The only positive is the location, the views and the size of the room. The hotel is only for a few years' blue sea 'earlier it was' hotasa' before 'Riu'. We were always gladly there. But then it always went further down and the bottom is obviously achieved. read more

    As already mentioned, the only ray of hope in the hotel. In talks with people from the staff i learned that you very soon on a new managment and a return to the old virtues hopes. One said to me, we are no waiters more, but only more tellerabräumer and speisennachfüller.

    For lunch you had to go to the neighboring hotel (when it rained very unpleasant). In the restaurant? Self service for food and drinks, cooked english-german. The only spanish food in 2 weeks a very good ziegenfleischeintopf. The rest not inedible but canteen style. All inclusive is, to put it mildly, fraud. If i am for this expression interests so i am like the proof on. All-inclusive, no bar, but only more in a small gardenhouse where some vertocknete pizzaschnitten and some hamburgers there. This lemonade, beer and ' mixed drinks' from the automat. 10 gin-tonic = 0, 3 thousand

    Hand and bath-towels gave it the first 2 days no and in another consequence they were in the morning and took in the afternoon brought it again. The service-girls was the, according to our own statement, very embarrassing but they said there are simply not enough bed and bedsheets. Complaints were friendly noted (up to 7'. Times) and landing then obviously in the waste paper.

    The pool was clean and enough loungers available. Nice park on the beach chairs. Evening bar with a flair as the train station in vladivostok. All-inclusive is not, the waiters are unfriendly and easily snooty what the decision to bar in the area(very recommendable the ' apricotbar') very easily made. If you occasionally once good and cheap meal in the ' tiroleralm ' very close go.

    Peaceful location. Far away from the beach. Rental car really recommendable. In former times there was a free parking which is now of residents from the surrounding environment okupiert is. Shoppinggelegenheit and bars in the immediate area.

Hotel not recommendable. No evening pleasant seating. The value for money during the so-called new year's eve menu was not correct at all. Many noisy english. To the turn of the year we got not even a sip sparkling wine for toast. At the pool bar, we almost a week our coffee in porzellantassen drank, gave it from a the other day no all-inclusive achievement more. For breakfast you had to for the table-ware and cutlery concerned. The abräumungspersonal was daily around with a mürrischen face. The location does not correspond to the photo on the internet. read more

Unfortunately an ageing hotel. State of the hotel no four stars more. Staff nice and helpful. All inclusive in the hotel probably not allowed, and not recommendable. For one week vacation for relaxing the hotel was okay. read more

My single room was a small double room, (6. floor, number 1644) getting very old, reasonablly clean, but nice view. Good food compensated. Was anyway not so often in the room. read more

The blue sea resort consists of the hotels canarife and bonanza palace. We had a superior -room on the 6. floor pool page in the complex bonanza. The hotel itself we find very appealing. Were already to 2. x there. The superior -rooms are very big with a seating area, double bed, bedside tables and a sort of desk on a small small crt tv is. Big built-in cupboard. 1 chair and 1 shelf space for luggage, mirror. For a such a big room a bit sparse furnished. Balcony with small table and 2 chairs from plastic. The furnishing was ... tidy but somewhat outdated now with larger and smaller signs of wear. The view is simply great (sea, orotavatal and Teide) and the location for things to do also very cheap. We had a rental car. Staff very pleasant and attentive. At entertainment we didn't take part, but there regularly. Couple 57, we can the blue sea resort (bonanza) is highly recommended. read more

It was my 4. visit in this hotel since 2004, at that time under other flag. In the years 2004-2009 the hotel was under the leadership of the hotasa group relatively well run. Drinks were served at the table, there were several wines to choose from, this time only one very great. The only good thing the staff. The me after years recognized and extremely friendly. The bar ( macambo ) is only open in the evening, the pool bar offers only separate service for half-board or all inclusive customers. The latter shall be approximately 50 meters of of the ... pool bar in a shack abgespeist, no glasses, only plastic cups etc. Earlier at the pool bar snacks such as sandwiches, cakes, pies, ice cream, drinks in real glasses etc. Today: papp-cups, forks. Decor: stairwell- teppichbespannung sharpened, for years not restored. At the bar only basic drinks, only! A single wine! Not even against an extra charge there is better wine! sparkling wine no more glass, only bottle, cheap sort from the discounter. Attentions as earlier (bottle sparkling wine for birthday or the beginning of de. Week) are deleted. List of flaws can on request supplemented. Please note: this is only a kurzkritik. Since its acquisition by the new society blue sea is the shop to a maximum of three stars fallen. read more

