I know not at all where to start. Over the size and the number of rooms of the hotel i can't say a lot, since we did not exactly informed, however therefor more about the condition and the cleanliness. The rooms are relatively big but very in need of renovation and not really clean. A huge crack in the sink, a broken curtain, the shower gel dispenser runs at the bathtub along. Underfloor heating in the bathroom there was so hot, that we the bathroom barefoot not at all could enter! The average age is about 40 years, there were ... mainly english, german and french. read more

    The size of the room is everything i have been positive mark can. Cigarette burns in the corner bench (despite non-smoking room), broken curtain, incredibly hot heated floors, cracks in the sink, totally scratched shower head, broken joints in the bathtub, more overcrowded shower gel dispenser and so on. Minibar was not available.

    The bar was before 16 o'clock not occupied at night, so we knew not, where we drink. The lady at the reception called a waiter, the then not even knew what a Latte Macchiato should be. There was a fireplace room (by smoking was allowed) which the whole day not cleaned (overflowing ashtrays, empty cigarette packets and so on.). Unfortunately, there was a service, nothing to say.

    I must from the beginning to our frustration to make it clear. We had unfortunately late arrival (although before with the front desk email mellow), as we on this day both working, and were ' aahh they are the ladies so late arrival, all other are already long ' welcomes.     The pool was cold (not nearly the 29 degrees, the specified ), exactly like the whole pool area. The atmosphere was unfortunately broken, the sauna totally overcrowded. From a wellnessurlaub we were miles away.

We stayed at the schlosshotel a wonderful winter holiday spend. The employees at the restaurant and the bar were always helpful and fulfilled all expectations. The breakfast restaurant could further coffee machine stand. To the winter sports region you can unfortunately not on foot go, but there is the possibility with the public bus to drive or the free shuttle bus from the hotel to use. We can definitely recommendable. read more

We stayed as a group (skiing) guest at the schlosshotel rosenegg. The communication prior to and during the stay was very good. No problems with room reservation, allocation and complaints (appropriate reaction). Like the name already says, it concerns a schlosshotel. So is the character of the hotel. Seietsn the group there were no complaints. The room temperature could have been a little lower. However, this is often a subjective impression and is therefore often too warm or pleasant rated. The breakfast buffet was perfect. There was everything. And if sometimes from was, it was again filled up. You able ... to wait also times! The dinner was varied and sufficient. The selection of the meals could also be in place. Of al result i can for our group to say next year we will again our accommodation at the schlosshotel book. It also offers a perfect base for a skiing safari in the tyrolean lowlands. read more

    From a 4 star hotel far away. We appreciate the age of the furniture at at least 25 years. A bathroom as after a bombardment with holes, screws, the out, low sinks, short taps, no pole for the shower, moldy ceiling the bathtub, just soap-no shampoo, no creams. The room had a news-a tiny flat screen tv. Otherwise squeaky beds, the light of the single lamp so 'bright', that you at the desk nothing looked, the safe was the cover the keyboard-one could guess, which button which meant or continued during the use of the cover over the keys to the matching numbers express to may. The window was totally old and leaky. The room was only 1 time in the morning 'cleaned'. In the bathroom the soap dispenser piled up along the dust apparent for weeks, the corners at the curtains were poorly visible and had apparently not cleaned.

Sausage and cheese were scarce and if available, only the cheapest, what it was ( toastblock, extra, spicy-no ham, no salami) and no salmon. The saftgetränken worked daily at least not. There were 2 coffee machine for self-service. Per coffee 30 sek. Until 1 minute-long queues. I withdrew. Pastries were equally scarce and if available, 1-2 sorts. During dinner it was not possible, wine in glasses to order. I was told, there were only 3 kinds of white wine loud 'small card'. The president at the table next door was allowed but from the wine 0.5 liter order. The amounts the waitress not and needed help from another server. No matter wether breakfast or dinner-descriptions of food, salad dressings, etc. Were not available. In a 4-star restaurant i expect something different. A meal is somewhat limited.

