I was after some read reviews skeptical prior to - my expectations were totally outreached.
The hotel is a whole piece outside of town and you have to the huge complex once rightly find-but I would in the form definitely book it again.
Huge room with a top - bathroom ( whirlpoomäßig ).
Breakfast was all right, coffee ( as we know it) was not to be expected. read more

Large differences in the hotel description and the reality.
We were 1 week around us the beautiful city Prag to look at. Unfortunately was stay by the hotel the worst vacation for a long time.
US expected an unfriendly and overburdened staff, which for complaints not responsive ( a great shame). Monotonous breakfast and lack of hygiene were in the rooms and at the buffet to the order of the day.
Mold, dirt and broken mountings belong not a 4 stars equipment.
The hotel was of grades and thus there was a constant fight for a table in the dining ... room. Of vacation atmosphere no trace. read more

For 30 Euro the night you really can't say anything bad. Good traffic connections by bus and metro. Also ideal for group travel with low budget. Lots of possibilities for exercising in the hotel available. read more

I am shocked about this hotel. On the internet is the hotel well, the reality is a catastrophe. Especially the food is cruel and unhygienic. Every day there were the same food. Altogether were the chess Championships in August 2012 nearly 2000 people, the consistently over the entire period (10 days) very unsatisfied were. Every day there was fighting around the tables, the table cloths were not changed, the cutlery was dirty. The service was partly friendly and partly very unfriendly and even rude. The hotel altogether is an impertinence. We are a day earlier, because we the hotel not ... have stayed. read more

We have a weekend trip with the hotel as a voucher present. Where the last hotel reviews read, we were a bit shocked. Therefore we stayed at the check in right after a quiet, non-smoking room requires, we easily got. It is really, the hotel is massive and you can at the start also a little lost. The hotel altogether makes but otherwise a well kept 80. Years impression. The rooms are huge and clean. We also had no noise disturbance, as other have described. To be car you have not to worry, as you can next to the hotel ... in a secure parking for 6 Euro per day guest parking. What we as a large felt disadvantage, was the location. The hotel lies very outward. By bus ( at the weekend this drives 2 times in the hour), you can get to the subway go. From the subway one drives then approximately 15 to 20 minutes to the center. You per drive into town almost 45 minutes needs. Furthermore is the breakfast not recommendable. The dishes were carelessly arranged and little tastefully. The tables only cleaned superficially and you're sitting in a huge loud hall. To the other meal times in the hotel we can't say anything, since we only ate out. Further instruction: Wi-Fi there is only free in the reception area ( not in the room). This is said reasons I would personally not again to the hotel go. read more

We were there during a group tour in this hotel accommodated. The hotel is very large ( several building), our room was approximately 50 meters' large and newly renovated. With the food we were satisfied, the buffet was

This ' hotel' should rather than dirty dump be described. I was in the 'B-wing' accommodated, which from dirt and broken items only burst with ( broken doors, beds, stained sheets, towels, trash, hair and dirt of the predecessors in the room).
From youth groups often visited hotel, which the guests with corresponding service, friendliness and hygenic conditions expected. The staff were always unfriendly and rather unmotivated. Nachtruhen were because of of the constant noise other guests quasi not available. read more

Big complex wich location is very far from center of Praha. The nearest metrostaition Hodov is 20 minuts by walk. There is only one bus, that come to the hotel. Inside hotel htere is spa and swimingpool. read more

With 4 stars absolutely overrated hotel, the flair a youth hostel has. To into town to come we always a car used. The lobby and the entrance area work Nobel, but our wing was the worst, we have in a star hotel have seen so far. Apartment block-look in connection with beds, the apparently since decades changed. For the pool, the everything but beautifull has we would have horrendous entrance fees will be charged.
The breakfast the expectations: in our eyes really bad. In a huge hall, was cleared with a rollwagerl. So a 4 star hotel i really have ... never seen anything like it.
Nevertheless in the lobby hang photos with distinguished guests, as dalai lama etc. read more

