This hotel is 100% recommendable. The food is absolutely delicious. Especially the new year's eve menu was a real treat. The staff are young and exceptionally friendly. Also the cleanliness of the rooms is positively mentioned should be. The central location of the hotel in Meran is for stroll through town, as well as from the hotel was quite good. We would gladly come again! read more

I can only recommend. Pleasant staff, nice ambiance and spacious rooms... Finally once again no 08/15 room, as with all the chains is the same, but with style and taste.

It was my 4. holiday in your home and it is me again really enjoyed. The room (403) was very spacious and well equipped. Very clean. A special 'thank you very much' to mr lustik for the excellent, very tasty food. It is a very quiet, family-run hotel. Mostly older people. Was not my last visit! read more

The hotel is very beautiful and is ideal central. All of the staff and especially those at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms on the 2 floor are newly renovated and tastefully decorated, but unfortunately very small ( particularly the bathroom) and the beds we found impossible. read more

We really enjoyed it, of course the beautiful and still warm weather in the autumn. The hotel is centrally located, it is you bus or on foot fast access to the train station. Shopping under the arbours is an experience. read more

Beautiful city hotel with charm. In the old building, so thick walls so that from the neighboring rooms nothing was to be heard. Friendly waiters. Parking for check-in unfortunately very difficult because the hotel direct at the start the pedestrian precinct and Lieferautos etc. Overpopulated. An underground car park with lockable Garages is 5 minutes away from the hotel and very recommendable.

The style of the hotel reminded of bygone days, without being old or run down to work.
The staff were ok, breakfast was also. Room clean and cozy.
I do not want to be week there, but for 1-3 nights absolutely okay.

Was a beautiful, well-kept and pleasant hotel. Because of the soundproof window respectively balcony door was from the outside as good as nothing to be heard. The hotel is centrally located. You could from the hotel directly at the laubengasse for shopping and feast. The passer river and the promenade are a lot. 300 meters far away. You can stroll, and food. All together a centrally and nevertheless peaceful located hotel. Would come back any time go there. Staff are very friendly. read more

The hotel is very central. The arrival by car is not a problem, Kurzparken is in front of the hotel possible. However there is no hotel's own parking spaces. It could be a improve price (14,00 euros per day!) the Thermentiefgarage be used.
On foot you can get to the train station in about 10 minutes, from there you can for example for 10,00 euros ( the trip back and forth per person ) to Bolzano drive (Duration about 40 minutes).
The garden from the castle trauttmansdorff are also worth a visit ( Recharge my batterys note!). The ... tappeinerweg with the restaurants and the pretty Herb garden invites also for Seelebaumeln a.
The vacation in the hotel Europa splendid was once again very nice and I am already looking forward to the next time!
Since we only overnight stay with breakfast bays I the variety of the dishes and drinks not rated. read more

the location of the hotel is very good, opposite of the theater location. Many shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The thermal bath and the river promenade are only 100 to 150 meters away. The garage is a few meters away and costs 14,00 euros per day. Great, stylish breakfast room silver cutlery. The Wi-Fi in the hotel costs 1 euro/ hour, but only works in the lobby and also there only very bad- better I said 'useless'. The Honourable at the front desk is very friendly and hard-working. The ladies there were obviously an internal ... problem with the Communication. The resultant complaint my invoice has been very unprofessional and for me not been solved satisfactorily. A shame, would be very simple been. The first impression was very good, but unfortunately due to some inopportune details on the final day very disturbed. read more

We were in the context of a group journey ten days in Meran. The hotel is very centrally located, the windows are totally sound insulated, as you have to sleep with the windows closed, especially in the morning. Otherwise we felt very comfortable, the food was great again and again with a surprise Vielgangmenü, Tyrolean evening, invitation to the front desk with appetizers and aperol aperitif on the terrace, free quickie etc. Meran there are to explore on foot or take a bus, the exit around the corner. The prices in the bar, which was open until late in the ... evening, were very moderate. read more
