4 night in a large, quiet executive -room on the 9. floor for this price were great. Central location nearby the ku -dam. Circa 10 comfortable -minute walk. As well as to the recreation area, zoo. The entire serving staff, including the good restaurant, was relaxed, very friendly, attentive and accommodating, without being pushy. We felt very good. Unfortunately remained repeated complaints because of a broken electrical heizkörpes in the bathroom (towel rack) without any resonance. Was however because of the interior, nevertheless warm bathroom was not so bad. Also with the room service was still in need be improved ... a bit. Tea and coffee facilities in the room was not refilled. Good traffic connections. Bus line 100 in the immediate area. Subway approximately 500 meters. We would possibly book again. read more

This hotel is a the older city hotel, which in some areas was already been renovated. Therefore, the condition the individual spaces very different.
The lobby area and breakfast area looks classy and functional from, the rooms however...
Guests were in all age groups, all perfectly ok.
It is a pity that wireless internet in the room is so expensive. read more

The hotel is located relatively central in Berlin-Mitte. About 10 minute walk to the kadewe department store. Metro stop is Wittenberg Platz.
Inclusive services, except for the breakfast no. Wlan the hour costs €3.50, which for today was standard should be. We are a young couple verrelst and are between 25 and 30 years old. Average age was about 55 years.

+ thanks to an upgrade on a executive -room on the 10. floor (many thanks again to this point!) We had a relaxing stay in the hotel.
+ a quiet room, very comfortable and large beds and a great view over the city (victory column, kadewe) we were very satisfied and made for the night relaxation.
+ beautiful, new bathroom with walk-in shower and enough room to the spread.
- the variety for breakfast leaves something to be desired. It lacks the last whistle; there was for example in the hotel golden tulip park consul (at 3 stars!) On small ... zoo with our last visit in the summer 2011 in the morning sparkling wine for breakfast. In principle there was each morning the same food (the same chocolate cake, the same rolls, cold cuts and so on), which 5 nights very monotonous. The food quality was however reasonable.

Should be emphasized the good and rich breakfast. The staff are very nice and helpful. To criticize i must unfortunately also the noisy demolition of the parking garage in the back yard. After new year's day was first thing in the morning with the noise started. Longer sleep in was not possible. To the window around was mold and we had to the room always good fresh air, as it smelled musty. The romos and the bathroom could have been a bit bigger. read more

The room for a 4 star hotel and for that price was tragic.
The door stopper didn't work, the door lock but always thought it was still on, since they are not could be. One could everything from the outside and other rooms heard. Dannoch there was also the ' hauskeeperin', the morning (08,30) around with 15 rooms and 'housekeeping' has set up! Even if you a little tired, it is surely aufgewachen.
Cleanliness of the room, at the start we thought the carpet was it not with the vacuum cleaner cleaned. Nevertheless, on the first day, we have ... the vacuum cleaner with other rooms is, we think, we should the room, respectively the carpet also be clean. The hotel has me on the whole a very good experience. However, i have a large point of criticism : for breakfast it was almost impossible, a free and cleared table. The staff were either completely overstrained, or bad divided or simply too tight. And if one then finally found a table had, it took up to an hour, to the surrounding tables were cleared. Are definitely coming again! The hotel is 7 minutes from the -train station Wittenberg away. There is also the kadewe, as well as the Kudamm. Although very centrally located, is no noise from the street -very well insulated. Even through the hotel neighbors (toilet flush, shower noises), you won't bother us. As I only 1 night business was here, I would like to also only a short assessment when you leave.
The hotel is generally clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is no reason, the hotel not recommendable. However I had been lucky: I had a offer-special price gotten and had therefore only this hotel contemplated. For the regular price it seems to me overpriced - I would have been annoyed, not for the few 4 stars price then 'only' good average to receive.
The furniture in the room was all right, nothing run-down, however it is ... also matter of taste, because it seemed the 70. Or 80. Years regards to want. Room however surprisingly spacious, with a seating area and a separate desk. For the people, like dark sleep: curtains dark not really from. Tv good to see the bed and the seating area. Air conditioning well, also completely deactivateable. Everything was clean. Bathroom with shower. Hair dryer with very good performance. Well it pleased me, a pleasant fragrance permanently in the bathroom and on the hotel course, was. Room and hotel hallway with carpet this, no Hellhörigkleit to neighboring rooms available. The 2 lifts drive fast.
Food the next morning as breakfast buffet, the usual things all available, quality and quantity really reasonable what I missed, were fresh gherkins, tomatoes or peppers, whom I otherwise a scrambled egg to eat \u2639 otherwise everything okay, no reason to the complaint.
Location is very good, in a quiet side street the Kurfürstenstraße, about 7 minutes to zoo, 10 minutes to Eurpacenter. Some restaurants in the immediate area, some smaller shops are.
Hotel's own garage is not included and costs 14 Euro/ 24 hours. I found good, that I also after my appointment on following day even until 18 o'clock parking without any extra charge. So after the regular check out still a bit the center and then at all peace los make. Guest parking in the area is still possible, but due to the considerable Nachttarife not much reasonably priced as the underground car park of the hotel. read more
