Simple but sufficient apartment

This apartment complex is by chance and booked because of the favourable price for nine days. Photos, which we found online in hindsight seem rather over-optimistic. The furnishing is very simple, unfortunately, it was missing especially reservoir. Air conditioning is not available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The prospect of almost all the rooms very nice because of the location on the hill above the harbor. Fortunately we had a rental car, otherwise you have to walk a bit, or one of the inexpensive taxis. In the complex there is a mini market with ... reasonable prices, also an Irish pub by the pool, where you can buy cheap snacks and drinks. At the pool there were always several floats for general use, for people, who don't 'nasty' find. We were very pleased and.-)Conclusion: simple but well laid out area with nice staff and good value for money. We would recommend it to others, with the comment, that you are looking for more luxury here in vain; but with the reasonable price not surprised. read more

The hotel we have already 2 times in the past and must say, that it has developed! Earlier rather than cheap place to stay (very spacious 2 persons apartment 32 Euro per day) it is today, and also in the next few years our 2. destination for the pre-or post-season firmly scheduled. Great view on the new port and the beach of Puerto Rico ( okay, 162 steps and less than 10 minutes to get there) inspire us again and again and numerous good restaurants are reachable on foot! We will be back! read more
