Nice, small hotel in westbahnhofnähe. The subway-station is just a few meters away. We stayed for new year's eve in Wien and were with our friends always about 15-20 minutes with the subway on the way. On Westbahnhof there is also a shopping center or starts there also the viennese main shopping street (Mariahilfer Straße) to, which nothing to be desired i should.
The bathroom was in a art kunstmarmor and big enough dimensioned. Alone a active vent was not noticeable to me - and the bathroom didn't have its own heating to have. During our stay it was mostly ... a bit cooler than the bedroom (something to unleidwesen if you on the toilet 'entspannen' would like.).
Our room contained the bed, 2 night tables, 1 closet, 1 small couch and table, 1 painted table with a stool and a somewhat inappropriate tranquil marble/bistro table on which a mini tv was. I missed on the whole rooms are somewhat a folder and a 2. trash can (in the bathroom was a). The heater made quickly for more heat, if we wanted.
The hotel itself has a style of the a bit of the theater is. Wood lined walls, marble/stone/ wasauch always stairs. Somehow i found the really funny.
Breakfast was for the class spotless. In buffet form and the most important thing for us the coffee was good \u263a read more

We were already the 2. Mal in old Viennese yard and are definitely coming again! The staff are great nice and the hotel has an old Viennese flair, what we were looking for. Breakfast is very good with everything you need for a good start of the day. A couple of minutes and you are already at the public transport. Even if it from the street a little noisy, we nevertheless felt really good. read more

The value for money was great. The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet and relaxed. By the large, old winter garden, the beautiful inner courtyard and the furnishing receives all the wonderful charm the last 100 years. The perfect ambiance for a stay in Wien...
The wonderful subway station ' Gumpendorfer street ', the in the immediate area is, made possible quick access to all other subways. The Interlaken West train station and the Schloss Schönbrunn even without any problems easy to reach on foot. read more

Nice hotel with friendly staff, unfortunately, it is no 50 meters from Mariahilfer Gürtel away, which is a 24 hours traffic noise (also Sundays!) entails. Also is the hotel in the area to red light / bars, Balkancafés, betting shops and call shops. Wien flair comes at the naschmarkt bze. Around the Stefansdom on.
Here rows itself lots of cafes, specialties and attractions together.
In short:, although this not cheap, you get a lot hotel or beautiful guest house
Stadtnäher and cheaper, in better location. read more

I was already often private and on a business trip to Vienna and can only say, that the Vienna from the price/performance ratio is the best hotel, in which I have ever stayed in Vienna. The hotel is literally right next to the underground station (U6) Gumpendorfer street, only one stop away from the West train station. All sights and the city center are very easy to reach. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. We had a huge in Altwienerstil equipped with a lot of Charme and double very large bathroom. Total clean everything! Total quiet ... at night. The breakfast is for a hotel of this category very good and varied. I believe that there are still a real gem in Vienna. read more

If the typical Charme Vienna loves, this is the place to stay. Situated in the style of the last century, a little bit shabby, but very typical.
The rooms clean and spacious, functional equipped, bathroom okay.
W-Internet access in the hall, Internet access via cable in the rooms seem to be adjourned after five minutes?
A highlight of the hotel is the breakfast: small, but nice, I enjoyed roast us especially the eggs roaster, where you have your own omelets or fried eggs, tomatoes, etc.-.
Very friendly, perfect service, perfect front desk.
A small wine bar in the lounge ... features fine from Austrian bout eillen glass. Bottles to go for a cheaper price. read more

The hotel has what is however very shabby romantic. Between the beds in the double room was a very large gap. The bathroom has the name 'bathroom' not deserved. There was no door to the bathroom, no plug for hair dryer worked, the toilet was tiny, the shower without shower curtain and with email. Heating Was Wrong. Breakfast was pretty good. The chair covers were quite dirty. Ambiente well. After a thorough renovation could be a real jewelry. Surrounding area wasn't't especially, but very close to the underground. read more

As far as everything was okay, in the bathroom was unfortunately no radiator and so it was quite cool at the showers. And the ventilation of the kids windowless on toilet unfortunately not and you had the odor in the living room. We had booked a suite. There was nothing to complain otherwise, if we had to stay in Vienna are, we liked to be there. read more

All sights could visit we were on our own. The 24 hour ticket for €5.70 and great connections will save you an expensive city tour. If we should drive once again to Vienna, definitely go back to this sweet Hotel = ☺ read more
