Arabic-style hotel, at the golf course location, for golfers short distances, facilities of the sister hotels al hamra palace casa group directly at the beach are with usable, fantastic beach amesi beach in january not crowded; otherwise in the al hamra several hotels and a large shopping mall with spirits shop! The hotel is with 4-star rated; currently only road repairs hotel block Waldorf Astoria in the immediate area opposite is in may 2013 be opened. read more

So the whole al hamra complex is a construction site, there are streets ripped, sidewalks the golf village beach (which we had booked ) to the beach lead were not negotiable, at the beach, as well as throughout the al hamra complex (palace, golf village beach and the fort) everywhere the whole day heavy construction machinery around, roads were tarred. One of the parking spaces for heavy construction machinery (so around 6 to 8 excavator), as well as the busverladestation from daily around 200 to 300 builders was in approximately 50 meters as the crow flies from our balcony from. ... By the pool (proximity to the beach, the only the partly cooled is, if the cooling not was broken, a week we had the 'pleasure') one could relax at any time to recover, sorry not entirely true because if the estimated 200 builders and labourer lunch (about one hour) had, slept you are on the hotel (was funny the everywhere to see). At the beach even went the whole day heavy construction machinery and from, to peace and relaxation was during the 3 weeks not to think. Rooms are rather small, we had, because i the hotel first written have, that we our honeymoon there would, supposedly an upgrade, i would not like to know how the 'normal' rooms would have looked as our room was small, it worked no light switches the on the wall were (you had to light the night table light on a rickety switch the cable was light). The balcony was always dirty, as well as the cleaning of the rooms, it was just back and forth the deck distributed. We painted nice pictures on the trifels ( for example written 'dirty' & funny faces) the we could the entire vacation see wildlife. When we arrived we had usable towels, after 3 days it was then and we got towels more than dish cloth have in use (frayed & more than spotted). We had a barely functioning completely molded air conditioner, in around 45 to 50 degree criticized (several times at the front desk and with the travel guide, when this finally after 10 days appeared ), the travel guide it had taken note of and signed ( mängelbericht locally!). Our repeated Rügen at the front desk then led to a swap (on 3./ 4th day after arrival ) of the room, nevertheless also in this room, as well as in 6 other, by other leisure marvel could, was the air conditioning moldy. The hotel consists of many smaller bungalows with 4 different apartments. We have all inclusive and were with the food more than satisfied. Top! The hotel was only two days with very many locals families visited, which we as very annoying felt. We could through the volume two nights not sleep. The pools and restaurants were crowded. But that was really only at the weekend so, in the week were relatively little tourist in the hotel. We could at any time the restaurant, as well as the pool across from hotel Palace, which everything belonged together, use. A shuttle bus ... helped us at any time available.     We had a small room with a balcony and double bed. ( A ceiling =) super flat screen with three German channels. The bathroom was with bath and hair dryer equipped. Everything was clean, no animals, the room service was great. Towels were changed daily. The safe we could without fee use.

Very nice outdoor areas. Is one more from the smaller hotel complex. The double rooms are definitely too small. The bathroom and the balcony is almost as big as the living room/ sleeping area. The rooms are very clean however is the bed for fully grown europeans or americans definitely too small. Mattresses clean and ok. There in the hotel for west-european standards rude high prices for single accomplishment, I can only all inclusive urgently recommend! Nevertheless we should for water with carbonated' extra' pay. Guest structure = international. Very pleasing and against the previous made experiences for us, that ... the eastern european residents absolutely perfectly behaved. read more

    The living area and sleeping area the double room is not sufficient and bad! The furnishing is run-down and old. The bathroom is disproportionately large, clean and appropriately furnished.     The breakfast and dinner in the al hamra village restaurant. The lunch was in the neighboring al hamra palace beach hotel restaurant. Everything beanstandungsfrei good and recommendable. The restaurants are spotlessly clean. It is international cuisine offered. Something for everyone! Except fridays is a peaceful atmosphere given. I can only recommend to everyone all inclusive to book, as the unit price for example for beverages disproportionately are covered. Water meter carbonic acid is not part of the all inclusive!

