Location and interior perfect for a city trip in nyc. In the business center worked the printer not, and the staff the front desk without further have adopted, for several hundred pages records printing (many thanks to Joanna and estela). Very friendly and very helpful staff in spite of the stress through hurricane Sandy could have been expected. read more

The garden INN hotel Times Square is part of the Hilton-group and has been recently as a former comfort INN completely rebuilt. It is located one block west of Times Square at the eighth avenue. we reached the hotel already in the morning against 11:00 and had onto a early check in hoped (really begins around 15:00). The friendly staff at the front desk could however only a immediately vacancy in the fifth floor, next to the lift, offer, which we declined. He quoted our cell phone number and promised a call, as soon as our room ready. ... Against 14:30 we came back to the hotel and still you could no room offer, so that we, bit surprised, in the lobby Took a seat. A few minutes later they apologized with two drinks-Coupons for the convenience store in the hotel and gave us the key for a quiet room in the tenth floor. the room was for new York proportions surprisingly large, mordernly decorated and very clean. The same applied for the bathroom. The high kingbed for us was extremely comfortable; the mattresses hardness can even set will. Wi-Fi is in the whole hotel in vain. The only inconvenience was the hotel provide subway, which you also in the tenth floor noticed. It has our sleep however is not affected. Also the noise from the street inclusive of the fire and police vehicles were window very good insulated. the garden INN hotel Times Square was an excellent price performance ratio and is part of the absolute hotel recommendations in new York! read more

We were there at the beginning of March for eight days at the Hilton garden inn Times square. The location of the hotel is for a city break to beat. In just a few minutes you can reach the Broadway with all shows, Times square and plenty of restaurants, bars, or cafes. (Room), the decor of the hotel seems very new and was always absolutely clean. For sightseeing in new York is located within five minutes walking distance from the bus and subway station. Check-in & check-out went well without problems, all staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was ... on the fourth floor and so was the under the hotel driving subway during the day already very strongly to be heard or even notice; at night the but never disturbed, possibly the subway at this time and only very rarely. In the room there was a spacious closet with a safe, a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker and a flat-screen. So if you love to stay at the hotel-catering for example, milk, cheese, sausage, etc. in the refrigerator to keep within a very short time something in the microwave or warm. Conclusion: absolute recommendation Tip: from time to time the rates on the Hilton website look at, especially before or after the season you can get very good prices read more

I have five days in this hotel. The location can't be beat. Everything is reachable by foot. The rooms are large and spacious, the beds extremely comfortable. The service, the food, the furnishing-everything was perfect. I felt completely comfortable. read more

Nothing to complain about! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Safety deposit box, mini bar, microwave was available and worked perfectly. Next to the hotel there was the 'food Emporium', where you all kinds of food/drinks. Not cheap, but delicious. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Times square. Station is only a few minutes 'walk away. We knew us well in NY, but also for making the Jizera the hotel is a great starting point, from there you got there everywhere. This hotel is no comparison to the doubletree Metropolitan (569 Lexington Avenue ..., new York). It is so much better! over holidaycheck booked: King room for 500 Euro per seven days. It doesn't get any better! read more

Highly recommend this hotel. Good value for money. Everything in "walking" walking distance. (Times Square, the Empire State, Macys, PennStation, etc). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Air conditioner was individually adjustable. Rooms are a little small but adequate for a city break. Bathroom very large. Everything very modern as only been opened for one year. read more

    Our room was amazing, we were totally surprised about the size of the room, this is for New York standards very generous. We had a queen bed, which for us was absolutely sufficient and most importantly, it was very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. The furniture was appropriate and the TV was large (flat screen). The rooms had also wireless Internet, air conditioning, coffee machine and a microwave, and a safe deposit box for free. Minibar was not, there was a small fridge where you could buy drinks cold. Furthermore, there was an ice machine in the hallway.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was done quickly and found with questions we always found a nice and fast information. The English language in the United States, which should certainly reasonably speak. Often we would never experienced that Spanish was spoken, but the main language was clearly English. The rooms were always well cleaned daily, we were absolutely satisfied with the room service (tip: not at the end of my trip the tip, each day 2 to 3 US dollars).

