained. It was not occasionally in the pool-the plastic cups cleared away. Only in the evening.

The staff treated us all friendly and accommodating. With english, you could understand. Especially happy about the greek staff, if you some words in greek said.

The entertainment found daily except sundays. The entertainers asked a every day friendly, accepted but a 'no'. The evening entertainment was but okay.

The pleasant stay begins in the lobby. At the front desk very good german knowledge. Everyone is very friendly and tried very hard. The 1 story hotel area was super well-kept. A very nice hotel, clean room with a balcony. Nice great ocean view, great bathroom, the complex and the pool are simply great. We had all-inclusive and were more than satisfied. There are 5 theme restaurants, the very recommendable are.

The hotel is located right next to beach. One must only a street cross. Shopping about minutes distance. Directly at the beach stops a small bimmelbahn, with the 2 desk into the inland can start. 20€ large 6 hours tour 10€ small 4 hours tour. It leads amongst others to the harbor village Chersonisos.

We had a great family room with a view of the sea in the main building. Unfortunately, it was here from the hallways and the bars were very loud. Sleep was only possible conditionally. As i described before, was the main restaurant a catastrophe. The theme restaurant are a better alternative. Here you can between 5 different restaurant. The problem is the reservierungszeit of 3 days in advance. However, you should after 9 o'clock in the morning try, a seat in a restaurant ( 3 days later) to get, is usually fully booked. The hotel was handled badly are mostly with a maximum two staff members occupied. These are then responsible for everything. Also here one must wait 20 to 30 minutes plan. Even tips shorten the waiting time only minimal. When it was raining be in this hotel all bars in the garden area was closed. Therefore, all guests bar in the main building available. Since we both professionally, as well as private very lots of hotels all categories the world visited, you can the service in this hotel only shake my head. With a few exceptions is the complete staff unfriendly, incompetent and partly even aggressive. This might be because, that the hotel on 01,11 for 5 months closes, but no argument for the paying guests. Even talks with the inefficient travel agency, as well as with the manager brought only short-term success.

The pool area is nice and well kept. Unfortunately the care and cleanliness for the children's swimming pool and the adjacent slides pool. Here was despite repeated complaints never cleaned. Here you could besides plastic cups, also mice and so on. In the water find. The tiles in the pool were so dirty. That you his name down could. Also the welcoming at the reception was very welcoming. Unfortunately this positive first impressions, only negative experiences. The hotel is mostly by russians and british. German guests were rather rare. The all-inclusive offer is an isolence. So are for example waiting times in front of the main restaurant from 30 minutes the rule. Great, large room in white, blue, gold with all comfort. We would however view of the sea recommend, since many rooms also on the ground floor beach chairs and visible for everyone, you have to like. In our room there were no faults, hotel is not so old.

Main restaurant, wide choice with breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you didn't find anything it is your own fault, lots of dishes by the chefs individually and fresh before your eyes. The quality was super. You can however also in one of the 5 restaurant food, greek, mexican, asia, suhi, Italian or french creperie adjacent to the hotel. Here, except for the famous pancake house, you have to reserve( front desk) and the timely. We have often used and loved it. So not to be missed, the atmosphere is also nice, on the small lagoon, so romantic.

Here there are to only say: absolutely accommodating, gracious, friendly many thanks to the bosses in the main restaurant, we always had a beautiful table on the outdoor terraces (smoking) with perfect service. This also applies of course at the bars, the front desk and so on we had no language problems, English, German and other, any speak your language. A small tip: as it in the forest purely calls, so echoed it back. The cleaning of the rooms was immaculate, very clean. What I remarkable found, was the very hochwetige and expensive shower gel, soap and shampoo, it was replenished daily exactly the towels. If you wanted, was the room 2 times per day cleaned.

