Typical Mercurehotel, all rooms with the same standard, balcony, good size of the bathroom, coffee-and tea making facilities, good breakfast, good dinner buffet. The hotel lies on a hill over of the city Sensburg, with a few steps away from a beautiful lake, the for walking go invites. read more

The room was spacious and clean and had a small terrace, so that you could sit outside. Well suited for families, for short get aways also, but if you were a couple there for 14 days stay, you have small children (all day to find) very, very like the sports offer was great and recommendable. However, bothered us, only one person at the front desk could speak German, otherwise only English. Furthermore, we were not informed, the parking costs money. It was on the day of departure very unpleasant, since we had to pay in euros (with a much worse ... course). read more

The hotel is basically say it in my opinion no (Polish) 4 star hotel. The check-in area is not noticeable. Unfortunately there is no evidence of the hotel's facilities (games room, pool, gym, …). The access to the lake is not marked. You have to discover Such locations. The lobby area and hallways of the hotel have a modern carpet. The garden area with a small children's playground seemed well-kept. The breakfast room before you could enter an open terrace. Unfortunately the furniture on the terrace was broken and barely usable. read more

    Our room had a steps below the ground floor. Even though we got a small terrace, but a green hill right outside from grass and the room was very dark. According to the homepage should give it in every room, internet connection worked for us. At the reception desk on request was told that the front desk for internet access in the basement not enough. So I sat always available in the lobby internet for guests' use. Continue to the rooms were in dated condition. The carpet was already very beleaguered and felt dirty. The beds had suggestion that there is camping chairs from Ferienlagerzeiten with old mattresses and quietschendem bedstead. The bathroom was not very welcoming. The sanitation have seen their better days and fell apart. Maybe you should consider when 4 stars are thinking about air conditioning in the rooms.

A wellness hotel (almost) at the lake. spacious resort with arrived-character. the rooms are a very good size and there is plenty of storage space. the bathroom is good to use, not large but were ok. the mini bar prices are pretty outrageous, all the Accor group voraus.das breakfast is above average, the juices no "water with taste". to Poland to explore the hotel is very well located. Tip: pay attention to special offers that go till 70 % !! read more
