Everything was more than excellent , we never had a hotel like this before !! I i could not find one thing that i woud change . It is my 7th time in hurgada ( always in hotels ) and every time it was Good but always their wore small things that made me hesitate to book again .But in primasol titanic i absolutely have no doubts and my next vacation Will be here again . read more

    The aquapark was amazing not only for Childeren but also for adults i had a lot of fun. THE beach was on The other Side of The road , even the drive to there was amuzing.

stayed in primasol titanic aqua park in hurgada in april 2013, the staff are the best from what we have come across in other hotels in egypt.when ever we needed anything they will make sure we had it. starting from yhe room cleaner, we had the same cleaner throughout our stay and he would make sure our fridge was full of water and we had clean towels everyday. bar staff again great service. we dont drink alcohol but they had varieties of juices and normal fizzy drinks too. restaurant staff again were amazing, any help we needed they would ... try there best to deal with it. the pool staff and the aqua park staff were awesome, they would make sure we had sunbeds soon as we got there and time to time they would come and ask if we needed anything. overall the hotel is very well maintained and from management to bar staff to restaurant staff and the cleaners they would always greet you with a smile and they dont expect tips. i would recommend this hotel to every one as it caters for kids, disabled, families, singles, couples and elderly people. i rate this hotel ***** read more

I come here with my fiance for a two week break and we really enjoyed our stay! There's plenty of space around the pool where there is quite areas and places where the animation do activities. The animation offer activities throughout the day and good entertainment at night and are always happy and bubbly. Would recommend this hotel!!!!!! read more

Great value for money, and the novelty of holidaying in a water park doesn't wear off. Daytime activities are fantastic and staff are very helpful/friendly. Decent variety of food and drinks, can't complain. Night time entertainment a bit basic though. read more

The staff at the hotel could not be more friendly and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms were typically Egyptian and very clean. Having bottled water in your room everyday was a very welcome bonus. The water rides suited all ages and our family had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Very typical all inclusive.... after the winter we have just had it was so lovely to get away,relax,eat and sunbathe in a happy and friendly atmosphere. read more

The staff are always friendly and helpful always cleaning the different areas and working very hard. We really enjoyed the day time activities with the animation team and also the evening entertainment and it was good that there was two English animators here Jade and Melanie :D!!!!! All in all a great holiday with the family!!!!! read more

The hotel is with about 600 rooms adequate in size. The condition is completely okay the room service was very good (a small repair was settled immediately). There were about 500 german 200 foreigners to our vacation period represented. The food was okay, only the edition for breakfast was monotonous. None of us had to starve! The family room was divided into two parts and very spacious. The safe was free of charge and the water was in the all inclusive in the room %blank%. read more

    The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, the whole day was in the whole complex ( pools, lobby, restaurant, sanitation) did everything possible to keep everything clean. The language skills of the staff was good, the best way but with english. The room was cleaned thoroughly. Friendliness is capitalized. With a diarrhoea was even in the room called and asked, whether a doctor is required. A fruit plate was from the hotel even to the room delivered. A broken hair-dryer was in a short period of time replaced.

    The pools were cleaned every morning. Beach chairs were from the staff to the desired space provided. Animation went the whole day, kids club was mornings from 10,15 until 12,30 and in the afternoon of 15:15 until 17:00 o'clock. It was with the children much untenommen.

    The distance to the beach is very low, with the shuttle about 5 minutes, on foot about 15 minutes a shopping mall is in the immediate proximity ( about 5 minute walk). Excursions could be in the hotel book now at (with several reservations you can even over the price negotiate).

Just got back and had a ball. There were ten of us all different ages. Absolutely brilliant time. Staff all friendly and couldn't have been cleaner if they tried. Animation team were all lovely too and made u feel welcome. No complaints with the meals at all, always found something to eat at all times. Pools were brilliant and the rooms were really good sizes too. Loved going to the beach and snorkelling amazing, Would defo recommend this hotel and would go back tomoro if I could. Only complaint I have is the kids club coz don't speak English :( read more

    We had a family room with a view of the pool. It was large and nicely furnished. Had a normal double bed with a tv, telephone etc. The mini bar was filled daily with bottled water. In the foyer were then again 2 single beds where our daughter slept, there was also a tv. The bathroom is normally furnished and a very nice, huge shower.