We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer observed only was a nice team always friendly and by other well used. The kids club was also always attracting a lot of visitors, the had a lot of fun. Access to the internet free wi-fi, small supermarket, hairdresser, spa and so on everything was there. Beach is small but sweet. The hotel for us the perfect location, quiet and yet centrally located enough for things to do on foot or by car. The complex was very tidy and the many employees noticed on the condition. The hotel is relatively big, however due to the many building it didn't seem crowded. Also not in the vacation period. Al was just great, mini bar included, save, tretboot and kanu, 5 extra restaurants, lunch package if you are not in the house was, lots of bars spread over the hotel. Chairs and umbrellas also at the beach, free of charge, with lifeguard and water sports such as jet skiing ( for a fee) the guests, very international all languages, very pleasant audience.

20 minutes to Heraklion, near to the airport, short transfer. After chersonissos and annisaras not very far also on foot to reach or with the bus ( bus timetables at the front desk), taxi. (8,-E ) beautiful shops and taverns, as well as a lively nightlife in chersonissos. Other excursions from there simple and good with the rental car to reach, you can in the hotel or small bar at the beach when Stefano ( dearest greetings) very easy to rent. You do not need to serious misgivings, the greeks are very relaxed. Recommendable the tour with the small railroad. The has surprised us, you get a wonderful impression in the area and can in between off and 2a 4 hours later continue, a beautiful tour directly in front of the hotel 10, -per person.

The room is normal size. The furnishing is modern, minibar costs nothing. Always clean. It would be a room recommended on the 1. floor is.

There is 1 main restaurant and 5 theme restaurants (greek, italian, asian, mexican, sushi) all very recommendable perfect quality and quantity. 2 poolbars and a waffle french creperie adjacent to the hotel bar delicious.

The staff are very friendly, in addition, about 40% german well, otherwise you could on english also understood very well. Especially in the theme restaurants the staff were perfect. The cleaning of the rooms was always spotless.

The entertainment offers plenty of entertainment... Sometimes almost too much. By the pool are the loungers very narrow but abundant.

The hotel is very well maintained and very big. The rooms are very nice and clean designed.

The beach a small uferstrasse separately, didn't bother us really, since hardly traffic was. The beach is nature... For a 5 star hotel not okay. There is no sand, but feinkörniges gravel. A supermarket is 250 metres away and also a in the hotel. The airport is approximately 30 minutes out, unfortunately fly every 20 minutes over the premises planes landing the Kreta-airport. But it didn't bother us all too badly.

As already written, we had instead of one of our booked deluxe room with a view of the sea in the rinela then a standard room in the laguna will receive. The view was everything but nice, otherwise the room was but ok, the air conditioning worked, the mattresses were good. Tv and minibar are in laguna in all the rooms available. Took some getting used to was, if one were times on its terrace sat, constantly noisy people (directly above of the terrace was the pool) a herabschauten.

There was a buffet restaurant, as well as 5 specialty restaurants: cretan, mexican, chinese, sushi and italian. Cretan and sushi you could also eat lunch, the rest of the restaurants had only in the evening open. Which somewhat inconvenient for people is, the only a week stay: one must 3 days reserve in advance. This came we only into the benefit of 4 restaurants, chinese we skipped. All the restaurants were the service and the variety was very good, the selection was completely sufficient (in the buffet restaurant there was almost every day Gyros with tsatsiki, better i in my lifetime never eaten). In addition there was still a pancake house, here you can ice cream (even in waffelhörnchen to go), fresh crepes and waffles enjoy. Was open the pancake house until 24 o'clock. There is a lobby bar, the cocktails here we thought was inedible, but the frappé was very good. The wine in the restaurants and bars you could also very good drink. Tips were definitely not expected, but gladly taken.

The employees in the restaurants, in the bars and in the shop were very nice. Solely at the front desk we had the impression, that the staff due to our complaint concerning of the room very annoying. Partly speak german, however not everywhere (but one could eat but everywhere russian). English was mostly understood. Now to the room cleaning: in living room was cleaned well, however the dead flies in the bathroom when we prior and then for the return trip approved again (it was the same, at the same place). Note: i would now only service in the restaurant and in the bars rate, i would 5 suns.

