I had a single room with bathroom and breakfast booked. My girlfriend had Berlin the room previously considered. When I arrived, there was no single room for me. The lady, it would have booked, should still use-I was offered. Initially 3-abed-room, with a rieisigen closet and a bathroom on the hallway. The room smelled extremely uncomfortable (you could also say, it smelled). After I the room rejected, I got a other 3-bedRoom, with bathroom. A single room there was no more. Also this room smelled strongly of sharp detergent. The bath was about 2.5 feet and everything other but ... clean. It was during my entire stay just once superficial cleaned. The bed was daily reasonably made. That's it. The curtains and curtains were worn-out and hung partly at half past seven. read more

When I saw the hotel-pension late in the evening had entered, I was shown my door and I have just three days later again next time " staff " -so I could only at this point-as my complaints would be:
1. There were several major, now some dusted, cobwebs.
2. The toilet was not cleaned for weeks: public toilets are even I rarely met so dirty!
Third of the shower was larger in many places, sometimes heavier has some gray spots. Many of them directly on the aluminum-it can kill you without problems with a cloth.
Fourth all plugs (incl. ... Antenna for tv) were taken off. I had to take off the table, and the plugs phone. Unfortunately was then a lamp is still not, as was the broken.
Fifth, the tv channels with more blue (channels not set) than with a transmitter.
Sixth chips and other trash was under the bed (near Bettkante, so visible).
The seventh one day there was only jam and cold cuts, cheese and sausage did not give it. On the other days there was not much more. (one day even an egg!)
Eight the bathroom was so small, the door had to open, so that the sink. fit (and I am a normal frame)
Ninth door could only about 50 the degree be opened, since the bed stood in the way. When I got to me because of the dirt had complained, they told me, that in the evening everything would be clean. Result in the evening: 1x cobwebs was gone (four major) and the sink was a little cleaner than otherwise. The toilet was still so verse often as before! What the owners not understood: it didn't bother me the age of the furniture, but only the dirt. The Chamfer only option, the room all the other would.