    The location of the hotel could not be better, it is on the 8 Ave between 48 and 48 street. It is only a few steps to the famous Times Square (7 Avenue and Broadway). Although the hotel is situated on a busy street and the subway leads through under the hotel, but it did not bother us at all, we stayed out so tired, we did not hear traffic and the subway. But we honestly, if you choose hotel in the center, could find no quiet spot. This is New York: -D!!!

The rooms are just great, they are large and well equipped. These include a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, free safety deposit box and a marble bathroom. I highly recommend this establishment and will book it anytime again. The check in such as out only minutes, was also great in the lobby is a room with three internet PC's you could use for free. From there, you could also free printing. In the lobby also has a little shop where you could buy the most necessary things. waiting for the shuttle bus or the transfer to the airport is also ... no problem in the lobby. read more

    Large room! Two double beds, still plenty of space. We wanted (because the fire station next door) actually a room at the back of the hotel, but turned out to be just not, better so, we had a great view of 8th Avenue, especially at night of snow fall, and relax in the diner across the Fahrradtaxifahrer met. At night we (German! (I) even the windows open, you're in New York : -) diagonally across from the Grayhound station for city tours. In-room safe.

    We were given two coupons for a free breakfast, we use. A decent American breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Other than that we to Emporium breakfast. Coffee and tea was provided in the room free of charge. You will be "downtown" at all that nobody had to starve.

The Congierge gave us the best way to get to the airport a reasonably adequate "town car" instead of taxi organised.

    The location around the corner from Times Square, which is right in the theater district is ideal for this time of year. A short walk in the Central Park and Macys, at Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building. We had a 7 -day metro pass bought it, but not so much use. Located in the theater district, it is everything and no one will starve. You can also take take out food. We had tickets to play in the Walter Kerr-theater, the cold of winter only once we had to walk around the corner. Very pleasant.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located one block from Times Square. Around the hotel are several musicals and autobiographies within easy reach. The rooms are for New York standards very good size and well equipped, including LCD TV. The rooms facing the street are somewhat louder, but have a nice view. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant, Pigalle, serves a combination of French brasserie and American breakfast, very nice. If not quite cheap, about 150 euro per room/night, I can only recommend it. read more

The Hilton Garden Inn Times Square booked through the internet and for a king evolution room for 7 nights 24 1000. -- Euros. Catering and transfer were not included in the price. We chose this hotel based on the reviews in the internet and for New York but reasonable price! The hotel has 15 floors us is overall in decent condition. The cleanliness in the rooms and the general hotel area is very good and we were satisfied with the service. In the warmly decorated lobby in AM complimentary tea and coffee, comfortable sofas and armchairs invite to stay! Here ... there was a small shop with souvenirs, drinks and snacks, open 24 hours, but is very expensive. Next to the reception guests enjoy free business center with 4 computers and free Internet access. They are also available free printing. The guest structure was nicely mixed whereas us but noticed that very many Americans at the same time as we were in this hotel. read more

    Our king evolution room with a comfortable double bed was on the second floor overlooking the street. The room was a good size for New York standards, very spacious, as far as we heard and read. Room with a large desk, Internet access, flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, telephone, alarm clock and a small table with two armchairs. storage space for clothes was not very much available. For this purpose only a small wardrobe and a chest of draws available. There was a free safe in the room, but no code number, so you always had to take with the safe key and make sure. The bathroom was a bit small and is equipped with bathtub, toilet and vanity areas. Room and bathroom were very clean, but already strongly worn. There was a individually controlled air conditioning and; in the hallways were vending machines, where you could buy soft drinks. Unfortunately our room was very noisy. The about every 15 minutes under the hotel via metro is very hard to ignore and you will feel the tremors is very clearly. Also the clairaudience to the neighboring rooms must be mentioned, as you can hear loud-spoken here every word and chairs back. May be this problem with subway doesn't reach the higher floors, that the walls were too thin on the other rooms anywhere but the same. Facit: our room unfortunately only average. The hotel itself we would but due to the good value for money again.

