Overall we were satisfied. It should only booked with breakfast included will, as you very well outside cheap food. On the day of arrival definitely not in the hotel food, without before for the price ask! We paid for a nearly leergeräumtes lukewarm buffet cost about 40 €for 2. Breakfast is mediocre. Very much with warm courts thai art.
Definitely not the honeymoonvila book. There is around each house a high wall-to choke with the heat. The rest of the villas are spacious and nicely furnished. The outdoor showers in the villas are very interesting, but not properly cleaned. The ... garden is very nice. Unfortunately the beach is narrow and definitely not for handicapped guests, since one a steep staircase down must.
When checking out we were subsequently address, that we a bottle of water pay have (about 55 cents). 1 small bottle per person is available for free in the fridge available. Was however on the penultimate day not in, so we another.) On our objection to us by the hotel reception told us, we would have immediately subjected to. Those who seek peace and quiet, is in the right place here. No annoying animation, almost no crying children, no noise, only vogelgezwit. By the location the villas in a park works the complex quite spacious. Relaxing evenly. The staff were very friendly, complaints was in our opinion no. The garden villa was always clean, laundry and towels were regularly changed. And huge: large bedroom, huge bathroom and outdoor shower.
However: 4 stars are ok, but not more. One sees on closer look already some flaws. The a or other detail could use a little updating. Breakfast is like in ... other hotels for spoiled europeans not the awesome, however also not bad. The coffee you can drink. Otherwise was in the lots of bars and bars all around eaten, the actually make the most, in the hotel is nothing on in the evenings. Recommendable is the italian around the corner (for the, the enough rice and co have ), but also the pub at the beach. Apropos beach: if you're on right beach vacation value, will be disappointed. The sandy beach is not directly in front of the hotel (already, but you can't if high tide is), but on both sides will then you already find.
In short: you can recommend with a good conscience. read more

So we were 10 days in the hotel and felt completely comfortable.
The breakfast was absolutely great.
We also ate at the hotel restaurant and we were satisfied with that.
The the beach at high tide very small is, was not further bad, because the loungers are all above in the hotel complex. read more

Pleasant area

The loungers at the beach area are very narrow.

We had wonderful days, we only can say very helpful staff before the place was. The breakfast buffet could somewhat more diverse arranged. The coffee for breakfast is really needs to be improved.
The massage area in the hotel is excellent.
Sporting activities are from the hotel except for a fitness room not offered.
Last mentioned, the hotel management against the german bad habit, loungers with towels to reserve, do nothing. read more

The hotel is with 5 stars totally overrated, three stars are here really. As meiers world trips on 5 stars is not comprehensible.
Lobby and garden is nice, but. The garden-bungalows are right run-down. The large bathroom impressed in the first moment, but on closer look at you have to see the many corners very neglected. The nature winter garden in the bathroom also not well maintained.
The mattress of the bed knochenhart. The travel guide on site they wanted to give to ensure, that the mattress exchanged, is however nothing happened. The pool could be maintained. One has only ... the floor vacuumed the walls of the pool were very dirty during our whole stay - thick lubricant film on the tiles at the edge of the pool. Hassling loud music of the pool bar from 12:00 a. m. The music served in, the staff to converse. Loungers by the pool and on the hotel area way too narrow and not enough for all hotel guests. You have all conversation of the neighbors received-which for those seeking tranquillity disturbing. No chairs on the beach. The beach you can only over a flight of steps.
Air-conditioning devices very loud, if the neighbor you walk, you can hear the noise the own bungalow and can't sleep.
Breakfast buffet varied. To criticize there was only the many ants the orange juice and the cheese daily piece put, so that every guest cheese cut had. Some hotel guests used but not the bundled fork.