    In a 4 star hotel you expected qualified staff. We had the impression, of unskilled service staff to be surrounded by, the additionaly extremely bad spoke german. Already at check in there were language problems. You should, however, between a bathtub and a bathrobe can be. Abräumdienst for breakfast there was only then, if guests the table already had left. Setting of two new tables needed a force almost 10 minutes In the afternoon there was coffee and cakes. The used table-ware stood still for 18 hours for dinner time around. We are already the 2. time to this hotel dangers, and immediately we noticed, that the facilities and the atmosphere has not done anything. The atmosphere is in the medieval style and quite attractive. Location Quick and short easy access to the public transportation and to ski resorts fieberbrunn and steinplatte. Facilities However the furnishing of the hotel. com partly very habituation-needily and not up-to-date anymore. However, one should also not in the price category and therefore completely fine. Especially the dinner to mention, because it really is a good choice (at least three course and salad) and very good ... quality. The sauna area is well maintained and big enough, however, the relaxation area quite small. But overall for the price range a good hotel. Staff The staff are mainly in the eastern countries of europe is and speaks therefore only slightly german. The most important things to order, it was however always. The front desk knows the language german well. Only us displeasure, that we on the day of arrival at 17 o'clock wanted to check in and comforted were, since the rooms still not cleaned. read more

Cozy hotel, the unfortunately already somewhat the small unimportant age. Despite all the staff very friendly and always made an effort a nice stay possible. Live in a historical impressive atmosphere. We had our 4 tageskurzurlaub around comfortable. I don't understand the partly bad reviews about this hotel not at all! Of course one might modernize, but is not a piece of the atmosphere will be lost? The rooms could spacious his (had 331) and were for our taste much too warm. Food and also the service were top notch. On the first evening was at the bar music with the solo entertainer Gerry. We have danced and us felt very comfortable. The free hotel's own transportation to and from the winter sports region you ... should use. The nearby weissbachloipe is recommendable (however 20 minutes on foot) It was a wonderful and relaxing short break. read more

The hotel itself is very romantic and has really flair, it was however on arrival massive affected by the, that we almost to the hotel 'schwimmen' had, since such high slush lay, the also during our entire stay not recalled enough. We were then will be charged at the front desk so angry, that one per day for the parking garage 10 euros-. We demanded. I think of such 'additional income' nothing, so angry the guest should simply in the total inflow. It is also so, that the hotel only in the winter this price, in the summer the parking ... is not be applicable - in my opinion ridiculous. read more

    Also here we have to say, so that everything somewhat outdated now is, but it was well tolerable. A large point of criticism is, that the toilets after urine stunk-this is an absolute no-go for me. Furthermore, it should be noted, that the rooms over two floors had. For me not a problem, however for older people definitely not very simple - since the beds in the upper floor and at night with a possible toilet maybe not more so pleasant! The balconies are from the climbed with intricate and old rohrmatten separated - anyway not really attractive!

    The food was so far so good-the creation on the first day a bit quirky- piccata milanese with gnocci-so made it the italians certainly not before. Breakfast was very extensive, was missing at nothing. Because we there for christmas were, we came into the benefit of the weihnachtsdinners -must say, it was very good. The chef is a italian-this' influence ' shows of course very, but i must say, for me absolutely alright.

    Unfortunately we have to say, that the service a catastrophe was! Unausgebildete and partially. Not of german powerful staff. The chef de restaurant was very good and competent, could but also no miracles! On the first day we had to wait half an hour wait, that we our order give could, let alone, that anyone, or a space had offered. Only after a massive complaint with the boss de restaurant (this worked on the first day however in the restaurant on the ground floor) one brought us the beverages - as we were with the food already at the end of our main course! The restaurant manager was very hard, also very much apologized (a large part of the staff is sick), deplorably, but always the first impression. Countless guests were upset-we were definitely not the only! On the following days, it was then in the restaurant better, however far away of a great service. So excape and scolded the waitress for breakfast - spoke of 'shit' and 'shit' before us guests (and also next to my elfjährigen daughter!) - so absolutely not acceptable! The service at the bar was also a catastrophe. No idea, as you drinks prepared, let alone, that you have any information on the own drinks could. Also i have to say, that i in an austrian hotel expects, not english or italian speak to have, the staff my wish to be communicated!