    We booked our stay without board but, it is all guests in the French style restaurant "Pigalle", which belongs to the hotel. It is right over the hotel lobby and is also visited by many locals. You could eat, depending on the time of day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the prices were very expensive. We used the Pigalle twice, were satisfied with the service we received and the quality, but unfortunately were price and quantity of not in order. Also the alcoholic drinks were very expensive (small beer $7 ). The restaurant was every day and very well visited at any time of day.

    Here there is actually nothing to complain about, but unfortunately the friendliness of some of the staff but very fake. In principle all staff members were very nice and friendly, the room cleaning worked very well and one complaint, it was also quick been Dispelled. Check-in (from 15 hours) and check-out (until 12 hours) quickly and worked very well, you couldn't expect any foreign language skills, English skills are a must.

    The location is great! The hotel is located in the 8 Avenue between 47 and 48 street. Very many attractions such as Central Park, Times Square or Rockefeller Center are all within walking distance. Only for the attractions in the downtown area you need a ride, because the path to walk but very far. There are countless restaurants, bars and shopping in the immediate surroundings and right next to the hotel there was a small supermarket ( Food Emporium) with daily fresh and very tasty. Here you get sandwiches, pizzas, sushi, bakery products and sweets, and drinks. About 50 yards from the hotel start Grayline bus company to the city tours and also the metro station is in the immediate vicinity. tours and excursions are right across the street from the staff at Grayline offered. Stayed here different, which all worked well. You will find these boys in Manhattan and is spread over automatically addressed. To the airport John F. Kennedy we with our shuttle for a way around 1-1.5 hours.

This hotel really recommend!!! The location is hard to improve!!! Almost everything within walking distance!!! I also love the decor of the room with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker!!! Just returned in hot weather it is very pleasant if you always found something cold drink!!! Also gives you the opportunity to in the morning at holiday period in the lobby coffee or tea!!! If I were staying in this wicked city then at the Hilton garden inn times Square!! This hotel really recommend!!! read more

The hotel has a really perfect location in midtown Manhattan. Everything super easy on foot or by train. A metro station is in the immediate vicinity. Times Square is just round the corner and you really is in the middle of the action. The check-in was also in the middle of the night great uncomplicated. A room change due to wrong beds ( we had king size and queen size) get the next morning no problem at all. It was an easy and as an apology nor a voucher. The breakfast is really very delicious, even typical American. When we ... had questions, the staff immediately to the place and also in the cover shall be helped immediately and you really well taken care of. For New York standards very large room with refrigerators, microwaves, and coffeemakers. Only a block from Broadway. Highly Recommended are the restaurants in the 9th Avenue. The hotel is really recommended! read more

Well in advance looking for an affordable and good hotel. browse, search, and after a long time in various internet portals and forums, out we opted for this place and we were not disappointed. We had a double room with a King bed room. The room was super spacious (approx. 30 sqm), what New York standards must have been great. In the room there was a big LCD TV with HD channels, a safe with key, a microwave, large refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker. The bathroom wasn't very large, but functional and clean. There are free morning coffee ... or tea as much as you like in the lobby. The lobby is friendly, with lots of seating. The guest structure was mixed, from young to old, we had the impression that they range from the English-speaking world. The housekeeping was very thorough and the rooms were always clean. Super is the business center, which guests can use free 24 hours a day. In this room only by the room card. There are 4 computers and printers free use of the internet, Office programs, etc. available. read more

    We did not have breakfast booked. The breakfast, as well as the food in the hotel restaurant "Pigalle" is very delicious and of high quality. The price is unfortunately covered and all in all too expensive. The service is as in (almost) all restaurant in New York, perfect and not to compare with the German services! The restaurant has a French touch. It is always busy, both for hotel guests, as well as New Yorkers. The atmosphere reminiscent of a French bistro. If you B&B to a humane price we would make this eventually.

