The hotel is of the arrangement of the building and condition great. I rarely stay in a cleaner and better managed holiday hotel-we have our beach holiday (half board ) really enjoyed. Pleasant mix of customers, in october little couples, rather families with small children and many seniorenpärchen. Very tasteful. read more

Very nice, well maintained 4-star hotel with great beach area, since a side miles without neighborhood. Probably the best hotel in the bay from Alcudia. Superservice, almost all very friendly. Spacious atmosphere, never a no. Good, varied kitchen, the dining room, however sometimes the capacity limit. Numerous leisure offers without importunate animation. Room partly ageing, particularly the bathroom, but always very clean. Unfortunately, unfortunately almost always this kloakengestank of outside, especially on the parking and forest turned side. Remedy did since only with the window closed very silent air conditioning. Who from our group of 14 persons a room with ... a direct view of the sea or to the neighboring hotel got, had little to no complaints. And, that we, despite great caution, at two days two failed and successful pickpocketing in the group had, also the beautiful Albufeira Playa nothing. read more

A huge but very cheap designed hotel area with an exceptionally nice and clean garden area. The double rooms are though a bit small kept but nevertheless adequate and clean. You can choose between breakfast and half board but also all inclusive. The hotel is for guests of all ages durcaus very suitable and extremely child friendly. German, spanish, english and other languages. The hterl is mostly by german but also swiss, french and russians. read more

The hotel fulfilles all wishes. Tasteful decor, beautiful garden area and pool areas. The hotel's location, directly on the beach and next to the small national park Albufeira is very nice, the view over the Playa de Muro simply fantastic. The hotel is very well-kept, not very spacious, but attractive and very welcoming. Everything is very clean, especially also the rooms. Many families and older couples, mostly from Germany. Almost everybody speaks german and english. Particularly the children's entertainment was great organized and the kids was really a lot on offer. In the hotel there are a doctor for emergencies.

The hotel is not too big and not too small. It is a very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and the chairs at the pool were abundant. We always got two beach chairs and an umbrella. We had booked all inclusive and for a beach holiday it was also okay. If one much to the island travels, you should only take half board. read more

    The normal double rooms are a bit small. We have locally a bit to pay, since we a partial view of the ocean wanted. Nevertheless the room everything you need. The air conditioning is very quiet, we had it but also only on the day at night it had as far cool (october), that we the window opened.

    Staff is friendly and understand german very well. Rooms were always clean. There was a doctor, because we luckily not needed and also a laundry service is available. The mini and maxi club has every day so many trouble. Since i in a sozialberuf works, i can in the way big praise to the child care pronounce. Every day was an experience for children, from dschungeltag on pirates and indiandertag. Everything was represented.

    What we loved, that you entertainment offered, but none persuaded was. You could participate or not. The disco is so well shaded that none of the volume was. At the beach the loungers must be paid. There the way to the beach is so short, we have in the sea bathed and then again by the pool put. By the pool are the loungers inclusive. Towels had we ourselves with. You can but also on bail check-out counters.

    The hotel right on the beach and next to the nature park is peace and relaxation given. Through the park one has much time for walking and it is not hotel an hotel. From the airport takes the transfer with the bus about 1 hour. Shops are a few -minute walk away. Entertainment there are in the hotel by evening shows and a disco, otherwise it was rather quiet in the hotel, so no Ballermann feeling. Excursions were offered by different vernastalter on site. A sun i must deduct, since it really sometimes after a septic tank smell had.

Very beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the was not to the hotel in addition, so that it is not as well maintained. The double bed emerged as 2 separate beds, who want to apart driffteten. We had all-inclusive & a room in the main building, prefer the side building select, since the noise level by den24 hRezeptionsservice was a bit louder. The rooms have only shower. The cleaning fairy is a real pearl, the very creative is. We have 2 excursions booked, which is very nice. Other than that, we were in the public transportation on the way, the every 15 minutes ... leave and for example 1.50 Euro simply to Alcudia cost. Safe costs extra with 29, -€ for example for 9 days. All of the staff have always friendly to all the guests cared, also the smallest. For my birthday we were a piccolo & chocolates in the room serves. read more

Altogether with 9 days stay very satisfied. However the room was a bit noisy. The eingangstüre does so little close, that surrounding light entry. Then we had a connecting door to the neighboring room, the also all noise redirected. A complaint because of defective leseleuchte was in the entire time not to. read more

