    Room was really clean and in good condition! The safe is a joke! Room service 5 times a week do so the ladies free Either you get a bath mat or a geschirtuch both is not included ☺ Toilet paper refill oh what... You then the front desk for the receptionist just a sentence in a european language 'i don't know'

    All-inclusive we can recommend! Cocktails ice cream etc.. All inclusive the whole day. Lunch only pizza chips, noodles and salad! Us completely handed, since we at noon only a small snack food wanted! In the evenings always different side dishes, salad buffet (without dressing!) And 2 sorts of meat and fish! In the morning only one sort of bread rolls, dark bread, toast, croissants marlemade 2 sorts of a sort of cheese, 3 types of sausage, 3 cereals, canned fruit a sort yogurt, coffee machine, juices, tea For a week enough for 2 weeks it would be too monotonous

    The waiters super german and speak english! Are very friendly. The staff at reception is an absolute disaster. Neither german nor english and now it is spanish understand! The speak partially. No spanish! In Spain! Asked ourselves what is if as someone. Need help a doctor or sunday.. Key deliver pointless if you have again will understand the the room number. Or you get wrong key. Or in my case false identity cards back! Impossible! Safe rent pointless! Huge key with at the front desk hand over... How... Each foreign pressed into the hand of the ask... Help! The hotel left promoter purely, so you by the pool even harassed!

    Pool is very steep. For children rather unsuitable (but there is a children's swimming pool), cold always enough couches etc. Karaoke in the hotel is funny. You can look at, otherwise there was even live music... The it was also with the entertainment but you are in the nightlife district of the canary islands so what do you in the hotel hang.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. The c. c. Kasbah one in ten minutes great on foot. Here you will find the best discos. Taxi to Kasbah 3 Euro. Taxi to the palmitos park 17 Euro taxi to Yumbo 5 Euro.

We had expected far worse. For a 2 star hotel more than enough! Were already on arrival surprised how fast everything was and how clean and beautiful the room was. Had a great view! However respect only a big minus point was the bed. It is very hard and there is no real blanket, but only such a completely thin sheet. Had luckily own bed sheets to prevent forward. Food was good and sufficient. Had all inclusive. In the morning and evenings it always had variety, lunch everyday the same. Clearly no gourmet food but totally sufficient. Ice and drinks ... machine were the whole day freely accessible and wine/cheap spirits there was at the bar. Parties were nearby easily accessible on foot, beach in front of the door. Bars and shops almost in front of the house. For people who is not entitled to the bed have really recommendable! read more

I was with my friend in the january for 3 weeks in Corona roja. We both felt very comfortable. What these 3 weeks from the staff at friendliness have learned, we were very comfortable done. Alone the front desk a very nice lady and a very nice mr greeted us very friendly and helped us with our questions. I am severely disabled and needed a room with walk-in shower in this pleasant staff not a problem! The cleaning lady made a very good job. Also the staff for the food very friendly, we will next year definitely come again! Again ... thank you very much at the entire staff for your willingness to help and friendliness. The one on the way there not the room get the you booked, but in a studio without Balcony and run-down,put i find frustrating. And this is not an isolated case. The lady at the reception is completely overburdened. read more

We were for christmas until new year there, although we as early bookers in august booked, we have no room and balcony or terrace received. We were on the 2. floor with only small window accommodated. As we had weighted, we got to 5 days a studio on the ground floor with a terrace. The front door was the patio door and there was only a small window in the kitchenette. The sharpest was, that one for the tv pay had to, 1 euros for an hour. Only the location was great at the hotel. If we in higher floors ... with a balcony and beautiful view building would be, then we would be satisfied. read more

If you only worth it on a cheap room for sleeping sets, then this is the Corona roja more than adequate. The food for a short trip okay, but not longer bearable. I was 2 times there and will definitely not go back! read more

In San Augustin in the Centro Comercial casa simpatico has a great curry sausage and the best Schnitzel the world read more

The hotel normally one could with the concept of ' quite run-down' describe, the employees are however all very friendly and did a good job. There is floor tiles easy to clean and the beds and soils are almost cleaned daily( if one would like). read more

    Run-down, but clean and great size, bathroom without mold and a small kitchenette with a fridge and utensils, glasses etc. No sink and no soap and no air conditioning. And tv only against coins!

    A restaurant divided into several places to sit. We always got a place and had not a long queue. With the cleanliness you can in any case be satisfied. Breakfast actually nothing to be desired. Sausage, cheese, jams, muesli, wholemeal bread, rolls and delicious sweet pastries, eggs, beans and small sausage and all conceivable coffee preferences from the automat however with really delicious espresso and coffee and choco. Who nutella or similar needs should this to bring their own. Lunch every day next: burger, fries, noodles with tomato sauce, pizza, salad buffet. The children were loved it but after a week you can then really not see more. Evenings basic but good and a little varied.

    The staff were always friendly and speaks German, much service you can't expect, since almost everything self-service is. But you need help, because something is broken (with us for example almost all bulbs), it was super quick and everything was fixed. The bathroom was nice and wasn't moldy. Only the front desk included boss are not accessible to the dealing with complaints if at all, then their duty commanded.

    Showers, chairs and sunscreens by the pool and baby pool free of charge available, at the beach 7,50 Euro for a umbrella and two loungers on the day. Entertainment program only in the neighboring hotel available and usable. We have but unfortunately only after a visit with the travel guide experienced, otherwise you will nowhere pointed out. Access to the internet at the front desk. Beware: all the it still not in the description read: tv only against coins! Excursions there were plenty of available, camel ride in the dunes of Maspalomas, boots and buggyausflüge etc.

Because of a lot of bad reviews me were positive überarscht! For 2 stars everything was very good! Room with a great views, food was also reasonable, hotel is clean and staff friendly. read more

Wanted a cheap and nice vacation make. Had at the start still worried about the not so good review of the hotel, but were very positively surprised everything was OK about the cleaning the room was nothing to complain about, the staff were very friendly and there was no communication problem. Would the hotel in any case visit again especially the short walk to beach pleased us. read more

A simple hotel ( at best 1 star ) on the edge playa del Ingles in the character a youth hostel, the selection at the buffet was simple and not very varied, but tasted reasonable. Very petty handling of the meal times. From 10:01 A. M. There was no breakfast and no coffee more. Wanted a cheap vacation for a small euro to make would like and no large expectations has, is this hotel possibly right. read more

We have stayed there for the third time in this hotel. We knew what to expect, but this time for a night a 'broom closet' (also there was in the second floor). The President at the front desk could us our the day of arrival( Sunday) not help, but luckily we got the following Monday a great room. You have to know, you for the price, you pay for this hotel, not the end of the day, a source of food may require. Breakfast was very spartanic, but dinner we found reasonable, overall well, the cleanliness in the dining room ... could be better, that is just a question of organization. Recommend yes, but one must know, what you expect. read more

The breakfast is absolutely unacceptable! There was no choice only sausage you tasted good! There were always the same 4 types. Cheese was not good! Juice inedible, as sugary water! A lot tourist bought yourself juice the breakfast! Dinner was from 7 evenings 3 times OK. You have to know, it is a two star hotel, but it was for three stars too bad! Rooms are partly in the main street, very loud. Furthermore, almost every morning at 5 o'clock the rubbish cart, from there it was with the sleep past! Enter 100 euros more from, the pays off! 2 ... times per week there are no choice cleaning in the room and no choice fresh towels! read more