There are 3 pools, two large and a children's swimming pool. In the a pool at the rear is via ladders, but it is but also nice deep and well suited for swimming. There was also animation, however very pleasant and unobtrusive. One was asked, whether one with something to join, if not was the was okay, too and after a few friendly word left alone. The loungers stayed in the pool area very comfortable, with a mattress. Towels could be gg. A deposit at the front desk rent, but we didn't use it as we our own with us.

The hotel is definitely in great shape, is located directly by the sea, but rather in a quiet area nearby Chersonisos. The buildings are a maximum of three storeys, elevators, there is only in the main building. We had over kaufland travel the rinela beach, but due to overbooking of the selbigen at laguna landed. In the rinela we had a room with a view of the sea booked, at laguna we had but then a room in the basement with a view of a wall with 4 trees before get, also a flight of stairs from our terrace directly to the pool up. On repeated request at the front desk regarding the booked ocean view we got the answer, that we as regards of the hotel already upgraded received, and therefore only an economy room (cheapest category ) available would a room change only laguna buchern reserved is. We had booked all inclusive and were very satisfied. Wlan was in the lobby available, the code you on demand at the front desk received. The types of people were from the ages were very mixed, as well as the nationalities locally, at the end of our week there, but more and more russians to the hotel (at the end circa 80%), we could up to a only exception however not have any negative noticeable weight (except once in the champagne bar, where a gentleman said the bubble of champagne loudly of to have).

The hotel is located, as already written a little bit out of town, very quiet. A few supermarkets are within walking distance, however easy to reach. A car hire gives it both in the hotel, as well as outside. Sold candy barely room, air mattresses etc.. You can also right at the hotel shop buy. Directly in front of the hotel (at the beach) you can also have a trip with a small bimmelbahn make, duration about 2 hours. Now the negative : the hotel is actually located directly at the beach, but it is a pebble beach (painful for the walk and one sank a) and in the water are many stones, where you also have to be careful, not drops out. While we were there, there were despite good weather hardly people in the sea baden.

Large great clean great balcony view of the sea, mini bar everything is great. If you have this hotel complains here that has everything something to moan about and is satisfied with anything.

The food was great simply superb everything freshly made the chef fries the meat fresh a finished has to be experienced, all very friendly and everything very clean. 5 theme restaurants 1 champagne bar, cocktail bar, and other bars and so on

Everyone is very friendly and tried very hard also at the front desk some with very good German. The rooms were with us super made also the mini bar every morning and again filled up.

Very large main pool then a massive pool the almost the whole complex winds and then the pool for children and with the entertainment. Since we were always a great mood and to the sea simply just over the street over then at the beach. Loungers abundant, wether at the pool or at the sea something for everyone there. There are everywhere small schmucks am at o'clock already the loungers with towels occupied the are in my eyes only sad. If you would like to lay where manned is just the towel down and up on the chair.

The beach is small but sweet you can also a bit further as you will always find what you want. Shops are on foot about minutes away 2 very large and a few small supermarkets. We are a on foot after chersinisos about 40 minutes nice at the beach along you can great photos make, then by taxi back the costs then only 8,-Euro. With bus after knossos very recommendable story at your fingertips.

The rooms are big, spacious, clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. Furthermore, there is a sofa, two chairs, and a table with chair available. In the closet there was plenty of storage space, a safe with a number code (including ), the mini bar is refilled daily. The air conditioning can with a remote control rules. The bathroom is a dream! In the front area there is a sink with a large mirror and hair dryer and enough space. The only thing which missing here are towel rack. Through another door leads to toilet and shower and bathtub (with handy extendable clothes line). Also the balcony was big and beautiful (the varied from room to room, we were in the main building on the level the front desk, with a view of the sea). As we close to of the lobby were, we had practically still wi-fi in the room. The rooms are equipped with a netzwerkdose.

