The hotel has after katalogeschreibung 406 rooms, over 9 floors. A renovation has probably several years; however, some traces of the old state can be seen. Cleaned almost the enitre day over, especially in the area of the lobby. We booked half board, as we have no friends from all-inclusive. Supposedly the hotel was written off, when we arrived. According to our opinion were about 80% of the guests english. The average age overall was certainly apparent above the generation 50 (is true for us too). Outrageous was the use of the computer's with 8 Euro per hour. We can ... absolutely recommend, in Oberstadt to go, where you for 2 €/ hour serve can. read more

We had booked a superior room and got the room on the 7. floor. Enthusiastic we found out, the on the balcony jacuzzi beach (facing the street). As the Barcelo santiago on the west coast of tenerife, quite far above is, one must with about 1,5 hours drive from airport be expected, because on the way to other hotels on the route.
