In the rooms it has lots of small flaws, better aufmersamkeit by the housekeeper! The majority of of the staff is very friendly, but there is also very crabby ladies. The so-called Hotel Katze will fed but is totally a cold and has no sheltered place. The cat not going well seems the staff and owners to care! Action is appropriate here. It does not fit the image of the hotel where the all in all everything is great is. I as a guest and animal lover complaint enormously on and it does blur the holiday feeling! I hope difficult ..., that the cat from a veterinarian and a better housing is. The hotel i can from my mood out further-recommend conditionally. read more

We had a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was to our satisfaction. We've for three years gladly anytime again and make a long spa weekend and let us spoil you. It is therefore something like our 2. home has become. We like to travel come back next year. read more

This hotel you can without compromises recommend it. Very friendly, courteous and sustainable staff, this was our 4. time since, that means already a lot. Advantages are free internet, free parking and civilian price in the bar and in the restaurant. You have the feeling, that you like and competent provided. Here the service is very important. Recommendable is by the way, the black forest card, from the 3. night inclusive is, then opens the black forest in all its variety and that in vain. Really all recommendable. Then costs top hotel only a pensionspreis, all are satisfied and at ... the end, we will go back, summer and winter feast size in our calendar. Respect the food is excellent, period of fasting afterwards plan. read more

Great hotel, good food. The reception was very cool, the room key we were into your hand pressed, with the statement: the room is on the 1. floor very unfriendly. Our 2 children had no half board, had to after menu, thus they were more expensive than the adults. read more

We had our kids the 60. birthday a extended wellness weekend in the hotel present. As i on the day of the trip there on 12-01-2013 with a strong cold to do had, we had to on the 2. day with a heavy heart the decision, a day earlier to leave than booked. We decided because of of the considerable financials. Loss not easy. But it was due to health reasons no different. What we then nevertheless very dissapointed has, was once the very cool nature of the employee at the front desk. We have perhaps expected, that one us ... for the ausfalltag a bit contrary to come, in which one us perhaps a credit for a other stay in the hotel to them. Instead the employees in its not friendly or tax amount of 5,60 Euro were unbuttoned to us. All of this is not just a good impression leave but with the hotel itself, its cleanliness especially the very good treatment and service in the wellness area nothing to do. read more

Great hotel for wellness -vacation. Very in hotel hirsch was well cleaned, therefore rustic The room with lake view in the main building was very big and absolutely clean. Just the balcony door klemmpte. The spa area newly decorated. The outside pool is heated and so in the winter usable. Unfortunately you have to 5 meters because of the cold to reach. Apart from that nicely done, with pool bar and separate sauna area. For dinner there was a 4 course dinner with possibility to choose for the main course.