There was a main restaurant in buffet form and five à la carte restaurant, a french creperie adjacent to the hotel. The food was very tasty. For breakfast there was bread, cake, sausage, cheese, various spreads, fruit, vegetables, cereal, eggs, (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, eggs to cook), bacon waffles, crepes, omelets either finished or to put together, the tpischen meaty dachen such as sausages, baked beans etc. Really there is something for everybody. At lunch there was salad, meat and fish, pizza, pasta, noodles, rice, vegetables, also typical greek dishes such as Gyros (fresh from the skewer, with fresh pitabrötchen ), mousaka etc. Were offered (of which we had still, however, a bit more desired)... Also in the evening, even a bit more variety. Which we really great found was, that it fish and meat different kinds of always freshly grilled there was. I personally, i would have only the delicious grilled sepia and octopus requested ☺ There was also a pasta corner, where you get a fresh noodle pans with different ingredients could let be prepared. Came in addition different meat and fish species to recoup, noodles, rice, fries, potatoes, bread, soup etc. Aich the salads were delicious. Which we in the two weeks however festlgestellt have: they gladly with dill cooked and seasoned ☺ We like dill, but eventually it almost too much the good ☺ The selection of desserts was also great: ice cream, fruit, different cakes, cakes, pastries. Everything which the heart desires ☺ And yes, the dishes repeated sometime or there is something similar. But in our opinion with enough distance between them and i must not always the same food ☺ that is the advantage at the buffet ☺ Also the à la carte restaurant are very recommendable. Here it meant quickly, we always had to 4 days in vorrasu reserve. It must everywhere rexerviert are, except for the sushi. A possibility is also in the evening directly to the restaurants to go and questions, whether someone has refused. Sometimes you are lucky. We all have restaurants tested, except for the asians, and you can really highly recommend. Even if the hauptreaturant delicious is, the à la carte restaurant a nice change ☺ The pool bars there was because of the scherbengefahr only plastic cups. Our lieblingsbars were the theaterpoolbar during the entertainment, Champagne bar and particularly the all day bar ☺ we were very comfortable. The all day bar until 1:00 open, shortly before they close bekommn only plastic cups. The plastic cups like some people bother you, it is but really the accidents (glass...) And the problem, that the people otherwise, when the bars close the glasses take... The pancake house is very recommendable. Very delicious crepes ☺ There is also ice cream, cake, waffles...

The staff was very friendly. I rarely a hotel experienced, you warmly welcomed and the complete staff so hospitable was. In the restaurants and the bars you very accommodating treated, the service is perfect. The staff was very friendly, recognized one again and knew also quite fast the preferences with the drinks ☺ The room service was to our full satisfaction, the maids were also in the evening again and brought fresh towels. They always had a smile, of them were you on the hallways always greeted in a friendly manner. Also the mini bar was every day filled. When we once slept and probably still 'please do not disturb licht' at had, our mini bar was not restocked. We did at the front desk reported and no 3 minutes later we had a stocked refrigerator ☺ We really all around comfortable and welcome felt. All of the staff speak english, some speak also quite good german.

