We were from 1-3-13 until 10-3-13 in this hotel. We inhabited an apartment in block 1 on the 1. floor. Since sappartment was to our arrival well heated. It was the first day of the opening after the winter sleep ☺ the hotel was already described, which one can only agree with the reviews. We had with half board booked. The average age mixed, very many cyclists, families with small children and also older people. Nationalities : many germans, also swiss and british guests. read more

    The apartment was in good condition with beautiful furniture. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, comfortable couch, a table, 4 chairs, tall cupboard, desk with flat-screen tv with an open passage to the hallway. There is a small bedroom with a spacious closet including safe (fee) and flat tv. The bathroom has a double vanity, toilet, but unfortunately no bidet and a walk-in shower with rain shower and handheld shower. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs. From the balcony we had with a fantastic view on beach and sea.

    The breakfast buffet was very tasty and varied. Everything your heart desires! During dinner the salads and the dessert. But it was delicious! Best i personally the spanish evening. For breakfast, there is freshly squeezed juice, mmh...

    The staff is really very friendly and prompt fast our wishes. We wanted for example still 2 blankets, they are actually in each apartment and were quickly. However, they were not very clean, so we ask ourselves, whether the ceilings at all be washed, before the next guest comes... Room cleaning was okay. There are 2 tv-equipment, one had also the remote control issues. The kitchenette is not cleaned, we knew that and do the dishes even the dishes, but you could already times the sink mitputzen, since there is no cloth there. It would stop look better. Also we noticed the dusty icebox negatively.

    For the summer there is a unguarded (!) Outdoor swimming pool. An indoor swimming pool is also available and the we didn't use. The spa is beautiful warm and offers a small swimming pool with various showers, whirlliegen and so on. Then there is still another turkish, wärmeliegesitze and a sauna. And an adventure shower with rays from above, below and from the side, as you like, you can adjust and an ice fountain. We did not like, that so many (possibly spanish) in wet bathing suits in the sauna go? We also had on some days as much sand in the pool. When we complained, they said the concern because but for Carribean like ( na ja! ) They knew not, where the sand herkäme...

    The location of the hotel so close at the beach is hard to exceed. One goes simply approximately 50 meters and already is one at the beach and kilometer-long beach walk make. At our time there were only a few hotels open, accordingly, it was quiet. However filled the hotel from day to day. If you don't need action, it is ideal. It was pleasantly warm and almost always the sky was blue. The sea had about 13 degrees. The transfer to the airport with the rental car about 1 hour 10 minutes, it runs a bus in the vicinity of the hotel from, we didn't use.

We had a group of 20 persons and celebrated a round birthday. The guests came different at, arrived but almost entirely together from. The hotel was a private, not over a travel agency ( to visit in the spring). The prices were known, the amount in advance transferred and a small overpayment was properly back transferred. Especially praiseworthy: buffet, commitment of the director, location and of course the beach. In short: everything worked great and some from the group ( including me) want to stay here again. The hotel is in its current form as an example and recommendable. read more