The blue sea resort include 3 hotels in a really nice location approximately 150 meters over Puerto de la Cruz in the north-west part of the city. We were in the canarife. Overall a nice hotel with traffic in some areas (mattresses, worn carpets etc.). Friendly staff in all areas, in the reception area good german language skills, special requests (2. ceiling, 2. room card etc.) Were immediately taken care of. Dining room a bit large, loud and hectic (we are to eat in the interpalace-much quiet and cozy), but one could select oneself, in which the three ... hotels you went to eat. Food variety and there is something for everyone, every day amongst others fresh fish from the grill. Overall rather rustic (german) cuisine. We had a huge room on the 6. floor with a magnificent view on the sea and in the northern mountains. Room cleaning was limited to the beds, trash empty and bathroom clean, no vacuuming. For people who are light on their feet, very good hiking in every direction (city centre around 10 to 15 minutes), good bus connections in every direction. The hotel not the Riu-standard, but overall, an excellent value for money and is measured really recommendable. read more

We have been the 5. time in this hotel and now it was also the last time. In this hotel really only saved. There is nothing else renewed. Whether carpets, chairs and tables in the restaurant area, fitness equipment, everything was broken, dirty and dated. Even the warming of the food was economized we have quite different met. Only the staff has in this hotel 4 star rating, everything else is at the most worth two stars. read more

Was 2005 already once in the hotel canarife palace was reportetd as large. And it is still as years ago. Same furniture, auslegwahre, curtains. Only that now everything was already worn. Particularly the auslegewahre with several stains. It was in the room only the bed made, change of towels, bathroom sweep and clean. auslegewahre in my presence not vacuumed. What me ammeisten bother us, is the one all the guests from the hotel bonanza to eat has been sent. Totally overcrowded dining room. One had on the doorstep line up and wait for was available. The food was ok and ... diverse. The way to the beach takes about 45 minutes through the town. Unfortunately was the weather to my time something to wet. So was a lot of walking was announced. We live in the 5. or 6. floor with a view of the Teide. Peaceful location. Big room with spacious balcony. Breakfast is reasonable, but boring :for years always the same (tasteless). We leave the dinner and to go to the one of the surrounding pub-everywhere cook one better than in the hotel, for example with the chinese 'Shanghai' on the stairways direction center. The pool is heat, but very clean, nice garden area. read more

Waste-paper basket every day emptied and the beds made. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious. In our services was 2 time à-la-carte eat/week expelled, this we received unfortunately not. There was only 1 time on wednesday offers for per person additionally 10, -€. We found the outrageous. Also, that you at night even his drinks, was absolutely unaesthetic. All tourists take bottles at, had herpes. At night it was too ... few seating, so that one with the dress on the loungers sit, the days of sun worshippers with sunscreen's embalmed tourists used.     The staff were always only friendly, if one had no complaints. With complaints we were again and again comforted. Some of them spoke good german, the other wanted us perhaps not understand...     To the beach you had to already times a couple of minutes walk. We are divers and found san telmo super, the water was really clean and clear, so that one without snorkel set the versatility of the fish. There were purchase possibilities enough. Compare the goods and action is announced! We had for one week a rental car. The was perfect, therefore we could across the island jets and to our taste the image, what we want, especially but-how long! The buses drove their guests in flock to, mostly only for 1 stopover a great photo shoot. We wanted the pico de Teide hiking. Since we ourselves at short notice decided for this journey had, we got no approval-a shame! But with the cable car one comes already on 3555 meters. Hiking trails are great. We had great weather, so that you in shorts walking could. We also stayed at the lido san telmo. This hotel is through caesar manriques designed-is genuinly worth seeing.

