Who for hiking or cycling is good.
For swimming in riva is a decent hike necessary.
Bicycles can be free for rent ( citybikes nothing for long tours. read more

A very nice residence in a very quiet, idyllic location ( surrounded of vines). The family-run facilities has lots to offer: big pool with different areas, tennis court, table tennis, bike rent is free, enough sunbeds are available, spacious lawn with playground and, of course, the barbecue area, it must not go unmentioned.
The family goes on wishes and tries these to fulfill. Otherwise receives one great tips for walks, restaurants, excursion destinations... These tips you will find definitely not in the travel guide and are very recommendable. read more

A wonderful complex with vacation apartments under excellent, very friendly leadership (family business). I can recommend only recommend! The distance to the town center means heavenly peace and distance from the hectic Hustle and Bustle. By the bike rent but it is in any case possible, in 5 minutes into town to arrive. We were to second time in this nice hotel, the very quiet location at the foot of the MTE. Brione on the edge of riva is. The whole area is very well-kept, in particular the pool area ( always vacant chairs!) the complex is managed by the owner, there is next to Italian and English also very well speak German. The owner are very helpful and friendly. We all, in particular our kids felt very much at ease. Next to the pool there is a tennis court, bicycles, Boccia, table tennis.
A small bar is available. It was certainly not ... our last vacation in the rjnl. Filanda. read more

We drive already for years there and thrilled time after time. Wonderful location with a great view and great pool with lots of space. You can also offered free bikes to cycle to make. Not directly in the center and therefore peaceful location.
Center riva on foot in 10 minutes and with the wheel in 5 minutes to reach!

Super apartments in quiet, in Nuremberg location, ideal starting point for biking and climb, but also proximity to ACOR and riva the residence filanda very attractive. Pool, Olive trees, playground and lawn are great-there are shaded areas and you can very nice walks with the baby carriage make :-)

we enjoyed our vacation in the residence filanda thoroughly enjoyed. The accommodation is a wonderful, well-kept hotel right on Monte brione in the middle of olive trees and days. A little out of the way, but still very Central, whether mountain biking, wndern, climb, walking, visiting, the most beautiful pool in Riva or just the view from the balcony-transportation to and from the hotel was very good. The apartment-hotel in general is very nice and clean and newly renovated. Café-terrace with large television (sport watch at 18 o'clock!) And the location in the green surrounded by the Monte brione tempt to linger. If you like it quiet, for it is in the filanda with its surroundings. The service with brötchenbringedienst and perfect-german is good. It is from the side the management pay attention to, that in the evening after 10 the volume is low. The issues of the guests was always quickly taken care of. Activities are available, but slightly worn-out: tennis court, fußballkleinfeld, Volleyball. However, the ... large and clean pool and its rich chairs (with beach chairs). A downer for us (holiday among friends) was the distance from the property to the beach including shopping and dining. Under a half hour walk (on the walk a little driven on road) was nothing. However, the way easier: you can citybikes -free of charge-in filanda for a few hour hire. You need to reserve in time and hope, that still plenty of bikes are there. The quality the wheels is sufficient (5 courses, dameneinstieg ). I recommend the 'filanda' further! read more

for years we frequent in the residence filanda. A year could we imagine we did not more. We are always welcome. The family was always around its guests things and you can with each request to you. The complex is super clean and well-kept. The very nice pool area, enough pool chairs. Nobody must be afraid, he could get no more place. We are often by the pool, enjoy the great setting with views of the mountains and slurp our cappuccino or spraying. There is a lack of nothing. The apartments are spacious and equipped with all the comfort equipped. ... The location is ideal. In a few minutes by car from Riva centre or in the neighboring Arco. You can reach malcesine and Limone or within a tight half hour. Children can look forward to a small playground with sandpit available. Furthermore, you can also very beautifully on the brick grill. We go with our family (parents and 3 children) now for about 10 years regularly in the summer vacations (july/august) in the residence filanda and are thrilled time after time. The hospitality of the family azzolini, the beautiful and spacious grounds, great pool-there are many reasons every year again after riva del garda, in the residence filanda to come. Especially the warm and friendly reception by family azzolini, which, incidentally, all speak very good german, help, that you directly welcome and feel at home.
Surrounded by olive groves, the residence about 2 kilometer apart from the city center in a ... quiet, but nevertheless not secluded location. The residence is especially for active holidaymakers and families, because on the side is the location from filanda a very good starting point for walks or hikes (the ' mountain ' Monte brione located right next to), on the other side was the spacious area with a pool, playground, tennis court and large playground ideal for kids. You can also offered free bikes, which is very convenient to for instance back to arco, Torbole or to the center from riva to drive.
The apartments are spacious, clean, well equipped and are equipped with at least a balcony respectively a terrace.
We will come every year very gladly and can't wait this year again after riva to come!
Because we last year unfortunately no apartment more in the residence filanda got, we are 2011 the first time in the family azzolini's residence paradise defendendo. We liked it also very good pleased and we can residence paradise especially for couples, beach lovers and families with older children (city-and strandnäher, but smaller area). read more

The area was recently renovated and is in a great condition. It is about 40 apartments in different sizes. (Kitchen)-the decor is great.
The leisure activities offered are with a very large swimming pool (with children's pool and whirlpool) including plenty of pool chairs and sunbathing area, a tennis court, a small football and volleyball court, a Ping-Pong table, table football and more than adequate bocce ball. It is also still outside the possibility, to grill. Bikes can be rented, own bikes can be parked.
It is a small bar with drinks of all kinds to moderate prices (opening until ... about 7:00 P.M.).
All the staff were very friendly and have partly spoke German very well.
The area was located on the edge of Riva at the foot of the Monte brione, to foot about 40 minutes into it the old town and 30 minutes walk from the lake. With the car (or the wheels)'s faster. Directly in the proximity it are two restaurants. All in all we had a very nice week! read more