Romantic hotel, the unfortunately somewhat in need of renovation! Badearmaturen quite old and sink had cracks. Quite worn. The mattresses were very hard, so back pain including! The swimming pool also has seen better days. Sauna area is ok, however too small for the number of rooms of the hotel. Staff very pleasant and hard, which we for the rest compensated something! But unfortunately far from enough staff, waiters are at a run on the way, for everything to create! Parking difficult: if you are not in the underground car park fits (roof-top carrier) had to somewhere a Public park. ... Result: actually lovely hotel with charm, but unfortunately in grenzwertigem condition! read more

We had in the quaint schlosshotel rosenegg a wonderful vacation. We were greeted by the for the farewell very friendly treated. The food was perfect and in sufficient quantity everything available. Our room was clean and large enough. We could in a short period of time the hiking trails. Before several negative reviews read. We cannot confirm. read more

The hotel lies quite in the east of Tirol the pillersee valley in fieberbrunn. We had a week included booked half board. Unfortunately is the hotel again and again from coach tours booked, which then dining areas, wellness area etc. Overpopulate. The cleanliness on the whole castle is to be pointed out. read more

    Big breakfast buffet. Unfortunately somewhat little choice at sausage- and cheeses. Fresh fruit salad and on some days bircher muesli. Evenings we had booked half board. There was only a salad buffet ( rather simple with a bowl of tomatoes, carrots, vogerlsalat, kernen...) with bread, a soup (always good) and then a main course to select (here a lot of Italian, as the chefköchen Italian is). The desserts were always good. Accompanying wine is very expensive ( already times 5 Euro for 0.1 litres).

    The room was clean and the walls had a nice design (pictures, colours). Everything looked quite old and used and didn't give the impression of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was very, very small and not very appealing (I would expect more of a 4 star hotel). The cleaning crew had very strange hours (with regards to the hour they come to clean your room) making it impossible for us to know when our room wouldn't be available. The television was very, very small.

    In general the food was not bad but far from I would expect of a 4 star hotel. In addition, the hours for breakfast (until 10 am) and dinner (from 6 pm to 7.30 pm) are very limiting (even more so considering that the SPA area is open until 8 pm). Breakfast buffet: - only little variety of food for a 4 star hotel - sometimes the quality of the food was not very convincing - after 9 am certain things were only refilled sporadically or not at all - only one coffee machine for the whole hotel (and it is a very big hotel) which frequently broke down or had no more cups; the quality of the coffee was not very good - food was handled very carelessly by the waiters Dinner: - we booked the hotel being told that we could choose from at least two different menus (salad buffet, first course, main course, dessert) but were shocked to learn, that it is in fact only possible to choose the main course - on the first night they told us we could not choose at all but had to take what they gave us (after complaining they did give me a different main course) - the first course was always a soup and being a vegetarian I could not eat the soup at all (only after complaining the third day they eventually gave me another soup) - on the second night we could not choose at all but had to eat food from a buffet which is not what we booked; furthermore the line for the main courses was very long (more than 15 minutes waiting in line for a main course) - some dishes were boring or didn't taste very good at all which is very disappointing for a 4 star hotel - the waiters took a very long time to attend us (30 minutes between first course and main course) - all the main courses with fish included some sort of meat (ham, bacon) without saying so on the menu - the dining room is too small for such a large hotel; we were almost sitting a the same table as our neighbours In general they make it very difficult for vegetarians.

    - the staff was friendly but seemed incompetent at times; some of the waiters didn't speak German and only little English - there was a blackout and the staff was acting very uncoordinated (some saying that it was not allowed to take candles up to the rooms for safety reasons, others handing out candles) - the waitress at the Schloss Heurigen (were we got our free drink) was very impolite and seemed like she didn't want to work - the room cleaning was very random - my partner made the resevervation and paid for the trip but at the hotel we learned (after they didn't find us in the database) that they considered the name of my partner "exotic" and had therefore changed the room to my name (less exotic); it is only a small detail and didn't disturb our stay but it says something about the mentality of the hotel and the competence of its staff

    We had chosen the hotel because of its SPA facilities but were quite disappointed. While the area of the pool was quite large and the pool had a nice design the whole area (including the sauna etc) looked quite abandoned. We even spotted some mold. We spent quite some time a the pool but never saw any staff. Because of that some guests behaved very rude for example a lady with her two children making much noise, occupying the whole pool, jumping into the pool (although it was cleary prohibited). The area was cleary indicated as a SPA and Relaxing area but because of such behaviour it was not possible to relax (the noise was even audible in the sauna). We had chosen the hotel because it also had a steam bath. Unfortunately the steam bath was out of order, which we hadn't been told beforehand. The whole area was rather chilly and the pool quite cold (and the jacuzzi even colder making it impossible to relax inside for a few minutes). The temperature of the pool was only acceptable while swimming. The opening hours (8 am to 8 pm, more or less) of the pool were quite okay but could be extended (especially as dinner only lasts till 7.30 pm). The opening hours of the sauna were even more limited: only from 3 pm to 8 pm.