There are two points, which I 'top' this hotel. We were with a large group. There are major problems with the room distribution. The staff at the front desk was not very efficient in order to cope with this organization. Some got room assigned, which were mostly already occupied. Embarrassing situations were inevitable. The cleanliness in the rooms left much to be desired. The rooms were very dirty. We travel very often and had already seen a lot, but it is not at all. All hair on the floor and cut off fingernails. It equipment even leftovers under the bed. ... The 'mini bar' was proof therefor, that no-one to control the cleanliness worries. In the mini bar were two empty cans of beer, as well as a total molded bottle juice. Something like that should not be there! The breakfast room was on the first view very nice and well organized. But it was only the first view. The hotel lacks it definitely staff. The tables were dirty (is also clear if someone ate at the table), but then nobody comes to the table and short clean power, is extraordinary. You have the choice between rolls and bread. The rolls were not fresh and the bread was moldy (!) even. The jam was for three months. The orange juice was diluted with water, so that it was hard could taste the orange. The hotel on the website, as well as right in front of the hotel a very beautiful and rich impression. Also inside it looked very nice and inviting. But as soon as you enter the rooms and the breakfast room, this great impressions offences charged. I appeal to the leadership of the hotel, these were serious errors have been set. Among other things, by more and kompetenterem staff. The hotel itself has this potential. I hope that this will be also used. Under these circumstances, I would not recommend this hotel, unfortunately! read more

This hotel is located a few kilometres from the city centre of Prague, were traveling with our coach for sightseeing. The hotel is very large with about 1,000 rooms and guests from many different countries (many young people) at the beginning of something confusing to find the room. The lobby is large and grand with front desk, bar, shops and one of the dining rooms. Our double room in the C-section was enormous (.60 m ² about) with bathroom (huge corner bath) including toilet, two very large beds and also, the room cleaning was good. The faucet was ... loose at the sink, was immediately repaired after complaining. We had half board-dining room was huge, always found a space and food was always refilled. Price/performance ratio okay! read more

during our stay, there were about 25 buses here. The places in the dining room were not sufficient. The hotel staff came with re-filling of the buffets not to. There was no one on the spot, the would be perpetrators, plastic bags and backpacks when filled with food. We had half board, we revenue-this was enough. The food was a most miserly quality. read more

The negative rating is on the accommodation in the bettenhaus B, which has no 4 star standard. A room cleaning and making the beds was not instead, by youthful audience (sports teams) very loud. read more

The hotel is great for Schülerfahrten good. It is located away a bit far from the center (about 9 kilometer), what but no problem is, since the public suburban traffic began right at the main entrance in front of the hotel. You get into the bus (no 115) to the metro station 'Chodov', of which one in eight stops from the Wenceslas plat (museum) once again. The ticket costs 26 CZKr (ca.1, 10 ).
The reception made a huge impression main, a lot of brass, small fountains and a huge lobby. However, what about the condition of the room ... not must. The room are very worn, what is also at the mass, young clientele.
In this house are very many groups/students and retirees) building.
The food is offered in the morning and in the evening also in buffet form and is, on the week seen, not very varied! One is full, it tasted also, the selection is but limited. In the morning you has sausage, salami, cheese, rolls and bread, jam, Butter & margarine, tea, coffee & hot chocolate, very sweet orange and apple juice in the dispenser and hard boiled eggs.
It is in the evening a small salad buffet (3A 4 salads), bread butter, pasta and rice fixings, mashed potatoes & Karottenmus, a sort of meat and fish courts. The dessert consists mostly of homemade cakes, gives it also on the breakfast buffet in sufficient variety.
The staff can almost to 100% German, is friendly and tries to make it the guest right, what with the clientele is not always easy. The service is quick and tidy, but made a bored impression, no smile, no friendly guests. The tablecloths were only ausgetaucht after the end of the meal time and so it can happen, if one comes from 9:00 A.M. for breakfast, one at a not more must be very clean table.
The drinks are at the evening meal times not costs, but at the bar can be ameneded cheap acquired (beer 0.5 liters.-50, - CZKr. (About 2, - ).
All in all the hotel is for a city trip very to recommend, since one with bus and metro quickly and conveniently located in the city center, to the castle and to all the other important points can be. read more
