This hotel is in no-way recommendable! Hygiene and cleanliness there is not here, exactly little as friendly, motivated staff. Since the bulgarian itself is unfriendly, one must rather be afraid, that you're not open street bekaut is. We would have preferred 200 Euro paid more, it would be vacation been. read more

    According to travel agency we had a room with a view of the sea -we have, of course, this did not receive, gg extra charge of 13 Euro per day, we got one (they have to say, this extra charge could not worth it, since around the whole hotel trees and any view on the sea impossible). We were given a last corner of the hotel, without daylight-as directly in front of the window a tree was. Our room was not even in the nine days cleaned, if at all only the towels exchanged and sch... There was only one role toilet paper, if this was empty - bad luck! The shower was covered with mold, on the toilet hanging the leftovers from the previous guests... There were plug sockets not a single in the bathroom... So hotel room you can't call it.

    Dining?! Know these wannabe restaurateurs not... The food is not enjoyable - every day there was the same, especially indefinable and was cold. Also here there was no hygiene still cleanliness - thus on hairs in the food I am personally not!

    No only time we were not for breakfast yet for dinner welcomes as the normal knows. If someone. To me ' roomnumber ' without request or thanks and with a sergeant-tone, is not welcome!     Walking shoes packed? To the party mile one must first take a hike lie down... The distance to the beach was fine, but the beach section was also accordingly dirty.

The offered lobby-bar with a view of the sea to stay a while in the evening a construction site The hotel made no nice impression, only a few plants in the entrance area, by the pool some plates burst - you had to be careful because of injuries. We had the half board - miserable could not one eat-as already mentioned by the predecessors described - not enjoyable. We had diarrhea and decided someplace else to eat-never again 3 weeks-we will not be returning to Bulgaria. To 95% russians. The best was our room - but without German channels-and the ... maid service-they have everything super. Also other offered possibilities were still available. read more

    In the hotel a restaurant - the food as already described miserable - are missing words. The atmosphere was sober Outside of the hotel were the restaurants and price ok.

    The complete staff was rude-except for the maid. There was no German and also the English was miserable-so no communication if you are not bulgarian or Russian. Cleaning of the rooms was perfect. Additional benefits, has not, even though offered. We had a complaint could this but due to difficulties understanding not. Then these with our travel agency clarified-was taken care of immediately.

The food wasn't to enjoy - very large distance to the party and no animation was offered - very small and bad pool - no attractive bar And was good the air conditioning and the room service on the rooms. read more

Hotel staff impolitely and unfriendly. Barkeeper sleeps on desk! Or anywhere else. Staff in the dining room slurps with flip flops or flip-flops in the hall. In the entire hotel there is no teaspoons! Plastic sticks to stir and Eislöffelchen for the dessert! Too many everything is in plastic cup filled ( beer, wine, coffee). read more

Me the hotel has not much. Our room was not cleaned, there were merely the towels replaced. The food in the restaurant didn't taste at the buffet and there was also no wide choice. The food has also not fresh. The staff were not very friendly. The rooms are upon arrival until the 14 hours rausgegeben. If you previously refer would like must one per hour 10 Euro pay (, although they were ready in the morning are). The staff adopted no complaint and worries about this. The hotel guests were very loud and if the someone bother us then ... he should take care ( statement the front desk). The beach is not far away from the hotel. The chairs on the beach you can for 15 Euro rent. Whilst checking out were the key without a word decreased. read more

We catch with the food at. I was already in a very lots of hotels, but I have never seen such a bad food experienced. The kitchen could not even cook noodles. There was always only one type of meat and a supplement. Everything else was cold or not enjoyable. Luckily there are nearby lots of restaurants. The all-inclusive offer is also a joke. There is only one counter and this also only a handful of drinks 'free'. If you something special wanted to drink, you had to always pay extra. The Bulgarian is also very rude. And this brings ... me to the next point. In this' hotel' stay almost only Russians. And everyone, the on vacation on Russians taken, you know that you are making in their present and German very uncomfortable feel. The behavior simply unbelievably bad. And the staff at the hotel has because of the Russian Power always on the side beaten. All together not recommendable. Enter your money elsewhere. read more

Hotel is situated in very pleasent nortern part of Golden Sands where you have all chances to feel very good. Nice beaches, decent places to go out(restaurants and bars) and markets are all around Palm Beach hotel. Not as much noise as in central and southern part of Golden Sands, so you may even relax during your stay there. For those who are interested in nudity, this could be imporatant information-at the end of northern part, there is nudist beach, maybe less than 1km from the hotel. read more