Ok; - even if by the architecture and the beautiful grown garden with its tall trees really good laminated, the 70. Years constructed five floors hotel is from the outside considers not beauty. Differently the view into the interior: the entrance hall, the lobby, the salon, as well as the restaurant are stylishly, the furnishing is of upscale comfort style. The rooms even were only recently modern furnished and they were very appealingly furnished; the newly constructed spa area gives feel-good atmosphere relaxation. The highlight however is clear the ideal beach area, right at the beautiful Petra Jürgens, one of ... the most beautiful beaches the island Mallorca. The garden, from the direct access to the beach is, is well maintained; loungers stand here and also at the large pool free of charge available. The kilometer-long beach is fine sandy and sloped down. The water is clean and crystal clear- just amazing. 'Carribean like' on Mallorca! The hotel has good 200 room in the main building, as well as about 50 apartments in two smaller buildings. The rooms in the hotel in principle, only with half board ( breakfast and dinner) bookable. The apartments are whereas probably without food respectively with breakfast offered. A possibility from the hotel in the open to have breakfast or evenings there were unfortunately not at all. The dining room is located in the ground floor of the house. The meal times (7.45-10:30 A. M. | 18,30-8:30 P. M.) are German habits -a majority of of the guests are Germany - adjusted. The tables in the dining room on arrival feast allocated and are partly very close together. The conversation of the neighbors you get mean. Breakfast and dinner are in buffet form enough, a show cooking area is hotel category accordingly, of course, available. The breakfast buffet left except for the scarf tasting coffee absolutely nothing to be desired, and also the buffets in the evening were all together rich and good. Nevertheless was missing in the warm dishes often, whistle'. Here one noticed the somewhat unloving cafeteria and the lack of time to for instance the sauces and salads correctly abzuschmecken. Here, I see room for improvement. To the chef de cuisine therefore the recommendation the dishes a bit more courageous to seasoning and the arts of the Sauciers refresh to leave. Shops for the daily demand in several good assorted, but overpriced, spar -markets'-one of them is located on the entrance to the hotel area on the local capacity, the center the Urb. Las gaviotas understands. Here you find beside various simple restaurants ( partly with a view of the sea) a number of other shops, the offer but solely on the need of beach limited. Evenings build some flying dealers their stalls here on. Bus station and taxi rank are in the immediate proximity. The evening walk limited we a few steps along avda. De s' Albufeira, the main street the Port d'Alcudia to Can Picafort leads and over some hundred meters numerous, but little inviting shops, rental car company, travel Agencies, Daddelbuden, as well as restaurants and bars with a view of the street and the successive transport rows. The offer repeated and is exchangeable-comfort is here unfortunately mostly nil return. Who atmosphere and flair or comfortably sit wants must already to Alcudia go. The buses run driving- evenings. My conclusion: a good hotel in gifted beach area, unfortunately but little inviting environment. Still somewhat fell on: the honest friendliness of the staff! read more

We are already 8 times on Mallorca for cycling and in this hotel the second time and plan for 2013 the next stay. Because the hotel under German management is, everything is simply great starting with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel, to variety of the food. For more than 10 years (usually 2 times/year) we vacation in this house and was always very satisfied. Although the food in the last years always okay. Was, so has since 2012 the kitchen developed very positively and significantly improved. Overall the hotel including the room impressively renovated. The directly at the beach with the hotel's own sunbathing area is super. The spa is furnished nicely and offers in case of bad weather a nice alternative. The staff is very friendly and obliging. For a brain tumor disease in 2011 suffer i under serious neurological deficits with serious orientierungsstörungen. The ... please a suitable room available on was prior to not confirmed, but on the way there taken into account. At this point i would plead for when director villmer and his team to thank! I can only hope, i have very much in this house check-in and the hotel can absolutely recommend! read more

In october 2012 we were for the 2. time on the complex and are again very pleased %blank%. Of course, there were also again individual circumstances to reports. When we at night arrived were unfortunately our co-located room not prepared/not free. And so we were decided in the showcase gallery-picture book-suite with the huge roof terrace went smoothly. But since our kids (16 and 11) a own room want, we had our suitcase at the next morning with a heavy heart in our rooms bring. As an excuse us the room safe, the otherwise is chargeable, free of charge. The ... rest of the vacation was pure relaxation. Last time we had an apartment and were content as even this time. The staff is always friendly. The buffet-restaurant was clean and the staff very attentive. We can this hotel definitely recommend. read more

It was our first family vacation with our then 18 months old daughter. We had an apartment in the second row, that in the spring newly renovated and that was for spanish standards clean and tidy. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help, that very good food. The location is hard to beat, we had straight times approximately 10 meters to the beach, and restaurants, snackbars and supermarkets directly in front of our nose and nevertheless it was never loud or overcrowded. The beach is great and the sea wonderful. The audience was mixed, but mainly older ... couple or families with children. For us it was a successful vacation overall and we would gladly come again. read more