The hotels verügt about salt water pools, the main pool, the front completely flat is, beautifully sunbathe ☺ and a further the branch by the complex went. In addition there was still the animation pool with slide and children's swimming pool. The branched pool we personally found the most beautiful, since there the loungers not so close to each other and there is great swimming could without constantly turning to have. The quality of the water was good, but had the entertainment pool on one day a strange grünton, as if seaweed in it would be (the day before freshly refilled...) It was repaired directly. Unfortunately there are also the familiar problems getting any beach chairs. Some chairs are the livelong day reserved, but that perhaps 15 minutes someone on it is. The staff at the hotel looks a little afterwards and also says, that one the towels then just put aside and the chair should take, but it could from the side of the hotel still more attention should be paid. In our first week (at the end of august, beginning september), it was quite difficult to find. Since we had people had met, we needed 6 chairs. In the 2. week we were only to 2. and had then actually not any more problems, there was the loungers situation is much more relaxed, less guests were there. The loungers are very nice wooden pool chairs with well padded cushions with pillows, really very comfortable. But missing some cushions the pillows, or partly missing individual slats on the chairs (on a couch the screws of the missing Latte out, without cushions a considerable risk of injury...) Schattenpätze there was actually quite a lot of by plenty of pool chairs umbrellas and, especially in the 2. the pool by the bungalows. For a deposit you can towels from hotel and regularly borrow, unfortunately there was sometimes bottlenecks. Then you got but the towel card again and could on the next day a new towel get. Except for the small moans were the pools really great and absolutely brilliant for to relax ☺ The beach is only by a small, hardly traveled road from the hotel separately. It is a very narrow pebble beach. That the beach not too big is, but from the hotel description clear. The water is very clear and clean, there were shoes recommended, as in the water also some rocks are. We had some quite windy days with red flag, of which almost the whole beach of the waves flooded. On these days there were no chairs, or just in the farthest row. You could not into the water, since the waves were quite high (but it was a great view ☺ ) and the currents probably pretty potent. Any further than to the knee in the water was the life guard whistled back. There was but also days with green flag, where the sea almost was quiet. Nice to go snorkeling or just on the luma looking: The beach served its purpose, is however not convenient for people, the a pure beach vacation want to spend. The entertainment in the hotel was alright. The entertainers were all very friendly, however not too obtrusive. It gave during the day a mini-and a teens club during autumn holidays and different games at the entertainment pool. Furthermore, sport such as soccer, water polo, Volleyball (if the sea and the beach it.) , water aerobics etc. Offered. In the evening there was there were shows, quiz nights, games or discos. From time to time playing in the all-day bar a solo entertainer. The hotel has in the main building in the lobby with wlan, one receives access code at the front desk. There is also a mini supermarket in the one gets the most necessary things and jewelery and souvenir shops. There is also the spa, that we however not used have. The hotel complex consists of a main building and very a lot of bungalows, about the beautiful, large area distribute. On the complex there is a beautiful lagoon. The brilliant lighting is everything beautiful shine. The hotel is clean and well-kept. There are all sorts of guests there, from families with small children and some schoolchildren (in the last few weeks the summer holidays in bawü and Bayern there), over younger couples, couples, friends to retirees. Nationalities were lots of different represented: german, swiss, british, russian, french, belgian, swiss, isrälis... Really mixed.

The shuttle from the airport Heraklion is approximately 30 minutes The hotel is directly at the fairly narrow beach, only by a small, hardly traveled road from this separately. In the more immediate vicinity there is little, except other hotels and a few supermarkets around 5 to 10 minutes walk away. However Hersonissos not far away, there are buses and ' touribimmelbahn', the really practical around the area exploration and a little by Hersonissos to stroll (2 hours stay possible) It didn't bother us, that no promenade for strolling or similar nearby was. In the hotel complex is a for sure not boring ☺ Otherwise, plenty of excursions were offered, you can a rental car rent and the island explore on your own or just take a taxi for example the nightlife in Hersonissos exploration.

The rooms were for the urlaubsbedürfnisse accordingly very good and decorated match. Good beds! , air conditioning good and individually adjustable. A deckchair on the balcony/ terrace you should however at least can rent, this would the loungers- reservierungswut some guests ( here would be clearly criticism of the guest appropriate, what the word 'consideration' often not seem to know) maybe a bit relaxation.

In the main restaurant there is a varied buffet, which almost leaves nothing to be desired. A little more fish- and lamb dishes would be desirable, however we should have a higher price spoken are. The open standardweine there are good. The 5 theme restaurants ( cretan, mexican, asian, Italian and japanese (sushi), with its selection of 4-course menus are a welcome variety. The à la carte menus can be created individually. The offered greek house wine (red/white/rose) is also for connoisseurs excellent! Furthermore there are two pool bars, creperie ( sweet and solid crêpes ( until o'clock in the morning opened) and a ice counter. The all-day bar, a champagne bar and the night-bar offer cocktails any hue and expand the offer. However you will find no brand name drinks and the a drink from the bar to a other area is definitely not allowed; and if, then unfortunately only in the plastic cup. This is a right of the hotel with its 5 stars actually definitely not fair and seemed somewhat incongruous. Champagne plastic cup in evening dress!? Cocktail in paper cups! A small selection good premium brands (whisky, cognac, etc.) and a selection of some good greek/ cretan wines in the two bars would be a real enrichment (, where appropriate, against an extra charge). Hygiene and cleanliness basically not a problem. Dishes in the main restaurant typical of the country. All fresh products ( fruit/ vegetables) from Kreta even! Bread uniquely good!