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. The foreign languages skills of the staff are international. Daily the rooms cleaned and the towels were changed. Everything was very good. Additional services we didn't use. Complaints were correct and immediately dealt with.

    It is a clean, good equipped fitness center available. As well as a wellness area, we but we didn't make use of it have. The pool is sufficient large and clean but was not cooled. Water temperature about 30 degrees. Recommendation = chilled pool at al hamra palace beach hotel use. A hotel's own child care I didn't see any. But you had to know, that the present locals almost all a nanny had brought with us. The sandy beach at al hamra palace beach hotels was also used. Urgently necessary bathing shoe apart from that risk of injury because of sharp rock and in the water. Loungers, towels, sun screen and showering absolutely okay. Beach bar and toilets available and everything very clean. Cold shower has a water temperature of about 25 degrees. The quality of the water in the pools and in the sea is good. No quallen, seaweeds or Ölfilme in the sea visible. Water temperature in the sea around 30 to 35 degrees patchy. In the uae usual good technical circumstances, in this hotel unfortunately still not arrived. No wi-fi in the hotel room possible. Internet access for 30 Euro / week possible.     The hotel has no own beach! The beach from the neighboring al hamra Palace hotel must shared are. Path circa 10 minutes. The distance is not very far but please the very high temperatures into account. The hotel has but also a shuttle service set up. So it was okay. The next town respectively purchase opportunity is open daily with free shuttle service of the hotel reachable, however you had the at check in not communicated. 2 times a week there is a free shuttle service to Dubai. A very beautiful area, which under the same management as the Al hamra palace resort. We were 1 week in the palace and a week in the village golf resort. The complex has a brilliant atmosphere. The building features very nice and tasteful suites, the nothing to be desired leave. Good infrastructure, about 400 meters away from the beach. Constant shuttle bus-service. Very friendly staff, perfect guest relations manager, good service and an amazing kitchen round off the offer. Although the hotel very quiet location is, you with the taxi very good excursions to Ras al Khaimah, Dubai or Abu ... Dhabi. The country can be so very individually discover. Recommendable. read more

For a week beach vacation with a great value for money really good. The staff are super friendly and helped wherever it is needed, small faults immediately turned off. By the nearby mall supply with drinks not a problem at all. Also the many Essencounter are very cheap with a really good quality. By Shuttleverkehr is the buy simply, if there is a beer yearned in the golf Club properly, a half liter fresh Heineken for for 5,20 Euro is representable. The construction of the Al hamra palace we found not disturbing. (is of course subjective :-) read more