I was 10 years ago in the hotel and it is still exactly great as before 10 years! The service is brilliant. The food is amazing and one has much selection! I have here some reviews read in which other complained that the menus in three days repeat. We were 2 weeks and found that the menu in the weekly only repeatedly, but honestly, who is in 2 weeks not even the same.? Of course, you could with the level of a railing and measure, whether it is straight, but we found one must have to leave the local ... church. And if you completely normal have expectations, these in any case exceeded! The hotel is exemplary hygienic and clean! read more

    We had on the 1st floor a room with a terrace, the staircase very far in the back and thus we didn't notice anything of the evening program, in case we did not want to take part. Our room was over the restaurant. But there is also room the rear of the hotel, in my opinion not so nice, since behind the house the trash cans and so on are. But if you not a problem with noise has, takes you on the best a room the front of the hotel... We were mostly at the evening agenda in the hotel bar... You're on vacation! Apart from that there are in every room a tv, air conditioning and so on The cleanliness was okay. The beds are somewhat very wobbly :-)

    There are many excursions which one to use can. But we were mostly at the beach. Loungers with sun screen costs 10€ per day. But there is also hotel's own loungers, the garden before the beach are. However I prefer at the beach to lie.

We had the half board with breakfast and dinner in buffet form in the indoor, complex with renovated apartments ( and to hear say previously renovated rooms), a larger main pool, another überdachbaren mini pool and a further pool in the new wellness area seemed not too quiet and not too loud, mixed guest structure ( German, English and other especially european guests). Many older couples, but also some families with small children ( probably for September typical) and with obviously a large number of regular guests (probably also rather typical for September), the partly for over 20 years to ... this hotel and the tell after be comfortable. read more

    We had a altogether small fancy but pleasant and modernly decorated ground floor-apartment with a fridge included freezer, kitchenette (2 ceramic stove), sink, small coffee machine, microwave, dishes, pots and cutlery F 4 persons, 2 lcd tvs, terrace, very nice view of the sea ( quite near to the beach), for bedroom and living room separately adjustable climate -heating ( worked in September 2012 - around 28 to 30°C outside - good and at all times) and a bathroom with hair dryer, two washbasin and reasonable shower. The access to the terrace was made by a sliding glass door. This glass-fronted you could pleasantly with three different curtains darken, a light curtain, a heavier curtain and an absolutely opaque verdunkelungsvorhang. Previously reserved baby crib was already in the room. We have the bedroom in (the bedroom is small but it was okay, if you the bed somewhat zurechtrückt. The schlafzimmerbett itself is rather hard (to me was quite it, my wife did not). The extendable wohnzimmerbett seems softer to be.

Contrary to my own expectation I felt for the whole of the time of vacation feast assigned seating at the end of the day as pleasant. You made no thoughts on, where one would sit there, if you came a little later and you also took sometimes more contact with 'beach' -but mind you, of course, each a private table.

    Friendly waiters, the hotel seemed well organized, we were for example on the day before our departure automatically asked, that for us the next morning a small breakfast buffet available (05 o'clock in the morning). With demand after a baby fon you could not directly help (all baby monitors were lent) on following day we were but without own demand from the reception addressed, that now one circulating is (free of charge, pledge 60 €). Also one brought us on demand a high chair to the room brought. The communication between the front desk and the entertainers could however sometimes be better.

    Sufficiently large main pool with additional large neat meadows area with a few trees (and therefore also natural shade ranges) in immediate proximity to the beach and free beach chairs. Pool towels were available against a deposit. Beautiful, well maintained sandy beach with many public areas direct proximity. Access to the internet was subject to a charge ( we didn't use it). Animation hardly used it, of course not for the 8 months old baby. For a fee you could a babysitter in use, but we didn't need it. Next to the reception there is a books- zeitschriftenecke (of tourists for tourists)

