On the trip we stayed for 2 nights at the langgestecken main building building.
The give free rein in the next room you could see, because the room so paper-thin walls.
Air conditioning didn't work and the hand on ventilation umstellbare window in any direction.
Water was turned off at night. Hot duchwasser there was not, not in the morning or evening.
The food in the restaurant was ok. The staff quite nice.
The pool was dirty, some film on the surface despite strong chorlgeruch. read more

Well-kept area, clean rooms with terrace and a great view, as the mountain above Santiago location. The pool area was also Okay, however was up 17 o'clock deafening music by the pool. The complex was switched off and then it turned peace. The lady at the front desk left us during the check-in about five minutes to wait, since the soap on the television was so interesting. She was extremely rude. Bags were also not carried, it was rather unfriendly past. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very well arranged, the quality was under three star level. On our trip (6 persons) we were a night in this hotel. The view from the balcony/terrace in the landscape is because the room was very beautiful. unverputzten bricks something dark the, nevertheless, very beautiful. the air conditioning worked very well, but we have not needed at night, because we have rather slept with the windows open. Dinner in the restaurant, accompanied by cuban have we sounds of live musicians served. The food was very good and the service was very attentive and polite. Hotel, something outside of santiago on a hill, with a nice view to the city. About. 70 room in one-story buildings and two story bungalows. As several blocks past the hotel, the hotel also a good, but loud nightclub features, it is not simply a quiet room to go find.
The decor of the room is functional and clean, the furniture was already something outdated and worn.

As round trip hotel for a night it is acceptable.
We had an acute problem. It was hardly what from the tap. In the morning after the shower soap it was then completely. Fortunately had we a bottle of mineral water for everyone.

In a context than we were a night in this hotel. For a night with breakfast one must its expectations screws. Room very dirty. Food was OK, but not a lot of choice. Location is actually great (on mountain), from this hotel you must make but more. Trip is to recommend however. read more

The hotel is nothing for wimps-in the morning gave it to us only cold water.
The room are all spacious and were clean. Depending on the location you are noisy, as a part of the window screens only from and is permanently open to the room-it is facing the street, here you can hear also the hotel's own Disco-better the room are in the rear area of the resort (due to our very good tourist guide all of the group after a night in this area). With our second room we were very satisfied.
What us not has fallen on ... weekends the pool area serves as a public swimming pool. The area was so extremely crowded, beach chairs were all occupied and it was like at ballermann. After ' to 17 hours a locals 'pool areas remained back-a shame.
The food (breakfast and dinner) you can still do better. read more

This was our first night of our 'big' pretty good. For a short stay this room are practically furnished. From the rooms with 100er numbers has a beautiful view on the city santiago de Cuba. The hotel is located on a hill in the vicinity of a local blocks, which made it to nightime noise can be (party on the street at night to three hours).
The food is well arranged, but good quality. The restaurant offers a nice view over the valley, santiago de Cuba is by. Since the dining room is very small, the cuban music is very ... loud to eat. read more

I had a double room as a single available. As already several times described here, but hard to imagine, the roofs are cornered the room, but not the walls, so that it under the sloping no wall to the neighbors. This has led to a strong first soundproofing, on the other hand, also the larger the animals: in my room next door, I saw a rat only on the floor, then walk on the beams, the next evening I found a half then FRES-ENE packing Knoppers in my backpack. The balcony or terrace was very beautiful. the pool you could everywhere, but it was beautiful and sufficient.