The hotel and the service we liked. The staff are very friendly. The hotel complex and the rooms are in a clean state. The food was very varied and tasty. The dining room had cafeteria character with a very high noise level. There are potential of improvement. The white sandy beach we could extensive walks undertake and the turquoise water baden. We had 10 months booked in advance and had to nevertheless because of of overbooking move. And this with a son of 5 years, which almost 12 hours on the legs was, until we finally a hotel to stay had. Last year it was the same scam. Also overbooked. As we were luckily not affected. Front desk promises things, which are not complied with.     The restaurant remind more of a train station hall. We always on the terrace eaten. If one to the main mealtimes one felt was, was snake announced, we are always very early breakfasts and late evening food and were the hecticness out of the way gone. As already in the June-assessment written, the food was for this hotel disappointing. This applies to the pre-and off-season. We were now a week in the high season there. Here we got the for us since many years familiar food with crawfish, hummerscheren, veal filet etc. In the second week there was only about turkeys or chicken. The restaurant is very clean, unfortunately is little value on the tablecloths and napkins put. These are partly getting very old, free after the motto, hole at hole and stops but. For a hotel this category not acceptable. Cooked internationally on spanish, German, Italian or chinese. Everyone could get their money worth here.

    We were for the 10. Time in this hotel. The staff's hospitality is overwhelming, if you have several times there was. Many employees we already know since 1995. Exceptions prove the rule of course. A waitress in the terrace of the restaurant should the rules of decency still learn. But that was the absolute exception. Many speak German, as at the front desk ( I have stayed in many Iberostar-hotels been, as friendly as they were otherwise nowhere) or English. The chefs in the restaurant were always really friendly.     The hotel is directly at the beach and is ideal for a beach vacation. For someone, every evening action, this hotel is not suitable. We have the peace and quiet enjoyed, because the hotel directly at the national park is located. Good bus connections are available. To the next place one could walk well. The hotel was overbooked and several couples and families had to for the first 4 nights in the Iberostar Petra Jürgens. We were there (it is also a four-star hotel but with significantly better beach area) and wanted to stay there, because we don't want to move had, but it was not. For this we got a room with a pool view. We had booked a bestpreiszimmer, that would be the parking been. This variant is very often happen. Is the management. It must no room empty. The waiters and so on was very friendly. Unfortunately there was this stench ..., from a purification plant. It smelled of drain, sewage and Schwefelgemisch. No idea there was along the Petra Jürgens. Supposedly comes from the nearby nature Reserve. Despite all it was a lovely vacation. If the weather has rebelled against us there is a good bus connection in the neighboring places where you can shop without limits. read more

The hotel itself would have been nice, it would have not during our stay the whole night over in the whole hotel so much sewage smell. It is a general problem in this area, while not proceeded is. But it would be helpful if from the side of the hotel at least the doors from the hotel room so close would be, that the stench not into the room pulls, as well as if you something against the stench from the bathroom undertake would. Unfortunately this unpleasant odor our complete vacation so very bothersome, that we are no longer to ... Mallorca travel.     The rooms could have been a tad spacious can miss, but since we already worse experienced... As already mentioned they were very clean. Since we anyway and only for sleeping it anyway, it was completely enough for us. Of the lots of reviews main jauchegeruch was now and then evenings available, but we didn't really bother us.

    Especially from the dinner were we both loved it. It was diverse, tasty and one noticed, that fresh ingredients was cooked. Also the offered fruit - especially the pineapple - was delicious. The breakfast buffet was also very rich, from salty (sausage, scrambled egg, boiled beans, sandwiches) to sweet (pancakes, croissants), you could from the whole range of select. However the morning offered fruit from the can and the bread rolls were also not so our thing. Unfortunately had 3 days the 2. Restaurant closed, which meant, that from a certain time of day the main restaurant was full. Lots of people waited then always in queues in front of the entrance, until a table was free. We think that these but nice has been resolved, by the waiting drinks was offered. We even saw the lines and are always only after the large rush eat out.

    Beach section in front of the hotel not quite as nice as approximately 1000 meters direction Alcudia. It is partially very much organic material (from the national park?) washed up which also the water foggy. Of al we one day on this, about 1 kilometer direction Alcudia lying, section spent we were thrilled by its turquoise, clean water that it in front of the hotel not exist. Also the price for the chairs and sunscreens at the beach with 10€ per day for 2 persons but quite high.

If you however to the peace want to come, is this hotel at least not in the late season recommendable, there extremely many families with small children on the way were. Thus nothing with relaxation;-) the hotel is great well maintained, the staff very friendly and directly at the beach. What we absolutely bad and it was really the only but also very important, the food. Since we from Iberostar we'd hoped for more. The bathroom is by sonja shower very pleasant and also very attractive (2 large mirror, 1 make-up mirror and a speaker) decorated... Balcony small, but very comfortable, also cleaned every day...
