We are this hotel from a- nkunft to z- urückschauen absolutely without restrictions impressed and satisfied and will definitely come again.
We were pampered, looked after and always friendly treated.
Special praise is due to the attentive, friendly and ilfsbereitem staff!

The hotel la plantacion del sur is the ideal location for vacationers, a bit relaxation want; but no large value entertainment put. The hotel lies at the edge of town from Costa Adeje. The waterfront (+beach) you need on foot about 10 minutes. Around this to reach one must however on a (generally little busy) four-lane strong derogatory street along go. For persons with reduced mobility the hotel is so rather unsuitable. The hotel offers therefor twice a day (10:00 hours and 12:00 a. m., back: 2:00 p. m. and 4:00 p. m.) a transfer ... to the beach at. Due the location high above the sea you have a wonderful view over the coast and the atlantic ocean. The pool area is a real eye catcher. The balinese beds you can really nice comfortable. Unfortunately also here the bad habbit of the reserving (still before breakfast) at the order of the day. The hotel is in the colonial style and attention to the issue of energy saving. In things lighting (staircase) after our opinion something exaggerated. Negatively to us was also the clairaudience the room noticed. You heard every step our stöckelschuhetragenden neighbour, what happened in several nights woke us up. The audience is international. By far the most guests come from the uk. Although we only a room to the had booked the garden site we were a room with seaview (and the island La Gomera) allocated. Unfortunately there was occasional traffic on the four-lane street, the below of the hotel along leads. This us however not really bother us. Because of the really friendly staff, of the great view and altogether very pleasant atmosphere we would the hotel however definitely book it again. read more

The hotel has a very nice location with a view of the sea and La Gomera. You can walk to everything, the way back is however somewhat tedious, for us however not a problem was. We have this hotel selected, us to relax, and especially, also sleep in. Unfortunately are the cleaning ladies already at 08:30 o'clock actively and very noisy. An instruction at the front desk we brought only a day peace. Then it was in the morning again los,
To the other we had, as we arrived late in the evening in the hotel arrived, the room ... service used. Here one can only say, far overpriced price and a very poor quality. Same goes for the breakfast,
That our opinion not 5 stars. We were therefore pleased, not to have booked half board.

La plantacion del sur has understated charm of a small luxury hotel. The 165 rooms either in the main building or in the villas are very tastefully and generously without much schnick schnack furnished. The garden with the 5 pool is very well maintained and adds trapezoid shaped in the slope. We had good internet connection wi-fi on the complex. Additionally, we were iPad for rent offered. Than TUI guests a personal service at the side, the your job with much passion exercises. We had the half board and were some of the younger guests, which certainly because of the ... travel time was. Especially we shared with british, scandinavian, spanish and french the nice quiet area. read more

The hotel really is recommendable and determines one of the best at the Costa Adeje.
Although the location not the best, is the complex with a fantastic view on the sea. To the beach it is only a couple -minute walk.
The room on the top floor with a direct view of the sea left nothing to be desired, particular emphasis should be on the above average large bathrooms with power showers.
Front desk was pleasant and professional, staff very friendly. Breakfast room for me not 5-stars.
The only shortcoming are the very thin tearoffs the balconies with many rooms ..., the privacy was a bit restricted. read more

In short the hotel fulfilles all wishes, we had a very warm welcome and felt from the first minute probably. The breakfast, as well as the dinner are very good and of high quality.
The distance to the beach is on foot about 10 min walk downhill. By the somewhat more highly convenient on a small hill, the hotel has they made a matchless view to La Gomera and the atlantic ocean.
The lunch at the pools could be eaten, was with the quality of the dinner were not comparable. We are a high quality used (perhaps a bit spoiled) ... and the dishes also were overpriced nothing special a friend.
The spa area should included in the price his.
Nevertheless everything else excellent condition. read more

Very fine hotel to relax and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, attentive and courteous. The wellnesslandschaften are suited for tourists, which itself from the everyday life stress to recover to want themselves. For children is precisely the bathing area little attractive and exciting, so we especially couples recommend the hotel. The buffet is varied, good and tasty.
The rooms are harmoniously furnished-a newer tv would be recommended.
Otherwise - a wonderful hotel for relaxing, feel well and enjoy. read more