The hotel we would definitely book it again. Good value for money. The service a drink takes place in all-inclusive on machines on which one avail itself can/must-but had the advantage, that you not be drinks waiting and all machines ( enough available) itself and immediately can serve yourself. The hotel is rather a all inclusive hotel ( bookable also without, but the majority have all inclusive) unfortunately therefore sometimes not so great audience - where the hotel for the behavior some guests nat. Nothing can. Everything was quiet-little German, rather English Spanish Russians etc. The Bepolsterung in the dining ... room must be replaced. Apart from that, the hotel is great and if you the value for money consider really recommendable. The employees are very friendly and always make an effort. However is 6 days the week at the 2 pools animation offered. On a pool, many children, the whole day music, at the other pool rather quiet with animation ( not pushy). In the room only the floor vacuumed and the bed made oh and the ashtray emptied on balcony. After the third day we even dusted of the cupboards. The wall in the bathtub everything was just not clean the towels had stains. The air conditioning. Was anyway amazing.     To the sports entertainment I can't say a lot since we during the day on the way were. Internet is to pay, no wi-fi. Both pools are not really big. The quality of the water is ok. The evening entertainment could be better... But you can't say the entertainment crew not tried! A catastrophe is the seating possibility. Simply too little chairs. For the guests. Am not sure, whether they know the guests of 2 hotels come. So it is not on a beach chair to sit! The tennis court/ tischtennisplatz ( in case one might complain may) were crazy.

    Distance to the beach. A longer hike because la paz is. Down it goes fast. Back a bit bad. Purchase/ entertainment possibilities right in puerto is good. We had a hired car what after my are also needs. As you everywhere go anywhere and the beautiful country see.

The hotel consists of 3 hotels, the bonanza, the canarif and the interpalace (here there are the lunch with full board and all inclusive). Performance: We were as all inclusive there. Pool: All 3 hotels have a pool. Whereby the swimming pool for the 3 hotels definitely too small is. Loungers does not exist sufficient. Unfortunately you were really forced in the morning at o'clock the to reserve chairs, as you apart from that no possibility has to get a seat, if you don't get a lounger on the lawn set, then also was full. The staff are it didn't ... matter, that the loungers reserved have been, although everywhere signs were, it is forbidden. What was really great, by the pool there are from the morning until the evening a lifeguard on duty, the really looks after everything, the safety by the pool granted. It will be every day the exhaust pumps, bars etc. Controlled. At the pool we really felt safe, also was the lifeguard for smaller violations super equipped and also for peace by the pool ensured if a few all inclusive guests too deeply in the glass and in the water to wild were. The desserts mostly consists of dye and gelatine, cakes are only thawed. Fruit is excellent. Main course: Every day there is a themed buffet, in the hotel description was show cooking offered, that there were not, there was a prepared food by a serving strength is distributed. Salad bar is available. All together I think you can the restaurant with cafeteria comparisons. The waiters run around one around it, the plates and convey the leftovers in roll container. Restaurant I wouldn't call it. Drinks: As described above from the faucets for self tap. Breakfast: The juices come from the machines and tasted terrible, pure syrups with water mixed. Otherwise lie in the morning afternoons and evenings empty cups and trash lying aroung. The food in the restaurant is only enjoyable, if you are in the first guests is. Afterwards is hesitant refilled and it does all around not very appetizing. The vending machines were always broken or filthy. Very lots of spaniards and English. Everywhere it is loud and uncomfortable. All inclusive is also under the gürtelliene. There was a week long ... the same dry cakes in the afternoon and unrefrigerated drinks from a shack. For a week it is real oK. We had booked all inclusive however it wasn't really used, since the food constantly repeated and it just finished cocktails from an automat was!-( the staff were friendly and helpful. The Chambermaids whereas since to be desired. Dust was not wiped and the toilet respectively the WD was not properly cleaned! Pool was small, cold, but clean! It is the first hotel where I was for the room Safes a surcharge pay! The black beach after a 20-30 one minute hike to reach the however was very dirty and only conditionally suitable ... for swimming as very strong waves! The artificial laid out beach is about 45 to 60 minutes away on foot. You can get very cheap by taxi drive. One paid to all pois between 3 and 5 € all together it is okay! read more
