The indication in the hotelcheck are really meetings. It is a hotel with heart in which one feels very well. We have really enjoyed our stay and could relax well. From the breakfast starting, where we Anna and Erika very friendly and attentive were served. Service was also easy to find, although the weather was very poor. We have all the indoor pools nearby visited, the us from the staff and really very nice are. In our room we have all felt good. It is sufficient space as for crafts, lego games, reading, painting. So we had a completely relaxed ... holiday. The pool could a couple more degrees more stand, but apart from that i can only recommend the hotel. Also the dinner was outstanding and the new dining room is really well laid out and beautifully. read more

Hello dear hosts A warm thank you very much. We enjoyed our short stay enjoyed it to the fullest. From the very first moment on we felt in the hotel like at home. The warmth, hospitality and then of course the service of Alfred. It was just great! We had no hotel met, where even our dog daya such a welcome guest. Luckily we could every evening after a fine, extensive dinner or a relaxing after-dinner walk make. Otherwise we would have in the cosy rooms and comfy beds never slept so well. We haven't been here for the last ... time staying with them. We are now looking forward to a reunion. As one says, the first impression counts under the was simply a wow-since hauts one from the shoes of joy! A warmth and friendliness like coming after a long absence to home! This blessed with a great sense of humor! A huge compliment to Alfred and the team - the dishes were heavenly and this in an ambience of a dining room. Here a compliment to the carpenter for the beautiful woodwork and mrs hofer for their tasteful decor. I believe they had interior designer to! Here you can to take it easy and from breakfast till for dinner from the very friendly staff of the hotel worn out. The food was exceptionally good and varied! Despite moderate weather was the the spa of the hotel and the activities in the area never boring. We would gladly come again. read more

A very easy going run hotel. You feel good straight away like at home. The staff are very friendly. You can tell, it already for years there is busy. Excellent. Food excellent. We would gladly come again to the Hotel Alpenhof, where we beautiful incredible spent there. The cuisine is very good and diverse, we are very warm and friendly incorporated, the team is very pleasant, large and comfortable room also for 4 children, everything was very well maintained, ideal location for walks in the region, the rooms are very quiet, you get other activities in the house and also from the street nothing with, at night hears one only the sound of the passer river. A wonderful house with a good view for the detail and icing on the cake. The wonderful, themed (house with heart) decoration is a from the very first moment on like at home feel, the welcome was warm and the entire vacation period area we met at any time a cheerful, friendly team at. Our rooms were very bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds were höchstbequem and the rest of the room seemed hardly more than a year to be. Lacked nothing, had a wish (bathrobes, internet, etc.) Everything was in a trice taken care of. The maid ... did excellent work and transformed the beds every day in a new dekovariation. Great. But, that the hotel at the time of our stay, supposedly full was, we heard of the other guests hardly sometimes.     Over our rooms we can't say anything negative. Everything was fresh renovated and clean, as already described before.

    The kitchen was so good, that we had almost the adjectives absence, to describe. Every day you had the choice between two main dishes, often even two starters to decide. At two days was buffet with special theme. The plates were always wonderful arranged and the food tasted by the number great, so we often on the appetite ate. The desserts had simply still purely, no matter how full it was, because the eye every time said: yes! The dishes were always fresh, the dishes typical südtirolisch or italian and the meat was always tender and juicy. But, that the chef alone in the kitchen is supposed to be, as with the welcome cocktail said, a wahnsinnsleistung. The restaurant, the cleanliness and the atmosphere were as already in paragraphs described before very comfortable and friendly.

    As already mentioned above, what the staff at any time friendly and in a funny mood, the maid service was very thorough. You never had the feeling, a desire inconvenient or not justified. On the dealing with complaints we can't judge, because we with the best sake nothing could find, what one could could complain about. Particularly impressed we were from the child friendliness of the entire team. Also, if our two-year-old son had his one or another sometimes became louder, one had never the feeling, that the unpleasant should be. He was in everything involved and always addressed, no matter how much exactly was going on in the restaurant. For a family holiday so really a good place!

    The hike for visitors with the boss Walter is a must! In the evening is together on the terrace the bar-b-que the pictures and the following animation you should simply not missed. :-) As already mentioned, it was missing to us at nothing. In a flash we had internet access, bathrobes, the spa and the swimming pool were great and everything was clean and seemed fairly new. In the room you even had a wellness bag with badeschlappen and saunahandtüchern, so that despite child really no big venture was, just the stairs down.

    A wonderful house with a good view for the detail and icing on the cake. The wonderful, themed (house with heart) decoration is a from the very first moment on like at home feel, the welcome was warm and the entire vacation period area we met at any time a cheerful, friendly team at. Our rooms were very bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds were höchstbequem and the rest of the room seemed hardly more than a year to be. Lacked nothing, had a wish (bathrobes, internet, etc.) Everything was in a trice taken care of. The maid did excellent work and transformed the beds every day in a new dekovariation. Great. But, that the hotel at the time of our stay, supposedly full was, we heard of the other guests hardly sometimes. Everything was very quiet, although our room directly above the hotel bar was.

    The location of the place is really perfect. The sprawling gasoline prices we could the car confidently and found numerous hiking, but also other activities (for example horse riding, paragliding, and a bus stop to Meran or of the passeier valley ) in the direct vicinity for. Right next door in the farm is a wide range of spa treatments and in-house spa is also in very good condition and has everything, what one expected from a modern hotel. Particularly the cabin has it us done. :-)

The familiar and friendly atmosphere of the hotel there is one the feeling already often to have been there, at the latest on the 2. day you feel home! The rooms are very clean and sufficiently equipped. Somewhat more possibilities for retention for wet clothes or handtücherzum example of the swimming pool would be desirable (for 5 people ) breakfast is very plentiful and diverse, the dinner is phenomenal! Every day dishes to choice and always fresh and deliciously prepared, the salad buffet had to the 'normal' salads every day still different extra-salads to offer.     The hotel lies directly at the hirzer cable car with the you very quickly in a great hiking area is, every day there are tips for hiking or what you with children to do. A great thing the hotel hike with the hotel manager Walter! To the next supermarket one must around 5 to 10 minutes drive.

A hotel for relaxing. Here you feel immediately very comfortable. A mixed clientèle from young to old. The chef Alfred spoiled the every day on the new with great dishes. I am now the third time here and it is certainly not my last time. I look forward now already to next times. read more