The hotel belongs to the 'small luxury hotels of the world '. The vincci plantacion del sur to a smaller hotel with about 150 rooms.
Front desk and check in ran smoothly by a small drink triradiate. Rooms are different terrain furnished and big enough. Bathroom with rainshower shower and 2 washbasin. Flat screen in the room for my taste too small, I would already somewhat more have expected themselves.
The gartensuiten are quite run-down, smell a bit musty after cold smoke and jacuzzi, the then probably the highlight of the suite should be, did not work. But as we ... only one night in the suite we wanted not complain about. As mentioned, the double room with a view of the sea are great.
Pool area very well maintained and with several kabanas equipped (without different fees). Loungers with cushions were but at least exactly comfortable. Altogether 4 pools and something for everyone. Altogether were while we were there not many children in the hotel, so that it was rather quiet.
Half board was very good. Breakfast with everything right paraphernalia. Different kinds of fruit, sausage, cheese, bread. Eggs from scrambled egg until omelet, pancakes, sweet things, fresh juice and much more. There should something for everyone his.
Dinner is also very good and each evening by a few highlights upgraded. Monday barbecue with burgers and meat from the charcoal grill outside, wednesday sushi, thursdays tapas and fridays canarian specialties.
The pool bar is, what drinks subject, reasonable, the food was average. Once there was a recommendation of the day '4 cheese pizza'. I am pretty sure, that no fresh pizza was, but the ' fragrant 4- cheese dr. Oetker '. I know so exactly, because I during my study almost exclusively from pizza fed and exactly this 4 cheese pizza also today still on my menu is available. The is not bad but please do not in a five star hotel on Tenerife by the pool for 10, -€.
Location of the hotel is not good. I the previous reviews only connect. The location on the mountain is not ideal as a starting point for walks or way to the beach.
Rental car to the exploration the island definitely recommendable.
The hotel vincci plantacion del sur is definitely recommendable. Here you can forget everyday life and ideal relaxation. Guest structure too many German, scandinavians, french and spanish. Altogether a very pleasant audience.
Whether Tenerife with its black sand, Costa Adeje the place and the short beaches now what are, everybody has to decide for himself. We have as a comparison Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria and with all the pros and cons of hotel and island Gran Canaria prefer. The dunes of Maspalomas for long walks on the beach simply better. And the location many hotels there because of of the direct access to the sea perfect. read more

We were now already for the second time in this hotel la plantacion. Both times we were one of the villas, which, as the hotel itself, on the Costa Adeje rise. From up here, a former bananas-plantation, with a fantastic view over the sea. The beach itself is in a couple of minutes within walking distance, the pool area is wonderful decorated. The leisure facilities are in accordance with the size of the hotel rather manageable, the spa area however very attractive. The rooms are in the colonial style held, very clean and spacious. Who buffet like and half board ... bay the evening selection of themed buffet, whereby fish or meat on request always freshly prepared are. And breakfast there is always until 11 o'clock. One completely pampered. We will be back! read more

A relatively small hotel with about 165 rooms. State of the hotel is nothing to complain. The hotel is in every area absolutely clean. There are 4 pools, around the loungers and four-poster beds are arranged. Note, that it is a hillside and thus smaller elevation changes occur, however without any problems to figure it out. The hotel is with breakfast/ half board were offered. The guest structure consists mainly of germans and englishmen together. Who the plantacion del Sur Bay doesn't do anything wrong! The hotel is to 100% the already marked picture. A outstandingly beautiful complex, well maintained and in sum really real five stars. The staff are attentive a the stay really as beautiful as possible to make. Just in the area of food one sees, that the staff have fun with the work and with' a lot of heart' it is. Nothing is impossible and focus on the guest. A lot of employees speak good to very good German. The guest relations manager Daniela the all the guests' wishes are worries. ... This is something unique and I only rarely in houses this category experienced. The sporty activities is also very good, a fitness instructor organized 3 times daily different classes, there is also a gym on current standard (even with weights). The wellness and spa area hardly a wish goes unfulfilled. Annoying day or evening -there is entertainment no, a big plus! Only the location not right next to the sea is not perfect, but it is a shuttle bus-service furnished, the 4 times a day to the beach and return runs. The single drive by taxi cost however only 3 Euro and the way on footh would 10 minutes. That's why no real problem. Altogether a really great run hotel of the category five stars where hardly any wishes remain open. A real recommendation! read more

Ideal hotel for relaxing. Beautiful and well-kept complex with 6 pools and enough chairs. We had a dreamlike junior suite with beautiful views of the Atlantic. The staff were in all areas very friendly and obliging. A special thanks to Daniela, the guest relations manager for the German speaking guests, it was great. The island is very diverse and you definitely for example per car explore. We were in September and the air conditioning was wonderful. read more
