The BIG plus for the room which was ready at 10 a.m. even though we informed the hotel about our early arrival 11 hours before we arrived.
The hotel is located in a quiet area with 2 minutes walk to the tram stop and 4 minutes walk to the nearest underground station. But you need to take a cab if you want to go out in the late evening/night.
Lady at the reception desk on the arrival and departure days was very nice and friendly, though we experienced very strange attitude of one of the receptionist who was surprised ... and very critical that we want to order a taxi and go out on Saturday night at 1 a.m.
The hotel has sauna and steam room ready to use in the evenings, it's small but clean and accurate for 2 people.
Unfortunately breakfast was the weakest point of our stay, mostly because of a very odd look of scrambled eggs and bacon which were the only warm food. read more

The hotel is located in a side street, thus one heard no street noise, though you in the center of Frankfurt stayed in. Since we an airport or weihnachtsmarktreise have done, is the location perfect. From the airport one drives with the S-Bahn and underground to habsburgerallee or station zoo and is fast on foot in the hotel. The christmas market on the romans you walk about fifteen minutes. The zeil shopping street is a in ten minutes distance. The small nice sauna is on request immediately switched on. The breakfast buffet is really reasonable. In the room you can ... feel at ease. The safe is free usable, also coffee and tea. Check-in check-out was friendly one acted. read more

Peacefully located hotel, very good train connections. Quick and easy to reach.
Nice italian (150 meters ) nearby - very recommendable!
Parking nearby to find (14,00 Euro per day saved).
Unfortunately the room was cold. The breakfast for a 4 star hotel very poor. read more

The hotel is a absolute recommendation for a trip to Frankfurt. Zeil and bergerstraße are very accessible on foot, alternatively the tram in 150 meters distance from. We had a quiet, clean and modern room, the breakfast was absolutely okay and people very friendly. Even our car felt comfortable. :-) read more

Very nice city hotel, right next to the Frankfurter zoo. Parking spaces at the hotel are unfortunately rarity, however the hotel has an underground car park, the however 14€ per day costs. We had a deluxe room what very spacious and nicely furnished was. There is a breakfast room with breakfast buffet, the plentiful selection of everything offers. The next subway-station is about 300 meters away and one is about minutes in the middle of Frankfurt. read more

We had the hotel especially because of the good connection to the public transport and city-proximity selected. This proved to be the right decision. The you -train station. Habsburgerallee is reachable in circa 10 minutes on foot. The car stands for 14, -€ in the underground garage. In closer environment there are some restaurants, amongst others a very good Italian ( Leon d'Oro). In the hotel you can feel comfortable. There is a sauna and a steam bath. Breakfast is tidy. Especially praiseworthy is the friendly staff. Because of an accident on the prior we could first one day late ... in the hotel arrival. A (timely) cancellation was not possible. However, only the really use taken Nights and this is also still the best price will be charged. Gästefreundlicher it does not go! We had a package combination with the Frankfurt-card-the transport was free and there were reductions in museums etc.
Altogether gladly again, the hotel has us in any case pleased. read more

We were mainly in Frankfurt, in order to visit the zoo. The hotel lies in the direct vicinity of the Zoos. This could easily on foot be achieved. Therefore we had to still for a long time a parking space search. We have a parking space in the underground garage of the hotel for 14 Euro a night booked. The hotel could directly by a lift be achieved. We stayed in the deluxe room, the size a suite had. The two children (2 and 10 years) were allowed free mitübernachten. It was a Murphy bed and without different order baby ... crib made available. The staff were very competent and child-friendly. We were a selection of restaurants nearby offered, which very helpful was. The rooms were very clean. The toilet was with washbasin separately for bathroom accommodated and the room had a separate living area and sleeping area. TV, mini bar and safe were in the room available. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the service friendly. All together the hotel we can without doubts to further-recommend. read more

Very beautiful hotel, big room included bathroom, subway and tram only about 100 meters away. The breakfast buffet offers everything what one tastes. Many restaurants nearby. The zoo is directly in front of the house. read more

From the check-in, to check out everything was perfect. The staff very friendly, and competent. The hotel we have over hrs for a stopover for one night booked. We were friendly from the staff received and the rooms were really great... The staff at breakfast was very attentive each desire was met us... Even the car was safe in the underground garage, you feel very safe. The hotel is very recommendable for a Städterreise. Especially with a car-prior you can see the hotel's own garage go back, for a presentation erhält. Eine subway station is in five minutes within walking distance, so that the good equipped public transport Frankfurt to use can. The rooms are spacious and silent. The breakfast is for a hotel of this size good. There is free newspapers in the hotel and also coffee is in the afternoon free enough. A good place for a city break to Frankfurt! read more

3 Mimuten to subway station,
About 25 minutes with the subway to the fair Frankfurt.
Very friendly front desk, rooms are large and decorated in a modern style.
Sauna is available but unfortunately not used.
Tip: in 5a 7 minutes footpath is a superb Indian restaurant. Hmm... Delicious. read more