    There is 1 restaurant in the hotel, where you always got a place, and if you aren't a table saw, have the staff immediately taken care of and to a free table. Bars there is a in the lobby where the free drinks and a 2. where you pay cocktails etc. Buy can. By the pool is also a bar available. The food was good, every day there was something else, clear standard fries and noodles always gave it but apart from that potatoes in different variations exactly like fish and meat, a day there was even a duck. So you can't complain. Which unfortunate is that it wasn't so was a lot of fruit, degrees so typical but apart from that we were full and didn't have to go hungry.

    Were friendly all of the staff, especially the life guards, the always ready available were. German skills are now not as distinct as, we english super to communicate. At the front desk however speak german and besides, you could also at its tour operator of a then helps. Housekeeping was okay. If you something to complain about find you will find something but we are there not so fastidiously. It is even an ant ran but my goodness the internal unit also time. So not tragic further ☺ The child care was in german defendendo, did you however not further tested, but it was always something else made like for instance a trip to the beach with the children etc.

    The facilities... Is everyday the same made, stretching, Bauchtanz, water polo, water aerobics, soccer... Which is a shame that you the first days the animation team was not considered and when you 3 days addressed, and then but said you can't, since there was a book was one completely evil and despicable looked at. In the last 2 days we have then which joined in and then one was also from some of the animation team respect. It's a pity the you know from other hotels better. The kids disco was great. Since you can not fault anything. The pool is very nice especially with the slides. You always beach chairs and otherwise the staff a to the side confessed and are in/out privileges. Which very nice is the one a small wndschutz around it is possible and as well as the umbrellas.

    The drive from the airport has about 15 mins. I think it is just important as lots of hotels on the route. The beach we didn't visit the our daughter skin irritations from the salty seawater get. In the neighboring hotel is a bazarmeile where we langgegangen are, one, of course, each owner addressed which one enters or they are just in the way a into the store to be got but you could easily and decide for himself, if one goes in or not. This is an excellent hotel. My wife and I had a great holiday and we will definitely be returning as soon as possible. The staff and management were the best I have come across and we have been to many so called 5 star hotels around the world. The only small negative I would give would be the food, however the majority of the people staying in the hotel are not from the UK and it must be almost impossible to cater for everyones tastes. We booked this hotel by mistake, as we thought we had booked The Titanic Beach ... and Aquapark. It is one of the best mistakes I have ever made as this place is almost perfect. Thank you to all of the staff and management for making our stay so pleasant, I would advise anyone to go here for a great holiday. read more

My daughter and i can only say we will be back! It was a really great holiday, the us the entire team concerned. You could at the kid's start and of the kitchen stop, everybody was for one there, requests were fulfilled. All are always in order the cleanliness hard, the pool area (the whole complex) in the morning and cleaned in the evenings. The best part was the pleasant climate in Hurghada on the red sea. During Germany in this great winter 2013 in ice and snow grew stiff, we could in the pool and in the red sea plant. The hotel proved to be a good 4 star hotel with friendly people and good food. Highlights were a snorkel tour in the offshore islands and a day trip to Luxor. Once i saw in the shallow water at the hotel-the beach there was a small moray. Those who seek peace and quiet, the evening loud noise from the entertainment not so very ... much appreciated. He should then a room in the quieter part the hotel ask. So we were very satisfied and are grateful for the convenience. read more

The hotel is perfectly ok, the rooms are large, the employees are absolutely friendly and it is in any open minute cleaned and swept ☺ of course, if you is precise and after a bit of dust searches, you will find, but you should not forget that the desert as neighbors. So i can the hotel absolutely recommend for families with children and would go back. read more

    Big and more than adequate. We were 5 people and all had capacity. Shower is large, as well as the balcony. Water there every day free the mini bar. Tv is ok (RTL, RTL II, ARD and ZDF) and don't forget. One is in Egypt-Afrika-desert! The closet is not IKEA and the shower not of villeroy. But everything was absolutely its purpose and sense fulfilling.

    Restaurant is large and clean. Outside at the bar there are in the afternoon warm food, as well as Hot Dog and hamburgers. This has our kids absolutely enough. Quick food at the bar and then quickly slides ☺ which pleased me very well pleased, is the in the restaurant live cooked... You could the food almost fresh from the pan on the plate in.

    The service is absolutely great. The guys you see every day from early until in the night and still they always had a smile for you on. Plates, glasses as soon as they are all cleared. 2 german girls worry about the children in the kids club and organize a children disco every evening.

We were satisfied all around especially with the staff super nice, polite and accommodating. The food is just not everyone thing, but by the variety may be satisfied. It is just another country and there must one fair way also drawbacks and not everything with the standard from hauese comparisons. We can stay at this hotel absolutely recommend. read more