The service and the staff are too many very competent, always friendly and helpful; the normal duties out. A personal speech, a Calimera in the morning, a kalispera in the evening or a yia sas at any time, leaves heart open; as well as the words parakalo and efcharisto. The foreign guests a friend. Minor flaws were quite human and this frequenting in the peak season at temperatures between and degrees certainly everywhere available and normal. From the service you can't expect, that all spoke fluent spoken are. English predominant very good, basically but no problems what so ever communicating. Smaller problem are immediately with a lot of care fixed. Great!

The evening agenda in the main bar, or in the theater at the pool bar were a nice entertainment. There was the thalasso-and spa area and the gym area. , which however we hardly taken into account was. Pool clean. Loungers numerously available. Those who block/reservers a bit annoying. Umbrella also numerous available. To the beach it are a few steps away, clean, ok. Waves in the wind can however the baden not always to. Internet in the room with cable, besides that wi-fi. Good.

An architecturally, tasteful, harmonious and very well maintained new hotel in the village-style. Well thought out! Room too many with a view of the sea, always with its own terrace or balcony. 5 minutes to the beach, or the various sea water pool areas. Environment cretan, greek laissez-faire. Good staff, hardworking and yet always friendly, cretan proud. One comes as stranger and leaves as a friend. Very pleasant, what about smaller lack way there marriages can. All inclusive-service excellent. For those who crave relaxation and relaxation is the place. The hotel complex is located on the beach of anissaras, a few kilometres away from the popular tourist area chersonissos with numerous cafes, taverns and shops of any type. In the evening there are also party their like-minded. Good starting point for tours to Agios Nikolaos, the lassithi plateau, after arhanes (wine-growing), or Heraklion. But also sitia, the palm tree beach of vai at the eastern coast or ierapetra or Matala ( south coast/libyan sea) than daytrip good to manage. Feasible is the samaria gorge (route from 6:00 A. After our move okay. Each of us had a bed!

The food in the main restaurant and also in the theme restaurants was good. The waiters were eager to keep everything clean.

The staff the front desk were unfriendly, the in the restaurants against friendly and accommodating

The pools were very nice, but for a beach chair you had no chance. If you the entire year at 6 o'clock have to get up early, you on vacation no desire in the crack with towels run around to reserve chairs

The complex is structurally nicely laid out. The rooms were large enough, although i for 3 adult's in a 5-star resort 3 beds expect. A bretthartes, 70 centimeter broad sofa from leatherette, that in the remaining also in the 2-bed-rooms was, is for an adult, the almost 2 weeks to spend, a joke. Also that on de terrace only 2 gatenstühle were for us was not funny. We had also only 2 glasses, 2 bathrobes, 2 few schlüppchen, for 2 people towels etc. Etc. Only on our complaints go we got for the 3 i mention again-adult's towel & co. The extremely unfriendly ladies at the reception shared but with, that it is not possible a 3. chair to get, so that we ourselves with the sit on the terrace alternate need. I have countless holidays with my two daughters in 4 stars hotel, but such, i have never experienced something like that. When something was missing, the within a very short time hergeschafft ; and this was friendly! There could even the travel guide on the next day nothing. So annoying, bothered us then the huge mold in the bathroom and we then daraufbestanden a different room to get with a reasonable 3. bett. That we have then also, after we on the next day 4 time at the front desk report had, got. We are really not complainers and with a bit more friendliness is the sad probably not so big. The complex has no 5 star, although the food was good and the service at the pancake house very friendly was. There were all sorts of guests there, rather little german.

The water was in the immediate area, however, it was very dangerous to the thick stones on the way in sea slipping, the beach was everything but nice.