    Arrival/departure from Palma airport from ( linear distance circa 45 kilometer) upon our approximately 80 minutes (depending on, as lots of hotels where previously/ afterwards on the route). The beach was perfect, could not be better. The sun in the east-facing coastal went over the sea on (we were in September there). In the immediate area all business is highly geared toward touristy, everywhere there were small supermarkets ( the first is less than 100 meters from the hotel). Bus stops are also nearby. A larger, more supermarket is on foot 10 to 15 minutes correctly. Alcudia on the from the beach opposite site of the main road( gps: 39°49 '18' N, 3°06 '52' O)

    Rooms were reasonably satisfactory. Relatively clean. There is however only two very small pillows. Ordered spare pillows were obviously already used and dirty. The hair dryer in the bathroom overheated every 2 minutes. With longer hair definitely own hair dryer bring your own! Once our room not cleaned, only after demand. Altogether is the cleaning of the rooms mornings quite loud but thoroughly.

    Breakfast: the butter does not exist in packaged pastries, but a kilo of butter for all. Any cuts so much as he wants. Kind of gross. Only after demand we were for one night relocated in a neighboring hotel and got on the next day our room. Just at a short break is something very annoying. At the hotel-towels for the loungers you should definitely to the opening times of the 'spa' front desk and whose handtuchswechselzeiten eighth. Yes, there was. Only, because the spa front desk open and manned is, that does not mean, that towels will be changed. You get for example on a monday a fresh towel at the tuesday but not more. You will need to wednesday wait and the opening times get.

You could directly into the sea and the costs for chairs and an umbrella saved. The hotel makes a clean impression. The guest structure is mixed from German, schweitzer and russians and English.     We had an apartment with a view of the sea booked and weren't disappointed. The really perfect. A living room, a bedroom, bathroom and. Kitchenette. Everything very spacious and modernly furnished. A covered balcony with subsequent garden was great, because you could directly before n the sun and into the sea go. It was everything there that you need and very clean. Of kettle over cutlery up to two tv everything was great. We would definitely book it again.

    There is a big restaurant where it dinner and breakfast returns. You get right at the beginning a table assigned, which one on the whole time reserves. We found that personally very good, as you always space. In the restaurant there was never extreme rush at the buffet. Staff were always enough there. The dishes were delicious and everyone always which suitable found. On some days there were issues such as european evening or japanese evening. The only thing, that one here in the restaurant can complain about is that the most people eat out as if they at the beach go. In my opinion, that you the guests quiet say. Furthermore there was a bar and a restaurant by the pool, the we however didn't use.

    The hotel is directly at the clean beach Playa de Muro. You can at the beach chairs and umbrellas or rent from the hotel direct into the sea go. Right on the hotel there are several supermarkets and restaurants. As you will always find something. If you the harbor to Alcudia wants, can either on foot ( 52 minutes) or with the taxi drive (9 €). By bus it is also, but the we didn't use. In Alcudia there are also many bars and restaurants and entertainment.

Unfortunately even during our travels efficient the loungers on the complex reserved with towels. Is however probably because of the fact, that the double chair with umbrella at ... the beach 10 Euro per day cost. The guests were to the end of September mixed, there were many families with small children and seniors in the hotel. The radfahrgäste one hardly noticed. It were lots of German guests in the hotel, but also swiss, Sweden and east europeans. All together we had a excellent holiday! read more

The living area and bathroom is newly decorated, unfortunately are the mattresses the pull-out sofa for adults an impertinence. The beds were otherwise ok, we had however the feeling, that the beds a high kunstfaseranteil have. But this is as well known matter of taste;-).

    Very good, we didn't visit the bar. We were given a window table at the time our stay assigned. The food was magnificent, good and varied selection, fresh daily. Many vegetables, fresh fruits was offered and there was always meat and fish for offer. There are theme nights, however I had the bavarian evening (oktoberfest) can save with sausages and weeds. It was but nevertheless other delicious offered. The children have also classic selection, pasta, pizza, Schnitzel and fish fingers and so on The salads were daily fresh and diverse.

The water and the beach are super clean, you can on the reason see. It has the great turquoise-green color. The temperatures were very pleasant.
