This hotel deserved 5 stars! There is a three-quarters pension. Breakfast, snacks and dinner. Soft drinks are inclusive. For dinner you get automatically a bottle of water to that. The types of people are completely mixed. read more

    We had a the count's suite booked. It was with very high-quality wooden furniture. The retro bath is right in the bedroom what a super great atmosphere makes. The bathroom was a bit small. Only to criticize was, the booked cot (16,00 Euro per night) a small inferior plastic crib with a very thin mattress was. For this price and this very nice, high quality hotel, which 5 stars deserve dignity, does this inferior crib not at all. Here would be advisable, that the hotel itself a few baby cots from wood zulegt.

    Breakfast buffet is very generous. Excellent good coffee. Very good quality the food and drinks. The tables were always very good set and very clean kept. Very good atmosphere in the restaurant area. In the afternoon there is a very generous snacks. The dinner surprised again with his excellent quality. Separate areas for smoking where one comfortably a cigar can smoke.

    Huge and newer spa. Ice grotto, ice cave, adventure shower, salt grotto, soledom, finnish sauna, saunarium, aroma steam bath, heated loungers vitarium, herbal steam bath, an infrared cabin and a jacuzzi. At the pool you could see a bit of the ravages of time is however still always nice to look at. All very clean and well-kept. The pool attendant was very attentive and nice. There are enough hot and cold drinks in the spa. There is a private room which for toddlers very suitable is. Our daughter (2 years) loved the ball pit and the slide. The child-minders were very pleasant and very good for our treasure taken care of. Further there is also billiards, tabletop football, and pinball. The gym was with high-quality and new equipment.

    The nearest ski lift around 4 minutes away on foot. Excellent good paths for walking go with the buggy. Shops are easy on foot to go (mpreis and spar).

Way too far from the lift. Advertises' on the slopes' is a joke. Very old and traditional interiors! Photos on the homepage are probably only of the most beautiful rooms made. We lived in the castle room however with pitch and that is then not more so great. The food was but well, you must of the kitchen leave! Further suffers the hotel under the strong yeti disco in the house, the bumbum music until 3 o'clock early plays, which we ourselves on the 3. floor still had to hear! Way too expensive for what we got. Advise here winter ... holiday to make! read more

Would be a beautiful hotel, unfortunately is the furnishings the expensive rooms dated (bathroom And toilets approximately 20 years old) paid for 3 days about 800 Euro. 1 adult one child 6 years. If the hotel fits do i pay it. Unfortunately too much foreign serving staff the Overburdened was. read more

It is a hotel to be comfortable, i visited for 2 time and it was again wonderful. The friendliness and willingness to help is super. I can think of this hotel also in the Summer very relaxing imagine with a beautiful sun terrace. For the older people there were lovely quiet places and for young people are also cool the post from. I am coming again! read more

A total package the us repeatedly completely inspired. Starting at kitchen, the complete staff, the super clean and extensive wellness areas to the clean rooms. The best hotel we have ever booked, although we in the cheapest category checked in we were lovingly pampered and us fulfilled all expectations. And what we especially good pleased, that the female boss and the boss always down the guests and very personable and competent were. A better value for money we on our many vacations never allowed to experience. read more

    On arrival no help with the luggage, Desk tucked away and cannot greet, as all of the staff and the owners, In the ankunftslobby is a designated smoking area, There was no help for parking and garage was not even offered, although available (5 Euro), Waiters tons of available but no german language-no clearing of the table-ware during the meals, no demand as and, if everything fits, No good morning, good day and so on-not even if one the whole destination, versperrter ski room open to everyone-no help for the storage of the ski for offer - you have to go through the smoky lobby to the ski room-great after a day on the slopes, in the spa level a guy around, who claimed, that the jacuzzi is only bare to use and even rude reply-is not, that the pool naked to use Cleaning staff can not say hello, is possible even at 7:00 p. m. in the room if you have just in the shower is, partly you will find in the pool area rust on railings were mildew on the walls The so-called juice bar (homepage) is normal Cola, Fanta etc. However no way child-friendly and healthy,

I was to a short break because of the world cup nachtslalom the women there. Excellent hotel with a huge and clean wellness area. Even the german national team was in this Hotel. The service is very accommodating, friendly and competent. In the morning a breakfast with everything you could wish for. Evenings an excellent menu. And in between a skiers' snack. Definitely again! read more

The Schlosshotel Lacknerhof is a very nice hotel. It is especially for the price a skiing holiday highly recommended, since the elevator is next door and you after skiing in the wellness area let yourself be pampered and relax. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The only thing, that to be criticized is, is the wifi, the one in the room receives, but one still no internet access. But if you absolutely need to surf the web, then down in the lounge (in which you over wi-fi internet) even a computer free available. read more

Nice hotel with friendly staff, which only about 200 meters away from the valley station of flachau. Nice designed room which diligently cleaned. The food is commendable, which the quality subject. I mean, that breakfast, the 'skiers' -snacks and the dinner. During dinner would be a drawback, that the portions rather 'minimal' are. Man therefore, at the salad bar a little more load to really full. The absolute highlights of the hotel but the spa area and the gym. The spa area extends over two large floors. This is super furnished and the staff very friendly. As well as the ... fitness room, which in a a hotel first-class condition, with the accordingly good equipment was. As conclusion can be said, it a top-notch hotel acts, which i definitely again would visit. read more

Very nice sauna area with free coffee, tea and juices, large jacuzzi, a bit loud old indoor pool, massages very recommendable about 56, -for 50 minutes alcoholic beverages expensive. Fl. Wine from 36, -, small beer 3,80, there is free mineral water for dinner. Room on the 1. floor over the front desk not recommendable, since the yeti bar very noisy until early in the morning. read more

Very friendly staff - great small hut only a couple of steps on the grounds of the hotel for a barbecue with ~10 people-open grill to grill. Extremely loud disco but well insulated. Quick and attentive service-oriented staff, both in the restaurant, as well as at the bar. Well everything else say the stars. Ski area great for every the right exit, but that is well known. read more

The value for money is not harmonious. Children in the sauna area?! Staff friendly but probably seasonal workers from the eastern bloc. Shower without water pressure. In the room was smoking, although than non-smoking rooms was sold. read more
