The hotel does what it says on the tin. The higher price, with everything the guest on the location. The entry tunnel through the rock at the hotel is exceptional. read more

The Omnia in Zermatt a stay has its special charm and its price. The special hotel on the rocks with history is different from the other. Depending on the room category and price, wonderful view of the centre of Zermatt and the Matterhorn Summit. Very nice by night. All in all, but the hotel ambience-despite the extremely friendliness of the staff-a bit sterile and cold. (per S. was about ten years in the original in the hotel, the ability to communicate the original character not made more comparable). Anyhow, great experience, not cheap. Try It Out. Zermatt is always worth ... a visit-also in summer. read more

We were already repeatedly in the Omnia, a gem and a great Boutique Hotel in Zermatt. This time we had the two higher room type, then the room has a decent size (queen size bed rooms are very small). Service and food were good. The wellness area was wonderful with a view of the town and of the Matterhorn. The location of the hotel is absolutely central, 30m to the town square, although raised over Zermatt location (underground elevator through the rock). Only the bus to the ski runs a few hundred meters away from, that is to say here ... you have to walk with your ski boots, or you can take a taxi for about twelve CHF to the ski lifts. read more

A stylish design hotel, brilliant on a rock above Zermatt location, this place gives you peace and relaxation. The staff are unobtrusive and accommodating, the service offered attractive. If you look at the whole offer (pool, fitness room, sauna, wide breakfast, small touches in between) the hotel thus justifies the high price. read more

We spent 1 week in the Omnia Zermatt. The room was large and quiet, ideal for the accommodation of the ski equipment and the sauna/pool area perfect for the recuperation after skiing. The Omnia is certainly not a cheap hotel, but the relaxation factor is true. read more

Completely satisfied, good and makes sense (design, facilities, service), impeccable condition, surprisingly relaxed (guests and staff) frills 100% free, condoms in the nightstand instead of Bible, any other hotel suddenly appears much too expensive. The Omnia was part of a 14 day rail conquest Switzerland, very sorry, that we only had three days for Zermatt. read more

We'have stayed twice a weekend in the Omnia. The service at the door begins with a person greeting and welcome drink. The hotel has a great location on the cliff overlooking the village, rock or diversifying its food and beverage offerings. Particularly nice when you sit in the Jacuzzi. The rooms are stylish clean equipped, so it's less is more. Lots of wood, and light. The mattresses were on the bed took some getting used to. The adapt to the morphology and at the beginning rather hard on-hop. Nice, a good whiskey is, as well as small touches the kitchen. ... In the bathroom toiletries are Kiehl's products. The dinner was rather cheap for Swiss standards, but very delicious therefor. Especially recommended is the three course meal for 55 Friday A little sparse is the breakfast. You can order eggs all, but the selection at the buffet. It is very well arranged. The price is affordable. In the winter, but you can tell that the ' haves 'it is desired. However, we would love to come back again and again! read more

Omnia is well located (but not so great with ski boot and carry the ski walking down a short distance to the main street for taxi) and provides excellent service on receiving guest at taxi/train terminal and arrival at hotel. The food in its restaurant was the best we have tried in Zermatt (better then Grand hotel Shonegg GaultMillau 15/20 which is possibly highest rated in Zermatt). The breakfast choice is limited compare with 5 star hotel, but with good quality. Not very pratical bathroom in room A. Friendly staffs but when comes to dealing with complaints? Not doing well ... enough. read more
