    Our large room (3724) on the 7. floor on the 1st nice view, shortcomings do only on closer look at and dirt from the previous was still everywhere. The mirror in the bathroom was full of water spots and other stains, the mirror in the dressing room area has at least putzstreifen on. Dust bunnies there is under the chairs. For 4 stars we find not acceptable. We inhabited a corner room with a balcony (the balcony there is no balcony), have a large bed, a large round dining table with 5 chairs, a desk, a sofa corner, the tv next to bed is possible (just thai program), safe, wardrobe/ kosmetikecke with mirror and hair dryer, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and separate separated toilet. By the size and decor was great, but you could make more out of it. A fridge is also there and as our drinks grant therto, is only once a plate full of water contrary to, the fridge and the space before it flooded. We deseam everything with the smallest towels on, so it was clean in this area already long not more. Because for example the glasses on the fridge or the toothbrush holder are dirty/stained, the towels where the zahnputzgläser have still hair of the predecessors and we rinse everything. On the 2. day we were-without request in our opinion – a new shower curtain. Still were the mirror but not deseamed and showed still the same water spots/ putzschlieren.

    There are a restaurant and the breakfast room in the hotel. The breakfast -restaurant is at 8:15 o'clock enormously much going on. A company has a session, all people (many muslims, therefore there are also no ham) are naturally at this time eat. On the 2. day we were before 8 o'clock breakfast, there was also no large promote more, so that the atmosphere quiet was. The offer was the same as the day before. Clean glasses or clean saucers /mugs initially not easy. (there is glass with glasnudel or other leftovers are?) For breakfast are coffee, tea, geflügelwürstchen, chicken breast disks, thai warm food, 2 cornflakes, fruit (small bananas, water- and melons ), 3 open sorts jams, butter, 2 sorts of toast and fried eggs from the wärmepfanne offered, besides there is a an egg station. With the egg station you should 8 that this' well done ' are, otherwise one has still liquid -egg. Salt and pepper pot there are on the table, but it is nothing out. Because all were empty. The dinner was in our round trip-package includes. We could on the 1. day from the menu, there, there are of thai food for pizza, pasta and Schnitzel something for every taste. The prices are between 250 and 400 Bhat per main meal. Our thai food was tasty and plentiful. On 2. night, we were only to the nature of the food asked (whether international or thai) and received as thai food then 3 courses (soup, a selection of fish-, curry-, chicken and vegetable dishes, as well as fresh fruits). These meals were all good, who 'not so hot' ordered also got food with pleasant schärfegrad. The hotel has in the lobby area a small bar, even a happy hour offers. We wanted to go to the dinner a drink to take us, waited several minutes, but there was no service, so that we the bar again left. In the pool area are the structural arrangements for a swim-in bar, however makes this a for years left impression. While it is instead in the pool area a small small house for the pool supervision with a fridge, but we stayed during our stay only 1 briefly saw, the supervision and drinks sale has. Here you rent even free towels for the pool from, is in a list and at levy back from.

    The spa is expensive (1 hour 1700 Bhat!) And it has no such brilliant atmosphere, that the price justified would be. On the next day there was a special offer from 1 hour 500 Bhat, which still too expensive is. The as free advertised wi-fi turned out to be a not free, as you require 150 Bhat for 2 h There is a shuttle bus to Krabi town (departure hotel: 10/ 13 and 16 hours) and the ao nang beach (about 15 kilometers away, departure hotel 10, 13 and 16 hours) return sailings are Krabi town (11:15/13:15 and 16:50) and the ao nang beach around 10:45 and 16:25. for every shuttle bus are 25 squares per drive available, so always better before a capacity reserve.

    The hotel has a spacious laid out pool and a small separate shallow pool. The pool is dropping of 5 centimeter to about 1.70 metres. He has theoretically a swim-up bar (see above 'dining'). In the lagoon is a jetty into the water and there are canoes are required, but while we were there was not someone the company offered, nor have we ever someone on the lagoon see. Entertainment (for example music) there were during our stay not, although in the restaurant area a piano and a mikrofonanlage were. On the hotel area and around the lagoon is a trekking / bike trail (noisy hotel map), which we did not use, never saw anyone else using the jogs or wheel goes. Nearby is also a golf course are noisy hotel. We didn't and also no signs noticed.

Mold in the bathroom. Room was not clean cleaned. Door was not properly. No wireless Internet in the room. At the pool there were enough chairs and mats was mold. Stains on the carpet. read more

The hotel has about 200 beds but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Everywhere is mold times completely apart from the dirt which we especially in the suite, so didn't expect. We have the ' Andorasuite ' booked but unfortunately not available there was this section of complex not yet open was. So we were given a free upgrade to the ' Maritimesuite '. Felt the suite and wanted to go into Andorasuite this could but none show. Expect it these, as in the internet represented, in this hotel not after several different rooms were shown. The Andorasuite ... but nobody wanted to find. The only thing what was nice was the view of 2 limestone cliff. That was it then but also. Garden area absolutely not maintained although you from the complex really could do. Think this is located on the nearby Aonang where beaches be ordered. read more

    Big room but dirty, old and run down. Dirty bed sheet I still bad when I think about it.

    We had only the breakfast and were glad not evenings eat to have. Everywhere ants, to the food. Nothing was covered this problem to avoid. Warm dishes (2 different from the number of rice and pasta) was always cold. Cutlery/ Tablecloths more than dirty.

    To the pool: Moldy beach chair cushiohns and strange Pulverrückstände on edge was washed ashore. A precaution we did not enter.