    With the service overall, we were very pleased. We could check in on time (3:00 PM) and our concerns were immediately fullfilled. You can store your luggage free, if you have to go to the airport until later (check out is at 12 :00 , our flight but only in the evening). Our Supershuttle we left from the hotel, which was really worked well. The staff was very friendly! Evening there you only after submission of the room key to the elevator which gives you a very safe feeling. The room cleaning, as described above, was spotless.

    It must be in the hotel there was a small fitness studio, but after all the excursions, we were so we didn't really care.; -) Great is the free use of computers in the business center, where you can have 24 hours a day and offers. The apartments also have pay movies, and video games for a fee, but we didn't use that.

    Perfect home base for exploring New York! Central as hardly! Once around the corner and you are right on the time Square (no 5 minutes by foot). All subway links are located in the immediate vicinity. Just 50 meters from the hotel you can bus tours, tours, etc. Right across the street (you need after looking for not being constantly spoken and flyer to the hand! ) Central Park is about a 15 minute walk (just up right out of the hotel, 8th Avenue just returned from and you can get straight to the Columbus Circle). Frühstückstipp: just to the right of the hotel (separated by the 50th street) there is a food emporium, where you can have insanely inexpensive breakfast. There are bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, croissants, etc. And food this is there. We really shopping in the hotel shop, since the prices were overpriced.

We were already 2007 guests for 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square and had good memories that now was not disappointed. The Laedes hotels on the 8. Avenue between 48 And 49 Street is ideal with all major subway lines are in the immediate vicinity, the Times Sq only about 5 minutes away on foot. Also the city tour buses nearby from - highly recommended: If you don't know Manhattan, gives you a good first impression and individual areas, the interest to him, individually to visit. The hop-on-hop-off-ticket, the three tours routes includes (Midtown, uptown and Brooklyn) ... costs $54 and is 48 -hour. We had a room on the 9th. The 8th floor Avenue. Windows fail to the bustling streets largely away from traffic noise, but against the sirens of all nächtlich ausrückenden fire several times at the next corner you are not. Guests will also rumbling soundproof the subways under the 8. Avenue's have written about. Those sensitive to ask for a room on the east side. The rates vary depending on the season, however, highly weekday and utilization. Two tips: the restaurant adjoining the hotel we found too expensive, especially for breakfast. Good and cheap we in the Olympic Grill just across the road on the 8. Avenue breakfast. Also on the 9th. There are a number of good Mittelklassenrestaurants Avenue and Diners. Secondly, if you are looking for a longer trip laundry, try it not do at the hotel. Cheap laundry in the 48 And 49 Street between 8. And 9. Avenue shopping, and on the 9th. Avenue. You are the dry cleaning and laundry morning and pick you up in the evening - costs a fraction of the hotels require. read more

We can highly recommend this hotel. A great location, great rooms and lots of underground stations in the immediate area. Broadway 2 minutes away, Times Square about 6 minutes. Port Authority (for the bus from Newark no 10 minutes by foot). Price/performance ratio was just not to improve. Although there was no German TV program, but we could do without. read more

For a city break I would recommend it to all. Only a block from Broadway, two and three blocks from Times Square. For New York large rooms with microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV, desk and seating area. Normal size bathroom with tub, a large washstand and hair dryer. Shampoo etc. filled out daily. Free and wireless Internet access. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant we didn't use, as in the enough good places to eat. Two blocks from the underground station 50 Street with line E and Airtrain for USD 7. 00 (One way) to the airport John F. Kennedy or ... hotel. Taxi from John F Kennedy cost approximately USD 60 00 and from Newark about USD 70 00 read more

The room (KingEvolutionRoom) has a typical American bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (tea and coffee is in the room) and a playstation (surcharge). A breakfast was offered, but we didn't use it.     The hotel is about 250 meters from Broadway and TimesSquare away. A great location for a city break. Several metro lines are within a few minutes walking distance. Supermarket right beside the hotel with a good variety of choices. Fresh fruit and salad in comparison to Germany are very expensive. The cheapest check in from John F. Kennedy is with the AirTrain for $5 and a transfers to the metro for $2 possible. The line A and E in the 42ten or 50th street and from there, the hotel is within walking distance.
