Totally dirty, disgusting

Because of the failure of a machine the Oman Air, we have had this terrible' hotel' stay. Staff at the reception very rude and annoyed. Rooms without window, bed sheets already used with hair and stains. Simply terrible! Even 1 star would be here too much! read more

forced stay because of defective Oman airmachine. We got this' hotel ' to night assigned. So somewhat dirty, stinky and so unfriendly I never experienced. Masses of hair in the bed, thick dust on all the furniture, mold in the bathroom, noise without end of two main streets. Musty odors everywhere. So I have never geekelt_ never again! read more

Muscat was for a in between stop goal, since we came from Thailand. We were thus only for 20 hours in Oman and the hotel got from Oman-air provides. Already at the check-in there were problems, since the staff at the front desk unfortunately only very bad English knowledge. What probably the reason therefor was, why are we over two hours earlier than agreed to the airport were brought. But it was better to wait at the airport (4 hours), as in this hotel! Such an unfriendly staff we have never experienced something like that! Furthermore, our room was (in ... particular the bathroom) was very dirty.