Love Tanja, Love hotel management, Negative -reviews your hotel i can't confirm, in any case not in the light of our stay at al hamra village of 15. to 25 april 2012. During my 50. birthday i had from time, mom and friend packed and a junior suite in the village. Business and leisure in all continents on the way, i was in the last 30 years quality and service of accommodations all categories on this planet experience. In and around al hamra village around we could in a few days peace come, one and a half weeks seemed as ... three weeks vacation elsewhere the world. Such a fantastic rich breakfast buffet i really rarely seen. Our junior suite was top clean, the 'towel-schwan' of the room service was a very nice extra. Of course is al hamra beach not with beaches in Karibik, in Brazil, in the indian ocean, in the middle or southern Pacific comparisons. This should be aware, if men/women the beach vacation in the before allemeines view bay. Nevertheless we got your clean kept and very well maintained beach really, really good. There was it during our daily stay at the time from 15. to 25 april 2012 never drängelig or unpleasantly loud. Noise disturbances by the in the meantime probably completed construction next door (especially al hamra palace, Waldorf Astoria), on which we from our travel agency before booking has been pointed out, were in april 2012 in quite tolerable limits. Praise, we would in particular the extremely polite and courteous performance of the hotel staff in the al hamra village, especially the staff in the bar and restaurant area. There are from the us smooth six (stars)! We have al hamra village several known recommended and plan the next 2-weeks vacation with you in october 2013. You, Tanja, even completely many thanks for the help in april 2012 (you had me with my verknacksten foot with the e-scooter aufgepickt and the village). Important: please definitely regards: mr. Arnel (village restaurant), ms. Victoria (beach bar) and mr. Jamal (regular and you certainly probably known local guest in english pub/village restaurant), with some of the very nice communicative evenings could spend. First we have to say, that the complex from several parts. The golf & beach resort (directly at the beach) and the village (somewhat to the rear), about 10 minutes walk to the beach resort, or 5 minutes walk to the beach (shuttle bus there are the whole day). Between the village and the sea the al hamra palace & residence. So view of the sea there is no. For this beautiful pool and wonderful breakfast terrace directly at the pool. Due to the size it is comfortable and there is no station concourses atmosphere at the breakfast buffet on! ... See pictures! read more

    the rooms were in very good condition, the whole equipment worked, even the outlets of European plugs be used. We had a large balcony with view of the well-kept golf course. In our room was the closet for 14 days a bit too small, the neighboring rooms with two beds had a large closet, but no balcony.

The quality and quantity was very good, the warm dishes were not always hot, despite hot plates. All restaurants were very clean and well maintained.     It was daily cleaned, the service man is personally with name before and gave his business card. The room was every day with flowers prepared. With a bit of English (are charged and so on) we had no problem in the communication, German travel guide was every day locally. Problems for example with the free safe were within 5 minutes fixed.

    Unfortunately there was a access to the internet over hotel's own Computer, it was not a problem, as in the business center in the hotel Al hamra fort, two computers were available. the pool in the village was a bit cooler, therefore we used the 28 °C warm pool at the palace and the required I only 1 minute to the 23 °C warm sea. Everything was very good well maintained. Towels there was at the pools and at the beach, there were many available. By the pool ran the whole day great music, activities we didn't miss anything.

We are due to the extreme cold not Gstaad skiing and as Spätbucher (on Friday booked, on Sunday arrived) the Al hamra village golf resort sixth until 12 February 2012 inhabited. the pool and beach: beautiful garden with a big swimming pool ( unheated) and sun terrace with loungers, sun screens and beach towels. Also in the sister hotel the pool( heated) with sun beds and beach towels be used, also the beach. Sufficient beach chairs, Badetuchausgabe without any problems. Water in the pool as the sea was clean. excursions: Twice per cleanliness of the hotel's own Coach (circa 35 ... squares) free after Dubai, the place of disembarkation is the Dubai mall. Departure 09,30, return 18,30. The drive to Dubai took-depending on traffic- about 90 minutes. In addition there is a mini bus regularly in the AL hamra mall, travel 5 minutes. Once we were in Ras al Khaimah city in the Manar mall (also known as' Carrefour '), the taxitransfer costs about 45 dirhams. construction noise: Rak is a emerging Emirate. A part of the sister hotel is still in the Endausbau (opening fall/ Winter 2012), therefore are construction noise and some of the trucks transport inevitable-disturbs however not. in short: a great stay and with the it started a thermal shock (of +30 on-10 degrees). read more

    Accommodation: the rooms on the ground floor was very large with adjoining second area; bathroom was also large with a bath and separate shower, the room has a balcony with direct access to the hotel garden. The second room on the first floor (for our children) was small and without a balcony, it was however mostly for sleeping used and was therefore absolutely sufficient. The rooms were clean, the furniture made a good impression, air conditioning, Safety deposit box, hair dryer, TV worked well.

    there were three of us and when we arrived was not even the third bed in the room. only after the check-in a mattress brought (without stand).