The rooms were for greek standards more than just large. Itself with two kids (one still in beistellbettchen ) you can comfortably live and for all place. You didn't need more expensive family room select. The room was clean and friendly know, there were tiled floors and a very nice bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The sink was in a sort of anteroom to the rest of the bathroom. Hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers were available. Towels were for 3 people - as booked-. Tv with a few channels (ARD only poor reception, but except for the games UEFA european championship we have tv looked). The mini bar was inclusive and was violent filled with two bottles of beer, Cola, water, be poured by oneself, orangeade and Fanta. Safety deposit box was available and free (also not usual in Greece)

There was a main restaurant and 5 smaller à la carte restaurants (greek, italian, mexican, asian and sushi). We have the main restaurant always afternoons and evenings each 2 day visit and the theme every 2. evening. The pancake house had daily until 2 o'clock at night on, there were the whole day ice cream, cakes and of course hearty and sweet crepes. For the theme restaurants you have to at the front desk 2-3 days reserve a table in advance. It everything was great quality and the maps in german. The service was perfect, in the theme restaurants one had even wine from the bottle got, the very, very delicious was. In the main restaurant you were also placed and the beverages were brought. So one has not the feeling, that cheap wine from the tetra pak drinks. Since the russians no table manners and more and more on the plate stack than it ultimately it food, the staff was very afterwards, clear and clean. We mostly on the terrace eaten, in the main restaurant it was a bit noisy. The food was immediately refilled and it gave plentifully selection, even if it is of course repeated sometime has. The main bar has until at night (i mean 2 hours ), the beach bar until 23 o'clock. The beverages have good quality. It is to 8., that you could appropriately dressed to eat goes. Shorts and flip flops are not allowed and the majority of of the guests in evening dress.

All ladies at the reception are exceedingly friendly. On our requests were immediately cared for. The ladies speak good german, definitely good english. We felt very cared for and advised comfortable. The cleaning was great! There were in the morning the rooms cleaned and tidied up. And if you evenings food was, were the rooms again cleaned and the towels were changed, so that you in the evenings always a clean room had. So much cleanliness i had not yet seen.

There are 3 seawater swimming pools. A main pool, a children's swimming pool and a pool, through the complex winds and not suitable for children is. The entertainment found angangs exclusively on children's swimming pool instead, so many families with ihrern children at the main pool are, because there was quiet. Later there was aerobics and water-gym also at the main pool, however not pushy at all. There are great comfortable wooden loungers with leather-topped desks at the pools. At first there were too few beach chairs, but after some had complained, were promptly reacted to and new beach chairs were purchased. Also was forbidden, that the loungers before 7 o'clock were occupied. These towels were cleared away (before you had to half 5 up, around a beautiful couch to get, i have in the meantime, have never stayed anywhere experienced, always only heard...). Kids club is also available, but the animators didn't speak german and there are anyway hardly german children in the hotel. The entertainment in the evening rather bad. The main entertainer was a very nice man (tunisians, for 10 years in the business). He was constantly tried, that the entertainment has been improved, and has regularly feedback can be obtained. That was for 2012 still very upgradeable and i really hope that he that could. On the beach, there was 2 times daily Volleyball.

We have the cheapest zimmervariante and are still not disappointed were. Huge room, excellent service and excellent dining. If you want to relax, is right at home here! The area is very extensive and great nicely laid out. The pool area winding through the complex, the housing estates are very nice designed and it was super well-kept. Because the hotel only 2011 opened, is to summarize top condition, it is the green areas not so far. We have already several hotels in giechenland bereist, this was definitely the best! You should the greek standard with the german standard compare. Our guide, the for 25 years for TUI and more than friendly and tried, at the this hotel for the best of the greek north coast said! Unfortunately very lots of russians (about 60 percent), but the you will find now in every all-inclusive hotel in giechenland.

The hotel is directly at the pebble beach. The beach is not so nice and invites you not a, as the whole day hang out. One must only a small road to cross, this is as good as not busy. Airport is approximately 20 minutes out from the hotel. Nightlife in the town not available, we have the entertainment in the hotel used. A small gift shop, there is in the hotel (maps, stamps, newspapers,...). The excursions start directly at the beach road/corner hotel driveway. Hersonissos is 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by cab/car.
