Has not been a inside tip more, best house on the place. A hotel where everything was great. We felt all around very probably. No trace of raw north, great service, the friendliness And openness loved it. The regional-style gourmet kitchen is a star. read more

    The rooms have a good size and are very attractive. A mini bar is available. There is no possibility for coffee or tea. We have a room with partial sea view. The location of the room was very good. We especially enjoyed, that the room in the building of the spa. So we had to leave in the evening not in the bathrobe at the bar over. The room was a little dusty (tv, lamps), otherwise from the cleanliness but okay.

    We only the breakfast and the was very good. There is everything that you ask for. Fresh egg dishes, sausage, cheese and fish as a large selection. Much fresh fruits, delicious teas and juices and a beautiful view on the Baltic Sea.

    On arrival we were briefly asked, whether we have a good journey had. Otherwise was the welcome rather briefly and scarcely. We had on the hotel. De booked. On the reservation confirmation it was a welcome drink advised have been. These have we did not receive, not even in the form of a voucher for the bar. A shame. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and very attentive. For the front desk 4 stars, for the restaurant 6 stars. For the farewell we had a bread received.

    The spa is great. We are gladly in the evening the spa on, as only a few guests there. Everything is very clean and you can in the relaxation room great for relaxing. The beach chairs we used gladly, and a sanarium and the pool. Somewhat warmer could the pool his. The hot tub had a good temperature. We have stayed in many similar hotels, but we could still no better spa area.

    The location is the best in town. For breakfast you can see the Baltic Sea look. This is the absolute highlight. Nearby are shops, cafés and restaurants. To the harbor it is about 10 minutes on foot.

We are as a couple for relaxation over the weekend and felt very comfortable. The wellness offer is great and we loved every minute of our massages enjoyed. The spa oasis with the large sauna area and the pool area is wonderful. If you just go out of the working life come would, you with this hotel the possibility the energy reserves again revitalize. read more

The short vacation in Travel Charme Kühlungsborn we liked. It is a great place and we had a good break. Very good breakfast, delicious dinner. We had a room on the countryside side booked. The room was brilliant and clean. The bathroom was a bit small. In our wedding anniversary we had a bottle of sparkling wine receive and in the evening waited on a festive decorated table. The cover was in herzenform joined together. It looked great from. Many thanks for that! We were very happy! Travel Charme Kühlungsborn is always worth a trip. For us it was the ... first trip in a travel charm hotel. The next travel in Travel Charme werfeneng in Austria and in Travel Charme Zinnowitz we had already booked. For the umpteenth time just relaxing and nice. Very attentive and friendly people in all areas (front desk, front desk, restaurant, spa, kitchen, room service, management). Well maintained house with all the comforts. Very good cuisine, no problems with food intolerance (lactose intolerance). Competent care the sport and treatments. First of all, we had a really great and relaxing vacation stay in the Travel Charme Kühlungsborn! From the prior met us the staff at the hotel always with a smile, was very polite, very accommodating and helpful. The hotel lies directly at the bridge over the lake, so the way to the beach and the promenade hardly worth mentioning! Our room with a balcony was beautiful and elegantly furnished, always clean and even had a small sea view. The food (half board) was excellent, varied and offered something for the eye. Also here from the staff always value tidy ... and clean buffet and never was impression, that something out or forever is. Every morning we received a binder with tagestips, a view from pool, and so on - a small detail, but today not more, of course, and a great service, as well as the daily newspaper early in the morning on the door! In the spa we have no treatments booked, but the sauna area, jacuzzi and the pool with heated outside area were simply great and relaxing. The hotel we can unreservedly tourist each target group highly recommend! read more

Due to the excellent reviews we had the Travel Charme in Kühlungsborn selected and we didn't get disappointed. Already on arrival you felt welcome. They offered us to welcome a drink and throughout the vacation one felt the warmth and friendliness of all of the staff. We got a free upgrade for a room with lateral view of the sea. The rooms are excellent. There are for example at the bed an led reading lamp, so that you partner when reading that didn't bother us. Pleased me, that the room already was cleaned, if we from the breakfast came back. ... Breakfast was fantastic as the staff, everyone was always friendly and accommodating. When checking out we got a freshly baked bread as a present for the farewell. A small point of criticism the bad wi-fi in the room. The had i on the questionnaire noted. Today a letter from mr a., the manager of the hotel. He thanked us for the completion of the questionnaire and took position on the criticism of the wi-fi net. I think the very remarkable and thank you this way. We will definitely come back again. read more
