We felt very good.
The curtains in the room but should be replaced.
in the dining room i liked the design of the curtains and partition not, fit both not beautiful architecture with the marble columns.
The water aerobics in the morning was very effectively.
The wellness treatments were very pleasant atmosphere and very qualifizieten staff carried out. read more

Unfortunately was our reserved double room only for one person presented, it has aired - in february in snow it was freezing in the room, when we arrived, it took despite immediate complaint until in the evening, bavor the 2. set delivered. In a 5 star hotel! Whilst checking out we should be something from the mini bar to pay, because they are obviously only during our stay filled up was. Apart from this inconvenience we were satisfied and the building was perfect for a relaxing (short) holiday excellent. read more

The first impression of the hotel was very good!
But we were in the first hour already from the staff disappointed,
Since we 4 anlaufe start had, so that the service in movement.
During dinner in the restaurant had our waiter is very stressed face,
Which for us in the hotel/restaurant 'no-go' is!
From the food i expected more, as the meat was terrible.
At least but we the spa area the vacation again a little better.
Except, that there the beverages from the card forget-shakes, iced coffee and cocktails were not sold.

For a stay for 3 days it was not possible some massages to book, what you from a 5 star hotel already might expect. You note for a rückruftermin, the never arrived. It was said us the suitcases are already in the room, the unfortunately not in the room were, we had to us the luggages at the front desk get. read more

Stay in your hotel was a spontanentscheidung we didn't regret it. We have the last day our vacation in the hotel and in the wellness area very much. Also the breakfast buffet was perfect.

Our group (family and friends) spent a truly enjoyable and relaxing weekend in the Steigenberger, Bad Pyrmont. Accommodation and food excellent, Hotel and spa world staff were very friendly and helpful despite our many requests for changes. Will definitely consider returning in near future. read more

We were now already second time this year in this pleasant house and we again in good hands felt!
Our review from May (see there) there is nothing to add, except: since the 2. were times there, we were given without our interference a wonderful, quiet room with a view of the Kurpark!
We would gladly come again, because because of the wonderful weather came stay in the exceptionally beautiful spa area a bit too short... ( there definitely the salt grotto try, Mhh! read more

The hotel lies in good location the spa and the pedestrian precinct. Is bad, that the apart from that really comfortable hotel bar evenings the smokers room mutated. Musty hotel, very dark. In the room Nr.311 partly stench after fäkalien, we had the window close. Very bad service for breakfast, we had our table itself wiping, cutlery was no napkin on the dirty table. Are leaving a day early. HCLFHL. read more

We had a weekend with half board booked. Although the kitchen until 21:30 was open, was our food around 20:30 served lukewarm. The plates were unfortunately not preheated. The quality of the food is in our opinion bad.
The hotel is great, unfortunately there was no piano music as on the internet announced.
We would come back any time in the Steigenberger in Bad Pyrmont stay, however only with breakfast. read more

In just four days with spa right on the hotel, the beautiful pool area ( every morning water aerobics) and next to the very good hotel kitchen great restaurants directly in front of the hotel under linden trees I totally can get away from it all and drove super relaxed home. read more

The hotel is already somewhat outdated. Our bathroom was very simple and just white tiled with signs of wear, but clean. The room was clean but simply furnished.
All in all, no real star hotel. By the pool only simple plastic. Nearly only pensioners in the hotel and in the town. read more

The vacation begins with entering of the hotel. The stylish ambience and the friendly, accommodating staff ensure, the stress immediately behind and in the relaxation fall can. Extra wishes are fulfilled both for the food ( I was with my 6-year old daughter in the hotel), as well as in the wellness department. There was extra for small wellness beginners a wonderful concerted Einsteigerangebot called 'sleeping beauty'. Which was a appropriate price an one-time experience for my little princess was. And for me, as well as a small time out, around me in the spa to spoil ( with a ... clear conscience)! The spacious bathing and sauna area we also daily very gladly used. Finally we can the Steigenberger really warmly recommend. read more