A dream holiday! This hotel we could only recommend it to anyone, large and wonderful facilities with directly at the beach. Not only the staff, but also the natives were us opposite always make an effort, friendly, accommodating hot a always and everywhere welcome! We were the first and not for the last time in Thailand, because we just loved it from this wonderful country and its people! Even if a long strenuous flight was, the trip definitely worth it! read more

We were for the first time the mukdara and can only to recommend 100%! We had a garden bungalow of the finest quality! All of the staff were always helpful and very friendly! Daily the bungalow cleaned. Daily change of the bed sheets and the whole towels. We felt from the first minute at home and above all felt welcome! The whole complex is very neat! Peace and relaxation pur!

In december we were after our round trip for 16 days in the hotel. Our booked garden villa was great and also quiet in the garden located. Unfortunately the hotel was christmas and new year's eve very well stocked, so that it by the pool ( with a view facing the beach) was not possible a quiet spot to find. The loungers were so close together, that one almost on its neighbors has! Since we are so didn't want to, are
We at the beach along and have walked to one of the many strandbars a couch rented. There was ... in any case much quiet and comfortable than the crowded pool in the hotel. Unfortunately was also the food on christmas eve and new year's eve ( buffet) only average.
Our cook villa however was very spacious and also the cleanliness excellent.
The english of the staff i nevertheless much to be desired, however in general staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

Very lovely, centrally located hotel with tropical, extensive and well-kept garden. In front of the hotel numerous restaurants and shops, as well as bars.

Simply a great hotel. It was at the check-in asked, if allergies are. My allergy against garlic and onion was within minutes in the restaurant and i was every day without further assistance, automatically despite their own selection from the map allergieangepasst packaged! I have never experienced anything like that! :-) staff are extremly friendly and accommodating. Chairs on the beach or at the pool are always abundant. So no reservations necessary! read more

We are for the 3. time here. I mention only the negative points, therefore the last time. Wireless internet runs sometimes not and is passwortgesichert for an hour. Last year a quarter of the spaces for sunbeds in favor of of the restaurant sacrificed. This year was again over 20 meters emptied for weddings, the very rare take place. Location:
The hotel lies at the end of the street. Everything is in the immediate proximity. Around the corner there are great restaurants, where you can get a freshly food. The straubinger i recommend, for excursions to visit. And the bavaria i can recommend, in the evening on sky the league recommended.
Hotel:
The rooms are pretty huge. It could be here and there something renovation.
The lack of cushions on the garden furniture you can complain about, but since we anyway usually by the pool anyway, is to be hurt.
The pool is beautifully large and one could always ... find a beach chair (despite german handtuchauflegens )
The narrow placed beach chairs i found a bit disturbing.
The beach was rather negligible. For walking go beautifully, but more is not possible.
One goes stone stairs down and shortly after already started the sea.
Staff:
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but it is difficult to communicate. But, that the hotel almost only german guests was, no one could really speak german. But also the english of the staff let much to be desired. A so, communication was difficult.

I know this hotel now for 7 years, i have 8 times there was, and i had never really reason for dissatisfaction. There are certainly (as everywhere ) here and there something, what could be better, and over the years has a lot diminished, or is in oblivion (have been). But what you this year there on the pool deck at the beach delivered is simply unacceptable! You ready, the loungers so close zusammenzupferchen, that one hardly still in between press down can. Partly is the chair of the neighbors only about 30 centimeter next to a-the chair of the ... partner is farther away, is it the intermediate prism stool on far held \u263a
It has no privacy more, and with a bit of luck also a smokers right in front of the nose.

It lasted long also not for a long time, and the room service knocked on the door, with 2 bottles of water!
Is just crap, if even at the front desk the staff no english understands, but nice they were nevertheless. After hearty about the number laughed, showered we indicated luckily not so cold water.
All in all, does it i am really sorry to have, as this certainly beautiful resort more and more of the loses, which it once didn't mind.
It has also today still by far the most beautiful grounds of all departments in the area.
The service but is by no means more than what he was, nor of a 4.5 star hotel!
We are now so far, that we certainly 2013 return, us but as often as possible by scooter to other, quiet beaches forgiven, and really only the beautiful property use.
